We have used Cottage Care several times over the last few years for whole-house cleans, and recently started using them twice a month to help with areas we can’t always get to. Cathi is so friendly and helpful. She helped me put together several plans that fit our budget and our needs. We are always pleased with the outcome. Our most recent cleaner was Lindsey. She got in every crevice. Everyone we’ve had help from is always respectful to our home and efficient with the cleaning.

Lindsey cleans my apartment and goes beyond my expectations! She is extremely personable, yet professional. She pays attention to detail and if there is anything I would like cleaned in a specific way she is more than willing to comply. I will say this cleaning service in general has more detail cleaning concepts than others I’ve used in the past. They are extremely easy to work with and they make scheduling easy to accommodate me.

I have been using Cottage Care since the begging of the year. The last few visits we have had a few different cleaners service the house. Some areas in the house just wasn’t getting the detail from what Lindsey does. Lindsey is very detailed on all areas of the house. Bottom line happy wife happy life they say and the wife is happy. Between working full-time and coordinating the numerous last minute details that crops up with any big event, I found myself one week in advance of my daughters wedding and needing a major house cleaning before the guests started arriving! I called CottageCare because I had used their carpet cleaning division before and was very impressed with how thorough they cleaned our carpets. I had never had this company clean our house before but I felt relieved when I talked to their Manager in the Leawood office and she assured me that they would not only fit me in but that our house would sparkle by the time that they finished! Two young ladies showed up on time for our appointment and immediately began to divide and conquer! I couldnt believe that they hand scrubbed our hardwood and tile floors...who does that nowadays?! I dont think that there was any surface that they didnt touch! They dusted all wood surfaces plus artwork on the walls, all window blinds and windowsills and dusted for cobwebs and dust on the walls and vents. They were in my house for 4 hours and towards the end of that time, their manager showed up to do a walk through and double-check to make sure that the entire house was in tip-top shape! Thats true customer service! When they left, my house sparkled from top to bottom! They did exactly as promised! Like everyone else, I want to get a high quality result for any money that I spend on a service. CottageCare exceeded my expectations and I thank them for relieving some of my stress that week. I highly recommend CottageCare!
