I took a dress to get cleaned on Tuesday 8/3/21 picked it up for my brothers wedding (that I was in as a brides maid!!) on Friday 8/6/21…! Not thinking anything if it (because I assumed it had been CLEANED and STEAMED after all that’s WHY I TOOK IT TO THE CLEANERS!!!) I go to put it on moments before pictures and the starting of the wedding and it was FILTHY!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS NEVER CLEANED!!!!!!!! TALK ABOUT EMBARRASSING AND COMPLETELY MORTIFIED!!!!!!!!! I call and speak to a lady and all she can say is I WILL HAVE MY MANAGER CALL YOU MONDAY theresa nothing I can do for you..! I WAS MIND BLOWN BY HER RESPONSE!!! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!!! HERE WE ARE MONDAY AND NO CALL!!!!

I just moved to this area and started traveling for work. I had to buy a base set of better fitting professional clothes so prior to travel I bought a whole new professional wardrobe. Traveling back home everything was super wrinkled and I was recommended to get dry cleaning. This location is closest to me so I brought my closet and had several shirts and pants dry cleaned. Being the first time Ive ever had dry cleaning I asked and took their recommendation. I am currently packing to travel again and I pulled my clothes out of the bags and they still have many (albeit less) wrinkles, covered in lint, and multiple pieces have stains now. Maybe I was incorrect in my assumptions of what dry cleaning is but Im pretty sure it shouldnt cost me to have my clothes stained and hard crease wrinkled. I think I could have just tossed my clothes in a dryer and done more. Maybe I wouldnt have noticed if I had worn the clothes more than once but my new clothes are now stained with black spots. Needless to say I wont be returning to this location.

Always terrific service here. I have had a jacket and pair of slacks clearly harmed by their cleaning process, but that is in the 3-4 years Ive been using this location. Im thinking those are pretty solid odds! The service and value is the reason I continue coming. ✌️

For many years I have been a customer of Pride Cleaners -Heritage Plaza on 151st Street in Olathe and I have always received spotless and clean laundry/dry cleaning services. The managers have each time shown a high level of skill and ability to handle requests. I highly recommend this business .

I had never been here before and the woman who helped me, which I wish I knew her name (she had short blonde hair) was very knowledgeable and honest. Then when I picked up my item she was the one that helped me again and she even placed my garment in my car. I had several spots on a coat, everything came out and it smells really good.

In the short time I have been using dry cleaners across the Kansas City area, I have never encountered the level of customer service and satisfaction as I did at Pride Cleaners at Heritage Plaza. The young man there was very understanding of my situation and my clothes were in pristine condition when I picked them up. He was fun to chat with and was very knowledgeable! If you need a dry cleaner I would HIGHLY recommend this location!

Dry cleaning should be pretty straight forward. You drop off some dry clean only items to be cleaned and pressed. The idea is that you take the clothes off the hanger and where them without having to iron and or clean. Not the case with the quality of service provided by Pride Cleaners. They pay little to no attention when it comes to the pressing part of their service. Pants are twisted with multiple creases, shirts are wrinkled with the collars forever being damaged. What makes it even worse is that they are far more expensive than their competitors. GOOD BYE!

I have been a customer of this Pride Store exclusively for at least 10-15years. I have also been part of their frequent customer program with the use of the bag.After being laid off for a significant period of time in 2017 I had clothes which needed cleaning prior to the start of my new job. After returning my clothes to me and approximately a week later I go to wear one of my white shirts only to find that between 5-6 of my Paul Frederick white shirts were missing. I immediately went back to the location where the employee acknowledged they didn’t give me everything in my order but suggested contacting the manager after which I did and she needed to look into it, understandably. She contacted me a week later to say they have no record of missing shirts. She likewise provided the number of Clayton Wells, the District Manager. She said that Clayton Wells had video that showed no missing shirts! I asked to see the video and I called the district manager and left a detailed message but have never heard a reply! Needless to say I am looking for a new cleaners!My conclusion: Pride Cleaners doesn’t care!

No pride in Pride Cleaners. Less than one star would be more accurate. I used to go there but gave up because of bad service. Then got a coupon in the mail and decided to try them again. MISTAKE! Five button down shirts and two mens pants for $42 with a coupon for $2/shirt. Bait and switch. They said shirts that are pullover dont count so they charged almost $6/shirt. Problem is, none of the shirts were pullover. They were all button down shirts. They wouldnt correct the ticket. Then they said $0.89 per item for same day service (when that is no extra charge at Dry Clean Supercenter). They didnt even tell me this. So, not going back. Dry Clean Supercenter has been AWESOME. Never going to any Pride cleaner again. They fleece you!

Good drycleaner, drive through service and reasonable rates

I have been a patron of this location for many years..piccked up some laundry today. The youngman that waited on me was very rude!!! Just wanted to hand me the clothes through my window. Had to ask him to hang in back seat (as they always do)..he literally tossed them in there. Huffed and puffed when I asked politely for a receipt. No thank you or anything nice to say. Needless to say shirts and pants were wrinkled when I arrived home. Very dissatisfied!!!

The worst! Purchased their 25 dollar frequent customer card thinking they would do a good job. Requested heavy starch and shirts looked wrinkled, pants had creases on the wrong parts. Simply put they do a horrible job. Took my clothes back and the lady was completely rude and could have cared less about what my concerns were. Do not take your clothes there.

Went there at 7:15 am. To drop off dry cleaning. Not open.
