This place is horrible. My son just bought a dangerous lemon from here and hes financially responsible for 10 times the vehicle is worth. Wire harness is stretched and rubbing over the motor with cloth wrapped around it. It has been wrecked badly and the so called body work consists of cutting all structural integrity and spray paint from a can. The trunk doesnt stay closed and the motor mounts are probably connected with zip ties. My son was excited to just get a car that he can feel safe with his son so he didnt pay attention to what he was buying but this place shouldnt take advantage of the young kids starting their lives. Im try to find any litigation on this place they are awful.

Went in because I had been “approved” they told me yeah we can get you in a vehicle when I arrived the guy I was using didn’t seem too interested in me being there. Anyhow I’m waiting.. and the guy comes out saying “we’ll your credits fine and all but you need to be in the area for 3+years before we can approve you, I mean we can bypass that if you want to put a larger amount down”. I left I have never heard such craziness in my life. Definitely a waste of time (I had put on my application how long I’ve lived here and everything and They burned my phone up saying I was approved)

Great staff, friendly and not about moving vehicles. Willing to work with you and give as many options as possible. Manny was the sales associate helping with my car purchase. I appreciate the work he did, along with the manager Jon as both helped get me into a car I would be happy paying for and enjoy driving.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!! My mom just purchased a vehicle here less than a month ago and it has been towed in 3 Xs already! Go somewhere more reliable!!! The point in having a vehicle is so u can work and get places u need to go, How is that possible when the car is spending more time in the shop than it is with the purchaser.

So sad I just bought a car and picked it up Monday and Tuesday it almost caught fire...I just want my money back and I’ll go somewhere else, I’m pregnant and had a child with me and my car started to smoke crazy right under us. It also had issues when I wanted to take it home but they “fixed” them . I just want my money back because now I know any car isn’t reliable on the lot.

Let me first start off by saying that I am not satisfied with this place. May 4th I went to go get a car from there and didn’t have it a full day and the next day if messed up on me. Come to find out I had sugar in my tank. I know it didn’t happen at my aunts place cause there is four other vehicles there and didn’t get touched. I believe they sold me the car that way. Argued for about a week and finally did a claim on it. Week and a half later got it out of the shop and four hours later it died completely. The fuel pump was faulty supposably. I don’t think there was sugar nor do I think they fixed it. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Jorge, at the location in Olathe. Jorge, did a phenomenal job making sure I was completely satisfied. He was very professional, and patient. It’s hard to find that nowadays. I would refer anyone looking for a great, reliable car, with professional staff. The vehicle I was purchasing had a tire that was letting out air. He sent it to the shop where they stated it was something small and they fixed it. When I test drove it again, it went flat. Jorge sent it straight back to the shop where they thouroughly looked over the wheel and saw it was cracked. Jeff and Jorge were very apologetic about the situation. He was genuine about selling me a car with no issues and I appreciated that, as other places try to run you off the lot with something not right. I was tight on money, Jorge, and Jeff put their heads together to accommodate me and my budget, and came up with a reasonable plan to keep me in a car. Walking onto the lot I noticed that not any vehicle on the lot had a price on it. I was looking at a 2001 Ford Ranger. I went inside to ask the price and I was told that he could look it up after I passed the credit check. I then got approved for $10,000 line of credit. Then the guy told me that the price on the truck that I wanted was $9995. Funny how that worked. Considering that the Kelly Blue Book value of that truck at fair market price is about $3300. Not Impressed. Do your research People. Dont pay 3 times the value of a vehicle.

Want to give a HUGE shoutout to this incredible team & place. They are such an amazing dealership. They are a true family. When you walk in they make you feel welcome & they treat you like family. We got our vehicle back in December & recently our car was stolen & if it hadn’t been for the quick thinking team at AutoNow with their LoJack System & GPS tracking device who knows where our car could have ended up. We got it back the next day. We did have a few things stolen from it but nothing that can’t be replaced. The car was in one piece still drivable, no damage. The towed it back here to Olathe, made off a new key for us & also worked with us on the bill as far as towing until our next car payment. You talk about going above & beyond for their customers. They are just truly amazing. A huge Thank You to Jeff for going beyond the call of duty. You sir are just truly amazing. I am definitely recommending my friends & family. Cars are great. If I could give this a 0 I would. Please dont go to buy here pay here places. My car was in the shop 4 times the first two weeks. Im absolutely stuck and no one tells you how payments change or when. You just better have the money when they call. Dont be late either because there are absolutely no grace periods. The worst experience Ive had so far in life and Ive been in some dire straits. Please dont get cars from a buy here pay here.
