Erin Grint got me taken care of faster than one would expect. I had a situation happen and needed to have my own insurance ASAP. She made that possible in less than an hour if that. Also got me a lower rate than I had before with renters insurance bundled. I would request Erin if you can. She’s efficient and enjoys what she does.

The Office Representative, Savannah Brigdon was extremely helpful, adaptable, and more importantly, professional. Despite being somewhat related, I received ABSOLUTELY NO special treatment, I was treated like everyone else who has been assisted by this outstanding employee. Savannah helped me set up my renters insurance for my new college apartment and even contacted the landlords for me to insure that my files where received, and noted down in the records, and she did the exact same for my fiance. I hope Mr. Finkelstein will read this review and hopefully get a glimpse of how valuable it is - if it isnt already self-evidentto have an employee that goes above and beyond for everyone in her care, no matter who it is. If she hasnt already, give this badass woman a raise, she definitely deserves one, period.
