Finally a company where a human answers the phone. No holding, hold music or hoops to jump through. They got me scheduled within 3 business days. Quickly identified and explained the problem and told me the cost for the repair. No hocus-pocus talk or dancing around. He had the part on his truck and repaired it immediately. Kind, courteous, honest. I will refer Fine Appliance Service Co to my family and friends. I am glad I found this company and will use them in the future.

We had 20 years old washer that was leaking. We just didnt have the funds at that time for a replacement. We contacted Fine Appl. Services, the gentleman came out. He said he could try some repairs but with the age of the machine, it would really be better if we find a replacement. Mr Fine is very professional and he didnt not try to take advantage of us. Appreciate it very much. He recommended for the type & where to go. Would recommend Fine Appliance very highly!!

Better than I could have ever expected. Was able to come out the same day I called. Bonus. Fridge wasn’t working but freezer was. Jerry diagnosed the problem before I could even get home, my wife was there, and went straight to his parts store. He was done in less than 2 hours from time he got there to the parts store to writing his invoice. Really nice guy too. Total cost was $87. Unbelievably awesome. It was a small job, but he was honest and fast.

Called and described the issue with our leaking washer. Service was fast and excellent. He diagnosed the problem, located and retrieved the replacement part, and installed it the same day. Prices were great and couldnt be happier with the service level, knowledge, and attention to detail.

My 28 year old bottom-freezer refrigerator was not making cold. I called Fine Appliance Services Co, and requested a service call. Jerry Fine Jr came and found the problem was a plugged defrost drain hole. After he exposed the coil at the back of the freezer, he melted the ice dam that had built up, preventing air from getting to the refrigerator above, or the freezer below. He verified that the system was making cold, BEFORE he left.. The service call saved me having to buy a different reefer, A job well done, and worth it!

I called on a Saturday morning, expecting to leave a message and hear back from them on Monday or Tuesday. But the owner answered and said hed be out between 2 and 4. He actually showed up a few minutes early, and installed a new garbage disposal for me fairly quickly. The price was fair too. Id definitely call again.
