Blower motor for AC quit on old furnace so installed new furnace/ AC. Appliance 911 Olathe did a tremendous job in 1 day installation. Troy was tremendous. Very meticulous. No short cuts…all first class installation. I would highly recommend

We had an issue where our 2 year old refrigerator started emitting a funny smell like finger nail polish remover. We were worried it might be a coolant leak, so we called Appliance 911 Repair and they were able to come out the next day to check it out. Jerome arrived before our scheduled window and was able to determine that the refrigerator was fine (no leaks). He was very friendly and professional and didnt even charge us for the call. We will definitely be using them if needed in the future.

Nathan was so quick to diagnose the issue with our fridge, in less than 15 minutes he knew the issue and was able to start working in the fix. The cost was less than any other company I reached out to and they were able to get us in the quickest! With a phone call prior to arrival we were able to make sure we were all ready for him to be able to come in and do what he needed to do. I will absolutely use this service in the future (hopefully the distant future!)!

Contacted them to repair my refrigerator.They came out and replaced the compressor.Said it would restart the life of the refrigerator.Gave a 5 year warranty. A few weeks later it stopped working again. They came back out and said it also needs a condenser, and that that was likely the problem to begin with. They said they would order the part and fix it in a few days later. 6 weeks later I called back and they said they had the part and would be out on Thursday 5-7 pm. No one ever showed up. Called them Friday morning office ladies said they don’t know why he didn’t show up. Justin, the owner called me later to say he apologized but a tech was blowing off customers and has had my part. He said he would come out Saturday morning to fix it. Saturday he did not show up, but called to say he had the wrong part.He said he would have the right part that night and would come out Sunday morning to fix it.Guess what, Sunday he did not show up. I called, no answer. Later Justin texted me to say he was “fixing” the new part, but would be there. He never showed up or called. I contacted him on Monday stating I would like a refund since he was incapable of fixing it or even showing up. He agreed to give me a refund. But it wasn’t until I contacted the BBB that I finally got a full refund. I ended up buying a new refrigeratorI was always respectful and patient with him and his staff. But at some point I realized he was never going to show up and fix it. I wish him and his family and staff the best of luck, but I can’t in good conscious recommend Justin or Appliance 911

Alexis & Antonio (I believe) were great! I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process. They came for one repair, did two and consulted me on another. The work was not cheap, but it was worth the cost and I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again. They seemed very knowledgable and we are grateful to have a clean, working, non-stinky dishwasher again.

Alexis was wonderful! He arrived on time and diagnosed why the washing machine had water behind it. On his way up, he even helped with a quick kitchen stove question I had. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I cant imagine using anyone else!

Justin came out to look at our LG fridge because the fan was so loud. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and talked us through the history of our fridge and options we had with our warranty (which he asked us to look for). He gave us wonderful advice, told us to call him if we had any issues working through the warranty and left without charging us a thing. Like I said maybe 5-10 min of conversation and no charge. I was extremely pleased with this and will use Appliance 911 for all repairs in the future.

I took off work three separate times for Justin (the owner, nonetheless) to repair my ice maker and got stood up each time. Was told the first time the part needed to be ordered and at the same time he scheduled another appointment (I was good with that). After calling on missed second appointment, he admitted there was miscommunication with office about scheduling (ok, I understand an honest mistake), which he then proceeded to schedule a third appointment and subsequently went MIA again. Finally after calling him to try and a schedule a fourth time, Justin (keep in mind the owner...) proceeded to attack me. Im a reasonable person. Anybody who has taken off work three separate times and been ghosted would be a little irritated, but the owner just made it worse by being combative on the phone. I have ZERO issue with not having control of parts due to current supply chain challenges. I DO have an issue with not making a simple phone call and rescheduling with a customer, so no one wastes their time. On top of that, the owner attacking a customer was 0% professional. Simple communication could have saved this bad review. NO excuse.

Nathan Bland not only did a great job repairing our dryer the first time but he also offered us a 6 months parts and labor warranty after he installed the new heating element and thermal fuse. Almost 6 months later to the day, we had issues with it again. I gave him a call up and like a true professional, he honored the warranty and came out the next day to fix our dryer at no charge. We really like using Appliance 911 as they are prompt, professional, get the appliances fixed, and most importantly, stand behind their work 100%. Its a rare combination to find these days. I submitted a rather tepid review recently of Appliance 911 motivated by frustration with Samsung ice maker. My venom was misplaced. It wasnt Appliance 911 but simply the product that Samsung makes. EVERYONE I have talked to who has a Samsung reported the same problem. Fantastic service all around. I called for a repair estimate late in the afternoon and had the appointment scheduled for the next day between 8 am and noon. Billy called me about 20 minutes before he arrived just like I was promised. As soon as he walked in the door, he got right to work and quickly diagnosed the issues with my oven and washing machine. They were both working perfectly by the time he left. We will absolutely call them the next time any of our appliances are on the fritz. So grateful for the honest, kind, and professional service from Appliance 911!

The technician, Nathan, from Appliance 911 was very knowledgeable, friendly, and timely when he repaired my dryer. He was fast in the repair process and was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. They were able to get me an appointment same day if I needed it. I did not need the same day appointment but I appreciated the fact that they would of been able to had I needed that same day service. The $60.00 service fee was waived due to using their services for the repair.

Updated 7/27- I reached out to follow up again and see about getting my ice machine fixed. I was very understanding with covid and hoped with things getting back to normal that maybe it would be easier to get things fixed. I sent them a message right before the 4th of July and was told someone would get back to be after the holiday weekend which is completely reasonable. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I send another message. This time I’m told that they’re on top of it and we’re going to reach out the next day about getting it picked up on Tuesday last week and returned on Thursday. Nobody called, nobody showed up. I sent another message last Thursday letting them know nobody called and nobody showed up, and that I would be available today until noon if they wanted to pick it up this week. I was told they would let the technician know. It’s noon, and nobody has called or shown up. I spent a lot of money for them to replace a part on a machine that still doesn’t work, not to mention the time off of work to be here for people who don’t show up. This is terrible customer service. And after reading another recent review with a similar situation, I wonder if the money I spent on the new compressor was even needed. I just want this machine fixed.I was really disappointed with the service I received. I had a technician come out to look at a small commercial ice machine I have at home. Long story short, it’s been 3 months, I’ve spent $1000, and I still don’t have a working ice machine. They fired the technician who came out when I was waiting on him to get a new part and I never heard from them. So I called and they apologized and made an appointment for the owner of the company to come out the following week. He never showed up so I called and asked if he was still coming and they had no record of the appointment. They made an appointment for him to come back the following week. He came and was very nice, apologetic about how long this has taken. Said he would let me know the next day about getting the part ordered. I never heard back. I called the office the next week and left a voicemail asking what the scoop was, if they were going to keep working on this or if I needed to find someone else. Nobody has returned my call.I know they’re busy but telling me they’re going to follow up and then ghosting me doesn’t built confidence. My folks had a great experience using them but this has really been frustrating.

Jerome was THE best!!! He was super nice and professional and quickly diagnosed what was wrong, had the part with him and fixed my refrigerator in within a few hours. He was extremely polite and made sure that I was happy with my refrigerator and that everything was taken care of; he went above and beyond and not only fixed the part that was broken, but he also cleaned the compressor, since we just moved in to our new house and the previous owners had pets. I am beyond happy and I wish I could give Jerome and Appliance 911 higher than 5 stars!!!

I called twice and got no answer. Found the number to text as well as filled out the form online. Got reasonably quick responses and they were able to get me scheduled for the following morning. The tech called prior to coming to confirm notes I had provided about items I had already fixed myself. Instead of wasting both his and my time he advised what the issue likely was and that it was going to be a pricey repair. Saved me the $60 service call! He could easily have went through the motions and collected the fee but elected to go above and beyond. He also talked over pros/cons of various manufactures for replacing my set. Even though no work was actually done i definitely recommend this company. They have A+ employees who actually care.

Hi! Just a note of thanks from Westport for sending Jerome to me! I have a one piece apartment washer/dryer that apparently you dont work on. He asked me what the issue was and I told him my brothers in law told me they thought it was a belt. So Jerome turned the dryer on - - the sound went from strong, to weak, to no sound. Jerome said it was the motor... He could tell I was on the verge of panic. I have a litter of puppies due (lots of laundry) and hope to be moving soon! I didnt want to have to replace this until I had a place large enough to hold a normal size washer/dryer. Jerome gave me a few options for refurbished ones that could hold me over until I could purchase the normal sized washer/dryer set. They claim to be a 24 hour service. I realized that my refrigerator wasnt working at about 7 pm on Friday evening. I called and left a message at 7:25 that evening, and tried again at 8:45 p.m.. It is now after midnight Monday morning and I have yet to receive a return call. Dont advertise yourself as a 24 hour business if you are not. And apparently you arent available on weekends at all. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.EDIT: Not to belabor the point, but my phone was working fine all weekend and I got many other calls. I dont believe my phone has ever been set to not accepting phone calls. It would be better if you just admitted the mistake and apologized. I also dont appreciate you finding me on Facebook and sending me a message.

Appliance 911 was able to send a technician within 24 hours of my request to look at my washing machine that had died with a wet comforter and sheets still locked in it. Matt arrived and was extremely courteous asking about the details of what had happened. As soon as he took the back cover off of the machine, it started back up on the spin cycle it had been running 24 hours earlier. He admitted that all he had done was taken the cover off. After cleaning up the wires behind the back cover, letting the spin cycle finish, and running another quick wash cycle he determined that things were checking out just fine. He even told us what the next steps would be in the event that this issue happened again. It is so nice to get service from a pleasant person that is concerned with doing the right things at the right time. Thankful that my desperate Google search led me to Appliance 911 and our wonderful technician, Matt.

Appliance 911 was prompt in returning a response to my online request and my appointment was set up in a very reasonable timeframe. On the day of the appointment, Nathan, my technician called and showed up when he promised. He was courteous and professional in discussing my oven problem. A part had to be ordered and he returned the same day, on time and with the necessary part. My oven is working fine and I will definitely be using them again if I have any appliance issues.

I called Appliance 911 to repair a basement refrigerator that had suffered a freon leak and wasnt operating. I selected Appliance 911 based on the positive online reviews I read on both Google and Nextdoor and I was NOT disappointed. These guys are fantastic! Justin and another technician came out to investigate, quickly confirmed that it was in fact a leak and set out to make the repair. After working for more than 2 hours, Justin was unfortunately unable to find where the leak was - but it sure wasnt for lack of trying. After all of his efforts and a complete re-fill of freon, instead of telling me that it was fixed and collecting his fee, going on his way and hoping I wouldnt call back when it stopped working again, he revealed that he had been unable to locate the very slow leak and that the unit was not repaired. But the most amazing part: Justin wouldnt take any payment - even for his very reasonable service call fee which was more than justified in this circumstance. What a stand up company! I can think of more than a handful of local in-home service companies who would do well to take some lessons from Appliance 911. I wont hesitate to call these guys again someday when another appliance breaks down.

Had Jerome come by and check out my oven. The issue was that the oven would stay on after turning it off. He did a quick test on it and could not verify the issue. The service was professional, called about 30 minutes before arriving like they said they would do and was on time. I would use them again if needed. Hopefully this issue will not arise again but I fear it may be intermittent. A+ Jerome. They did charge a $60 service fee but if needed it will go towards a repair.

I called on a Monday about my refrigerator that has stopped cooling and got an appointment for the next day. My technician, Alexis arrived in the designated time frame and reviewed my issue. Although he could not fix it that day, he was able to get my refrigerator working enough until he came back with the parts to fix it. I appreciate everything he did to get my appliance fixed and save me the cost of a new one. I will definitely use you all again for all my appliance needs. Great job Alexis!!

Bought a brand new pool heat pump, and of course it was giving an error message when trying to turn it on after what should have been an easy installation. Appliance 911 came out to help out, and they found the issue rather quickly. The manufacture had sent a faulty part on a brand new purchase and its up and running...saving the Memorial Day weekend.
