The front office and maintenance are really great people to deal with.

I Turned In My Application And Fees Was Told The Turn Around Was Quick I Was Also Told 4 Different Stories Before I Turned Over My Application And Fees Waited 3Weeks All To Be Denied Which Was Really Unfair I Was Honest From The Beginning And They Told Me My Eviction Was No Problem If It Was Paid The Whole Service Was Unprofessional And Money Wasted They Never Answer The Phones Never Return Calls All Of This Could Have Been Avoided

Lived there for 2 years. TERRIBLE /careless communication. in my walk-in checklist I noted the dishwasher not working, the mold around the shower and next to toilet and 2 years, 3 hospital stays, and a job lost because of it later due to the B L A C K mold it has still yet to be fixed. Over charged but never given a print out of any fees. Got told it wasn’t their problem I was sick as rent is still due. Over priced, careless manager, major apartment problems that never get fixed but quick to over charge and send to eviction for things that aren’t fixed and is their responsibility and never given any reasons as to magical numbers that appear. Never have I ever had so many problems, unfixed things or over paid amounts without explanation before at a place I’ve lived.

1 bedroom $715. 2 bedroom $800.No pool on-site. Low income adjustment available. Near a public park pool. The no pool onsite was the nail in the coffin for me though. /:

Communication with the front office is really poor. Im rarely ever notified about mail, I have to direct everything to skip the front office in order to avoid having things sent back without my permission, on occasion this has included medicine. My cooling and heating havent worked for months and despite having notified them on several occasions and being told that I was on a list, nothing has happened. I dont have the time or the patience to be up there every day cracking the whip and quite frankly, its not my job. Rent goes up every year despite lack of value for these increases. The roads in the complex are littered with potholes and there are police and emergency vehicles here on a very regular basis. Theres been two shootings since we moved in.I enjoy my living space, but all of these other things make it in to a scenario where I am quickly wanting to find other accommodations after the lease expires or possibly sooner if I decide to take them to court for leaving me in the 90+ degree heat to fend for myself.Dont come here, the low price is just bait to get you in as far as I can tell.

The people in the office hardly ever answer the phone during their office hours. When you leave a message (because its all you can do), they dont call you back even up to three days later. I called to ask why we hadnt received a call back, and I was met with a rude well I havent gotten to it yet, without so much as an apology.Expensive for not having updated appliances or a clubhouse, pool, and exercise room.
