Ive been living here for a little over 3 years and I love it. The manager is super nice, maintenance is done quickly and efficiently, the neighborhood is quiet, on site laundry room is always clean, and theyve been really cooperative during all this covid stuff. Highly recommend.

Lived here for a year now. I submitted my first maintenance request and it was fixed the same day. Stairs and sidewalks are shoveled/salted all the time so theres no snow. Never had a single interaction with bugs.

Ive lived here for over 3 years with no problems in a 2 bedroom at an affordable price. Leasing office and maintenance do a great job taking care of any issues that might come up as maintenance is on call 24/7. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of privacy. Theres also an on-site laundry room and pool well maintained

Ashley made our process of finding our new apartment the best experience by far. The whole process went so smoothly and we love our new place.We have completed our first year at Clairborne Court and our experience has been great. The staff are very responsive and have their residents best at the for front of everything they do.

My experience here was great Ms.Ashley is by far one of the best landlords I’ve encountered while living in Kansas very professional and understanding once you to know her she has made my year great and has helped out a lot this awesome lady is a blessing I thank her for everything she has done for me and wish nothing but the best her she has my recommendations never let me down not once if u haven’t met her please do as a previous tenant I vouch that she is amazing beyond words that can express Thank you Thank you Thank you

Ashley (Lessing lady) is about as unprofessional as they come. Not to mention extremely condescending. She has been an utter nightmare to deal with up to this point. Do not rent here or you’ll be subjected to dealing with someone who lacks all moral and ethical standards.

Cheapest option for miles around. Doors wont shut properly if the weather stripping is new. No central heat/air. New flooring looks amazing, though.

Clairborne Court Appartments is a great place to live very affordable and close to shopping and dinning Ashley the apartment manager is also right on top of things if you should need anything fixed.

Terrible. Terrible.. The only good thing about this place is the price, which you slowly discover you are getting what you paid for. Three different types of roaches have been seen daily. Sink was fixed with ductape. Free water?!?! Only lasts 5 minutes. New maintenice man has been working daily to try and fix the mistakes of the old owner. Could be a nice place in a couple of years. Neighbors all around are very loud and do not respect quite hours. If you can afford better, than do so.

The staff is fantastic! Super friendly! My only complaint is the walls and floor are super thin, so there isnt a lot of privacy, but youre getting a great deal, and most everyone is friendly!

The manager has gone above and beyond to get results for any problem I have had and the maintenance crew is experienced and professional. I am glad I chose Clairborn Court to call home. 👍😉

The manager stole my low air loss medical air bed. When I came to get it before the due time she had said no you cant have it. Her name is Casey, looks as if she does meth the signs are all over her face!! Then she said she had donated too southside mission look into that they said they never seen such a bed like this also, it clearly said property of medicaid please call this number if found. So, yeah this place is got broken unsafe side walks, heater and air machine that is clearly made to heat or cool a single room like 400 sq ft. max, a lair manager, the pool wasnt opened till a moth till it had to be closed. FBI enforcement arresting residents for fraud

Very friendly people. Management and maintenance are very friendly and professional services and treat you like family.

Sketchy neighborhood. Maintenance is pretty slow and not very responsive.

Half of it looks super outdated.The tenants look really unpleasant. The tennis court has grass growing on it. The place just overall sorta creeped me out. But its kind of cheap to rent compared to places north of them.

Very dark at night, sloping parking lot, lots of steep stairs and no handicapped parking lot

Nicely remodeled,good value&location
