Lifestyle installed a patio cover at our house, and everything was absolutely great from start to finish! We are beyond happy with our patio cover, and even more satisfied witht the people at Lifestyle that we got to work with along the way! They all went above and beyond. Jeremy was honest throughout the process and made sure to explain every step of and was always available to answer any questions. Ray did a fantastic job installing the cover, was happy to answer our questions as he was installing it, and was very intentional to get it exactly as we had hoped. Lifestyle truly saved the day after we had an absolutely terrible experience with another company in town. Lifestyle will certainly be our first call in the future for any other home improvements!

After reading all positive reviews on google I decided to call and set up appointment for a free estimate, I got a call back on the same day and they told me they will come next day in the morning after checking 2 houses. The never came or call, I was waiting all morning and nothing. I called them back and asking what happen, this person that answered the phone which I can verily understand his name, never apologize for no calling back or showing at home for the estimate. So I decided not to make business with Life Style Roofing that do not care about their new customers at all very unprofessional. NO RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Lifestyle did an amazing job on both my roof and guttering. The crews that came out where very professional. They took the time to protect my property and kept me updated on what was going on. They were very quick and cleaned up all debris after installations. If you want to work with a company that knows what they’re doing and has good customer service I highly recommend Lifestyle. I will definitely be using them for some of my other home repair needs.

I have tried multiple times and my husband has tried to use their services and we have been very unsuccessful. My first experience I had a salesman treat me with disrespect because I do not do this for a living and was not knowledgeable and now my husband can’t even get the other salesman to answer calls or texts and management appears to not care as well because they won’t call or message either.Update: spoke with supervisor Chris whom advised myself and my husband our insurance claim wasn’t worth the time because there wasn’t enough money in it. Would not challenge insurance for them to adjust was just done. And so are we. Disgusted.In response to yours:I am glad that you (Chris)have had a chance to calm down and voice your opinion in this Matterhorn. I am taking a chance by responding as you made it clear to myself and my husband that you will me pursing legal proceedings. I thought we finished the phone call this morning on a n established note that you made it very clear that you were not going to have anything to do with us outside of suing us and garnishing our wages if we are employed. I specifically told you I was calling to reconcile and potentially remove my review as you made it clear that it was not standard because we did not fully receive services from your business. I apologize for the trouble this has caused and I apologize for our “ignorance” in this matter. I will admit this is in fact our first time to experience something of this nature.

Really great company to work with salesman was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and every question about the new roof. He helped me pick out a new color for the shingles so that my house didnt look like a giant brick anymore. Entire process was smooth and easy. Roofing crew did a great job on the roof, and cleaned up after themselves better than Ive ever seen. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very good company to have you roof and gutters done the free inspection and the professionalism they display are second to none. They will walk you through the entire process from start to finish even deal with your insurance adjusters. 🤞🏼hopefully I was not need a new roof anytime soon but any home improvements I need to do I will contact them again to have it done.

Marlon came out, got us a quote and set it up. I love the color of our new gutters and it seems like the down spouts and everything were put in the right spots. Those guys are hard workers and get things done well. I suggest getting a platform for clients to send invoices and pay online like a lot of the contractors that I work with. After six different companies quoted us prices for replacing all the windows in our home, Lifestyle Home Improvement offered the best value, ideas, and support. Bryan, our sales rep, offered unique solutions that I would have never considered. He was on time and did a great job. The installation of our Anderson windows took the whole day. They arrived promptly and got to work quickly. By the end of the day our home had transformed. The new windows have given our home better curb appeal not to mention the money we are starting to save on energy costs. I really appreciated their professionalism and great customer service through the entire process. I give my full recommendation.

I was very impressed with how they handled my entire project. I had them replace my roof. Everything they agreed to do was communicated clearly. They completely removed and replaced the roof in one day. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend Matt or Keith to lead your next project.

We have a little debris left on our porch for us to sweep and it took a few days for the left over materials to be removed from our property, but the clean up is mainly on the contractors. The people that I have dealt with directly with Lifestyle have been very professional, prompt and friendly.

This company makes unsolicited cold calls to areas they suspect have had hail damage. I wouldnt use them even if they paid me.
