I asked the service guy why the mechanic just got in his car and drove away after only being here for about 2hrs working on my truck. He said hes going to lunch.. wth. I have been here 3days and i get an oh well look from the service guy here today.. dont come here if you want anything done in a timely manner!

I went here was great they got me in same day only problem is they changed my ac lines and put Freon in but I took it to another kw place cause was still blowing hot air come to find out they only put 2 lbs instead of 4 that was needed
My husband and I do a lot of business with MHC Kenworth through our diesel repair shop, BCK Diesel Services. Recently we had an experience with MHC of which a turbo core refund check was mailed to the wrong address, and unfortunately that address was inaccessible. We quickly accepted that it was our fault for not updating the address before they issued the refund and requested they update our information, cancel the first check and reissue the check to the correct address. Sounds easy enough right? But honestly, the whole experience could have gone downhill very fast if it wasnt for their employee Mario, and his perseverance to see our issue through & dedication to sincere professionalism and customer service. It was only TWO business days of elapsed time from the first call I made to Mario, at MHC, (explaining the issue) - to my last email with him letting him know I had the new check-in-hand. We really appreciate Mario and will be expressly requesting his help in the future to resolve any matters that may arise. 🙌🏻

Nights and weekends service sucks. All they do is give you excuses why they cant get to your truck while the mechanics stand around talking and playing on thier phones

It’s never a good time for your clutch to fail but if it had to happen it couldn’t of happened at a better place then Oklahoma City. I was so impressed with everything about my experience here. The mobile tech who came out (Phillip) was very knowledgeable and thorough as well as being pleasant. They recommended a wrecker company that came out right away to tow me in and it was reasonable.They started working on my truck within three hours of me arriving and did not stop until the job was completed. In and out of the shop in roughly 26 hours for a clutch replacement on my auto shift. Everyone in the service department were very easy to deal with. I received constant support from Marty Jenkins who worked to make this as reasonable as possible.I would absolutely return here if I needed. I highly recommend these people for their professionalism and accessibility. A big thanks to everybody that help me out.

So far, so good. In the preliminary study stage at the moment, working on purchasing a new Kenworth W900, we will tell more as time moves forward. If this all goes well we will up the ante of stars this is only the beginning, lets see if they earn that last two stars. Its only my first visit.
Very good to do business with. I called needing a truck fast. Will had me going down the road in less than a week. Everyone else was saying two months or better for the special truck I needed. So if your needing a new or used truck just give Will a call at MHC Oklahoma City and he will get you back to making money fast.
2 stars for 24/7 service No courtesy rides due to pandemic back to hotel but thanks to the 3 stars for service manager who went out of his way to get me a ride to hotel
Had a check engine light come on and called them as i was coming into OKC and was told there are 3 trucks ahead of he and it would be late morning till i was seen. This was at 8am. Go park and wait and a few other trucks come in and one of them gets called in before me so i check with service to ask why. They had no idea and told me they were busy and couldn’t estimate a time that they could get a tech to hookup a computer to read my codes. By noon i left and went to Rush Peterbilt who quicky hooked up a computer to read my code and at least let me know what i was up against. And they were swamped too, about 6 trucks in line ahead of me but i got out of there in less than an hour. Bottom line, unless you get lucky and MHC Kenworth just happens to not be busy you may get seen in a decent amount of time. If you don’t wanna gamble with your time, go to Rush for a quick diagnosis
They don’t honor or stand behind there work here. I have brought my KW in here four times after they replaced the turbo and fuel injector and they still can’t figure out the problem with fuel rail pressure. I have spent thousands here and still no respect either. After 17 hours of setting in the truck lounge they Tried to tell me I needed a overhaul because truck ran 230 degrees and derate in power. I told the guy two weeks ago heartland overhauled the motor. After I showed them the paper work the changed there theory.
Parts department is helpful and quick and new truck buying with JJ is easy

Do not go in this place, especially after hours! Went in Friday at 5:30 and there was no one to be found. Waited 20 minutes at front counter, finally left and went to Peterbilt. Thanks to Peterbilt management for properly staffing your facility!
Very grateful for this MHC dealership!! We had a coolant hose that was leaking. We were nervous that they were not going to get to us until the next morning. However service got us in quickly took care of the problem and did a pressure test. Very honest group!!

Recently had my truck in the shop for repairs. We agreed on a price for the repairs but it wasnt kept when receiving my first bill. A young man at the counter stopped what he was doing to help the first kid who had no idea what was going on and went over the bill with me showing what caused the price increase. I was furious over the bill initially but the young man kept his cool and ended up getting the bill under what the original estimate was. He never looked lost his temper and always kept eye contact with me. Even came out behind the counter to shake my hand.
Told to bring the truck up they would get it right in. Got it to their shop told later this afternoon at about 2 was told maybe 5 or 6 then it was put in. Still nothing. Now its 8:30pm and STILL Dont know what the are doing with the truck!

Brent was a straight up dude. He was honest through the whole buying process. The truck we ordered took a little longer than expected to get here but it was due to weather and being a 2200 mile drive from the factory. He had it detailed looking excellent when we picked it up. Even threw in some hats a floor mats. Still waiting on my tomahawk ribeyes though Brent lol

The city delivery drives for this company are very inconsiderate to semi truck deliveries. The act like they own the parking lot leaving their pickup trucks all over the place. When a driver from another company comes in, instead of moving their trucks they just watch and wait.

They give you key chains for 5 star hits on Google. Seems a little dishonest to me. Also, there are a lot of people at the service desk area that are eager to give a bad attitude, ignore the customer and just sit there and watch the TV displayed just for them on the other side of the counter. The guys working in the shop are awesome! Theyre friendly, informative and pretty fast depending on what needs to be worked on.

Clean shower, comfy recliners, and free laundry. If youre there for repairs, and need lunch or dinner Id recommend the Chinese place that delivers there. Dont remember the name, but theres a big stack of their menus.
You spend thousands of dollars on a truck and parts. You bring your truck in for them to find out what is wrong with it and all they want to do is not a thing. Every time I have had to bring my truck here to OKC they just sit around and do nothing. We as truck drivers need to get our trucks fixed and on the road so that the rest of the people can get the things they need for the store or what have you. I think that we should all stop coming here to get our trucks fixed and maybe the owner will figure it out .Update today I came back to mhc to see what was going on with my truck Jake Krieger talked to me about what was going on with my truck. He explained what they found and what they did to get the truck done.Thank Jake for going out of your way to fix this issue. Great job.

Been here since 3 pm. Seen multiple drivers pull in and get immediate service. Since I’m not local I’m s.o.l. Pulling the keys and moving on down the road with a persistent problem that MHC as a company has been involved in for 2 months. So much for customer service.
They were polite. Very busy, as the trucking world is. But you better mAke sure you tie, glue and hide anything of value. I hope they enjoy my tac light flashlight. Sorry your job don’t pay you enough that you have to steal from someone who is paying you to fix my truck. Shame on a man to steal from a women.

Your Dealership is absolutely the cleanest in town. The landscape is always well kept and I never see any trash on the property. The building is just the same on the inside. Had my truck towed in said they would start on it at 330 Sunday afternoon never laid a hand on it was suppose to remove the head. Now Monday 300 pm still havent got the head off. They do not get done what they say they will. Still waiting to here what is wrong with my truck. Lousy service period. Well after Anthony got some people and the warranty company motivated they flat got some work done. My truck is better than it ever has. I am very pleased with the service department and this establishment. Thanks again OKC Kenworth.

The parts department is horrible your standing waiting for help about with about 4 guys behind the counter and evidently I’m not standing here needing assistance on getting a part. This is about the 3rd time I come here only because it’s the only place open on Sunday. Horrible service and hospitality towards customer!

100% unsatisfiedDropped a truck off with service writer Kyle, told to check IVA issue and to call and advise prior to repairs. I watched him write it down on paperwork, a day later I show up to check the status and have a truck that has been repaired without authorization or even calling me with a quote, and the bill is over 4,300. Drove the truck 8 miles, did the same problem. Paid them another thousand dollars to fix the issue. Didnt fix it again, took it back and they replaced 2 little sensors. Then to find out they said I needed a new crank shaft. Such a waste of time and a whole bunch of money. I feel as they were simply throwing parts at it. As an independent small owner operator, this is unbelievable. Very very bad taste in my mouth after this to say the very least!!!
Daytime service writers are the worst Ive ever seen in a dealership. Kyle is bothered by every person that walks in or calls on the phone. All he wants to do is play on the computer and spit tobacco juice. Cliff is a little better but not by much. Asked the mechanics twice and told kyle 3 time to please put a battery charger on my truck because my fridge was running. It never happened and I have a fridge full of spoiled food. The entire shop staff moves so slow that you have to drive stakes to see if theyre moving. MHC and the employees should be ashamed of themselves. I can assure you they are not. No pride in anything they do. One bright spot is Ronny the night service writer. He is friendly and does his best to answer your questions. He should tell the daytime guys where they can buy a personality. Would not recommend this place to anyone for anything.

One of the best place to get the worst customer service during afterhours for parts. The service inchatge seems to be nice enough guy and helped me to find the parts guy. After the wait for over an hour here, still was not to get the parts as none of the parts guys where AT THE PREMISES.I will never come back here or neither recommend this unless the management fixes this BS.
Rolled in Sunday afternoon with check engine light ( exhaust manifold) and with the help of Logan and Zach in service and Cool Hand Luke master mechanic i was out the door Tuesday morning.Thank you !!
Charged me 1,200 for fuel filters and reset codes and still didnt fix the problem dont walk run away from this place.
They were able to find a problem with my truck that two other shops missed. Staff was very nice and patient. They also have a nice driver’s lounge with a tv, recliners, shower, washer, and dryer.

Been here since Monday today is Friday now being told truck wont get out of the body shop until at least Wednesday of next week not really sure whos fault this is but it really sucks But the people who work here have been nice as they can be Now Tuesday still telling me tomorrow ibwill never come here again they told me 24 hrs of labor after today it will be more than that . They get there money now I wont see a pay check for at least 3 weeks as Im owner opt there not pet friendly tomorrow when my stay at motel is up I will have to stand outside until there done with my dog Stay away from the body shop service moves you in and out but not over at the body shop

Very poor customer service with service department. Called to ask about getting pinion seal fixed and how far was out. Service writer stated Monday morning then hung up on me before I could say anything or ask for parts to see if had part Called Friday night the 22 March at about 1130 PM. Very bad attitude. Wont take truck to get repaired if have that attitude. Poor service writers. Suggest mhc invest in some personality classes and customer service classes for employees. Typical mhc though. Best of luck to people that chance using these guys

After a couple of days of truck shopping I walked into MHC Kenworth Oklahoma City. From the time I walked in to the day I picked my truck up I recieved nothing but excellent customer service. I worked with Will Dodds in sales and not one time did he pressure me into buying something I didnt want. He sat me at his desk and we looked at every truck in stock at every MHC across the country. He showed me the new T680 they had out front but the next day he called and said it was already sold. Instead of talking me into something different he worked with me and told me there was another one being built and would sell it at the same price. A few days passed and he offered to pay me to go pick it up at the Factory. Never in my life would I dream of owning a brand new truck. Thank you Will for your excellent customer service.
