The guys at the parts counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though they didnt have the part i needed on hand they checked with their supplier and confirmed they could get it and ship it to me. I live 2hrs away and was in the area for something else and stopped in to see if they had it. Not one of the stores in my area offered to see if they could get it for me. Definitely would get my business for my equipment needs if I was local.

I purchased a house a few years ago, Im a full-time Paramedic, I own a small lawn care company, and I have been searching for a local dealer to build a relationship with. I met Chris at the OKC Farm Show, in April, while checking out the same mower I recently purchased. I was probably looking at that thing for a good ten minutes and noticed Chris in the corner of my eye watching me but not engaging with me. I appreciate that and how he allowed me to evaluate the machine without dropping the salesman act on me. When he noticed I was pretty much done checking it all out he came up and introduced himself. Chris is a down-to-earth man that is non-BSer. He calls it how he sees it and he isnt afraid to tell you how he feels, a quality that you rarely see today. We spent the next thirty minutes talking about the mower and getting to know each other. I came to learn Chris is a former first responder who left that line of work to help out in his familys business. I knew at that point I wanted to build a relationship with Wright Tractors. A couple of weeks ago I went to their shop, talked to Chris and he immediately remembered me. I ordered a new BobCat mower and picked it up a week later. I will continue to give Chris and Wright Tractors my business and highly recommend you do the same!

I purchased my tractor from Wright Tractors two months ago. I have had zero problems with the tractor and had a great buying experience. I was a first time tractor buyer and could have easily been oversold. The owner sold me the tractor I needed and I couldnt be happier. I was especially impressed that during delivery it was noticed gear oil wasnt in the rotary cutter. Mr. Wright reached into his wallet and handed me $20 to buy some. Customer service of this kind isnt common.

These guys do service work for Lowe’s. They have a bunch of Husqvarna lawn tractor parts in stock. Great people too!

I bought an LS tractor there, great price.Anytime I’ve had questions I just go up there and ask and they answer my questions.I also bought a new fleet of equipment there this year for my business. I have had no issues with anything. Chris worked very hard to get everything done on the deal. Highly recommend.Also I got the same style equipment quoted from another local mower sales store and Wright beat it by close to $10,000. Great prices. Great customer service.

This company can not be trusted

They had my tractor for 7 weeks and would never communicate with me what was wrong. At one point I asked how much I owed so I could take it elsewhere and was told they couldn’t give me a price or even an estimate on what it would cost. Long story short I call and was told it was ready so I go to get it paid almost $1800.00 went to load it up and brakes were still locked up. They keep it another day and tell me it was ready. I got it back with bolts missing, extra parts and no brakes

Recently purchased a Husqvarna robotic mower from Wright Tractors...what an amazing machine! Chris provided expert installation and excellent customer service! So wish I had gone robotic months ago as its great having a yard that looks outstanding each and every day rather than a couple of days a week with traditional mowing methods! Couldnt be happier with this decision!

I feel like I went from complete newb to the tractor world to just kinda newb by all the questions they answered for me today. They were not trying to push anything on me and I feel like they honestly were just happy to answer all my questions. These guys could honestly teach a class in customer service.

Tractor was advertised and sold as “like new” with a “2700 lb capacity loader”, When in fact loader capacity is only 1485 lbs and tractor needs over $1,300 worth of repairs. Buyer beware.

Bought a compact tractor there in early 18. Had some minor service issue with the backhoe. However, they did extra work adding a finger to the backhoe and did a great job. Product works great and I like the folks there. Going to purchase a box blade from them soon and probably more.

Was supper busy the day I was in, I waited a bit and they stopped by 2 times saying sorry, be with you and soon as possible..... I had somewhere I had to be so I couldnt wait but as I was driving away a guy runs and tries catching me, but I was already 1/2 way out the drive......here is how I look at this, some would say Ride made me wait, didnt help me, never coming back. I look at it this way....they were busy and hopefully selling some things 😁 and making the economy move.. they could have easily let me stand there and never say anything to me and they could have watched me drive off, but instead they tried chasing me down for a possible sale....I say that dedication and my hats off to you! I will be back for sure!

Talk about being professional and top notch customer service. I needed help finding a part that was unable to be located in the city. Went to see these guys and they fixed me up. Even took the time to come out and show me how to fix it.

Bought a new tractor in June for hay season, here and have had nothing but trouble with it. Stayed at the dealer for 4 months. Brought it home and still had problems. Terrible customer service. Once you buy, you’re on your own. I recommend you find any other dealer but this one.

Cecil Wright is one of the good guys in this business. Honest, respectable, hard worker. Used equipment will always break down at some given point. I’ve seen a few people give Cecil a 1 star for a $500 fix (Your lucky when buying used that’s all it cost you, used equipment can get expensive and farming, something to take into consideration before jumping into the water).“If Wright Tractor doesn’t deserve a 5 star, I don’t know who does”. The employees are very knowledgeable about everything they have. Easy to work with. They will even pick up and deliver your mowers and tractors.

The staff was very helpful, but you will have to wait till there is someone there. Went to order parts for my father in laws tractor, had to return 3 time. Once parts arrived had to return twice to pick them up. Whole thing took 6 weeks. Lot of down time for a small farm.

My process of buying a tractor started a year ago, mostly online and with dealers locally. Trying to break through the noise of all the online reviews, specifications and websites was a little overwhelming. In todays information age I have always been scared of websites that state For Price Please Call One of the websites stood out however, Wrights. They posted their prices on their website along with a host of info on specs and features. Nothing scary about that at all. I needed to get away from the computer, spec sheets, post it notes and get hands on, but I quickly found that the inventory at the tractor dealerships in my area and close by, was light and many times non existent. Wright Tractors was a bit of a drive, but their inventory was the exception rather than the rule. I was pleased to find a large number of tractors available in their inventory. My first phone call to Cecil was very informative, educational and very helpful.Buying my LS tractor there, was a welcomed experience. I had several questions which Chris was able to answer. I feel my questions were never looked upon as stupid or dumb. It really was a straight forward easy and no-nonsense process. Chris did not tack on a myriad of fees once the purchase was made either. I expected to pay an additional delivery charge, however that was not the case. The price was the price.My LS XR4145H was delivered last night. Cecil took the time to go over the controls and features. I could not be any more pleased with my purchase.Chris and Cecil are just good folks. They remind me of the good ole days when a handshake was a contract! I wish all products could be purchased this way. Quick, Easy, Simple and all at a great value for the product. Good tractors and Cecil is one of the best kindest person youll ever do business with in your lifetime.

Not the best business to deal with. Bought a reconditioned tractor from them last year. Had several things go wrong in first 3 months but unable to get it back to them to fix. Started up this year and oil filter case broke. Oil every where then 5 hours later the fuel filter housing broke. Another 2 hours and the water pump went out. Took it back for repair and they could not care that so many things had gone wrong. Owner Cecil told me that was to be expected. Still have leaks in back axle and so far with 55 hours on clock have sunk another $700 plus into it. Beware of shoddy built machines.

Wanted to purchase a tractor, waited for 20 minutes for help and the guy acted like he could care less. Sadly they have the tractor I want but Ill go else where.

Had some major disagreements with the owners after they kept our tractor for nearly 3 months. It was repaired but the customer support was subpar. Their charges are not in line with customer support. Wont use again.
