Don’t know if this is the worst Best Buy in OKC or the most negligent. As a Apple customer who pays for apple care I expect the best or even half decent customer service available. The Geek SQUAD DID NOT call, email, text or leave a message letting me know they did not have the equipment to fix my phone. This resulted in me driving an hr and a half to be told to turn around and reschedule for next week. Another thing if someone make an appointment make sure to look at the description to make sure you don’t waste my ones time. And I hate to tell you but simpling saying sorry retired is not enough. I understand it sounds good to tell customers that you tried contacting them or emailing them even when they read it back to you, BUT THEY NEVER DO. I specifically and referencing the employee Abraham. Thank god Abraham in the Bible did his job correctly for the other Abrahams that can’t. After rescheduling my next appt I again received no conformation of my appt. Best Buy and Geek Squad need to do better if they are going to partner and be 3rd party companies.

Took my receiver for repairs, she said that they need to ship device to Kentucky $89 fee plus repairs. Do not have technicians on site, Inconvenient, Expensive, Stupid, do not want your business. Never go back to those Geeks.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone for you. We have been trying for three days to get a hold of this location and no answer sitting on hold for over 10 minutes

I specifically said what I needed done and they said they could do it. Called the next morning to find they were trying to run a 150 diagnostic on my computer without being asked and I did not sign off on this charge. They tried to tell me my computer was riddled with virus which is bs. I fix computers myself and was trying to save myself time by having them install memory which they turned after I said hell no to the unwanted useless diagnostic and said oh then we cant help you. Waste of time and liars. Go elsewhere

I called the Geek Squad regarding a spam issue with a group posing as Microsoft Support... The 3rd party group through some means unknown to me locked up my computer and placed a pop-up on my screen saying I needed to call them to fix the virus that was in my computer. They would not verify who they were and eventually hung up. What a SCAM.... needles to say my computer was still locked up so I called the Geek Squad at 5801 N May Ave in OKC and the lady on the other end talked me through a fix at no charge. Kudos to the Geek Squad, a fix for free... WOW and they say nothing is for free these days.
