Robert was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. My car was ready in a short amount of time. I even recommended the shop to my family! Thats how satisfied I am with them. Pricing was also very reasonable.

I needed leaks repaired on an RV that I am restoring. I was fully prepared to pay for a diagnostic, but was surprised to find that there was no cost to check it out. Great way to show what they can do for me...so I thought. I scheduled a time to drop it off and was told it would take about 2 hours. i dropped it off at the agreed time and didnt hear anything back for several hours, I drove by few times and all they had done was move the RV out of their way. When I returned they just told me that it was leaking really bad...um, no kidding that is why I wanted to see if it needed the re-seal service. He said that the reseal service probably wouldnt last 6 months and that I should just rebuild it. The transmission is experiencing no problems and shifts beautifully so I find it hard to believe an entire rebuild is really necessary, but he was really hard selling that rebuild and he is the professional so I was giving it serious thought because it is an old RV afterall.Anyway, what really pisses me off is that I JUST put brand new carpet in the RV and they got in with their nasty oil covered shoes with no protection and RUINED my carpet. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE GUYS. I was strongly considering just doing the rebuild because it would be nice to know it was 100%, but if you have no respect for my time and can just ruin my carpet like this, forget it!Extremely unprofessional...I would have been more than happy to pay ANY shop a $60 diagnostic fee to do a REAL diagnostic and not ruin my hours of hard work laying in new carpet.

I came in to have brakes done they suggested roaters as well 500 bucks. Came in January thought my transmission was leaking. Not that suggested oil pan and filter replacement also ac serpentine belt.another 400 plus One month later serpentine belt was ate up. Said it was the tensioner pulley that went bad. Another 400. No regards to warranty So replaced that. Three weeks later belt is hanging and off again. Bringing it again. Seriously. Spent more than 1500 since Dec. so done.

Was told each day that something would be tested/ fixed, 4th day I took vehicle back. Manager didnt even acknowledge I was there and sent employee out with car, who again said nothing,just parked it and walked away. Childish

GM said I need a new transmission, went to AAMCO for a second opinion, AAMCO did a oil change service, my truck is working great now, that saved me a bunch of money . Thanks AAMCO

I took my car in to get my wheel bearings and CV joints for both sides of the front replaced. They quoted me a price and one of my bearings was good so they knocked that off my bill. We had to wait on a part so they could out everything back together, which the part took longer to get to them but it was no fault on their end. Sam added a pound of freon to my AC for the mishap. NTM, trying to get a company to finance me took 2 1/2 hours. Needless to say, Sam and his crew are awesome and very professional. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me and my car!!!

AAMCO customer service and quality technicians never seem to disappoint. They are knowledgeable, efficient, timely, and get the job done right!!! I have found they are honest, willing to work with you, and have financing available if needed. Sooooo thankful I found them and would totally recommend this location for all your vehicle needs.

I had work done on a vehicle at the end of April and wasnt impressed with this shop. Took way too long to fix the vehicle and the quote doubled overnight-I understand they found things once they got into the repair and that was unavoidable. Biggest issue in April was that the very first thing they advised needed fixed wasnt even in the quote. I was going to just move on, however, our AC wasnt working in this same vehicle and we took it to have it worked on. Was just told the reason its not working is that they drained the system when they replaced the radiator and didnt fill it back up. Now Im paying $133 to have this fixed when it should have been taken care of with my $2200 repair in April. The employees were nice enough but this just confirms my thoughts from April that I will never return to this shop nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment to check my transmission, however when servicing my vehicle they documented my mileage wrong! Veryyy disappointing since I couldn’t trade my car in for its full value when trying to purchase a new car.

Had my trans rebuilt years ago. They did a great job. Had them check my truck over and try to get an estimate to get some already owned parts installed. After a few day wait (they were having computer problems, not their fault there) they called me to tell me they couldnt install ANY of it due to 3 of the pieces being a lowering kit (the vast majority of it was oem replacement parts from reputable vendors) also, was a bit disconcerting to see a tech test driving a vehicle pretty aggressively while waiting in line (squealing tires, revving vehicle to what sounded like redline a few times before parking it) Robert, the office manager is always polite and friendly though, and again, the trans rebuild they did for me is really nice shifting (over 3 years ago).

How does a place forget to put necessary parts back on your vehicle they took off. Communication skills need to improve within the shop.GM asked me to contact them and I did. Its been weeks and still havent heard back from GM. This place truly sucks and deserves 0 stars.

Robert was AWESOME! Fast service. Great customer care. No BS. I came in with some questions about my check engine light and spongy brakes and he took real good care of me giving me knowledgeable answers to all my mindless ramblings about doing it myself. I appreciate him for that and I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore problems with my car.

Took my sons VW GTI into get AC fixed . They ran a free full system check on it for me. I’m a good mechanic. I just don’t do AC work . The AC system needed Matinance. They got me fixed up fast . With this summer heat they did a bang up job getting my sons VW . I do all my own work just sometimes don’t have time to do something. I would trust them with mar cars again . Very professional and quality work.

These guys took care of us! We came in from out of state and had our timing belt replaced here and they had it done so quickly! We came in to pick our car up on Friday 30min before closing and they didnt hesitate to stay an hr past closing until we were able to get into our car. So friendly and treated us like family. The good: Robert was friendly and very transparent about the cost for my repairs. He communicated with me every step of the way. He is eager to help the customer and went out of his way to do so.The bad: Transmission started slipping after service. Brought it to my mechanic who told me the transmission was underfilled after leaving aamco. My mechanic filled it to the proper level and the slipping stopped.

Having my Honda pilot in the shop for the third time for a power steering pump replacement. Now they are keeping it all week for this simple process. Service guy tells stories about how he cant get one but every parts store in the city has one. Having to wait the whole week to get my car back. NOT HAPPY! Took it in on Monday. Says he might have it ready Friday.

They did not fix my car or give me accurate information with the problems on my vehicle. They called and told me my car was ready for pick up, 2 minutes after leaving the lot. My car broke down at the stop sign located on the same street they are located on. I do recommend this company just not this location!

I recently had my transmission rebuilt at the Aamco off of 39th. They towed it from my house for free. Explained all the work to be done up front and let me know all prices up front. The office manager was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person. For the amount of work they had to do to my transmission it was done in a timely manner. I got my vehicle back and so far I am extremely satisfied. Will recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repair.

I came in to have my transmission looked at (3/5/2018) and this was the first time I came to this shop. While I was in the waiting room a lady came in and spoke to Chris complaining that she had been serviced at their shop and when she went to her mechanic they found cut wires and hammered in places on her engine and she was furious and wanted to talk to their manager. I dont know what happened to her.After my diagnostic visit was over I went home and had my dad look at my car. (3/5/2018) He found oil dripped on the battery and thought it was weird. He checked my oil level and it was empty!!! I am 1,844 miles and months short of my next needed oil change with my trusted mechanic. (Im at the 1/3 mark of the regular time needed for my next oil change) My oil should not be empty! I called the manager, Jay, to discuss my issue. He spoke highly of his employees and said nothing about trying to find the root of the issue. He became agitated and rude with me after I spoke about sharing my experience.I do not trust this service location and I am dissatisfied with how management blew off my issue. I initially needed service for transmission but now I will now be taking my car to my trusted mechanic to make sure no further damages have happened to my car. I do not recommend this group and I HIGHLY do not recommend this service location. I am just thankful I was in the lobby to hear that womans complaint and had my dad look at my car afterwards.

I went to this aamco to get my ‘02 blazer fixed the truck was draining coolant and ticking with a rough idle when stopped. They gave me my free diagnosis and my truck is there right now getting the drain valve fixed, the clamp replaced, and getting antifreeze added so I can be back on the road! If you want to be helped and cared about the right way, the front man Robert is your go to guy! With info and realism he tells it to you straight price, parts and all! Thanks aamco

**BEWEAR- they are scammers!!!**my boss took the company car to get the wheels alined, after approximately 30 minuets drive, smoke came out of one wheel and people had to stop me to get my attention, it smelled like gas.The day after I had to take the car again to the shop.I came early in the morning and was there 10 minuets after they opened, the had no other people waiting or anything, the shop manager told me they need to check what was the problem and there is it coming from, I asked how long it’ll take and he said that it takes about 10 minuets and that they attained to my car right away. It took them an hour and a half!! After I went out and stood by the car and was asking them to look at it, it took the 15 minuets and 3 guys and still nothing.I finally called my boss and just left the car there. My boss sent another employee from our company to pick up the car and they tried to scam more money out of him.Needless to say we just took the car and left without fixing it. The car was worst condition than what we brought it to this car shop.

I was having problems with my brakes after receiving sub-standard care from another shop. I brought my car to AAMCO and they were really helpful and repaired the problems at a very reasonable and fair price.

Took my car in they charged me almost $300.00 to fix my air conditioner and it worked for the rest of the day and the next day it stopped working again, I took my car back not only did they not give me my money back they wanted to charge. Me an additional 1500 for a one other repair on my air conditioner... Im a General Manager at a hotel and refer all my guest to this location, this I will never do again!!!! Beware od this company it is a scam.....

Completely replaced my transmission in a timely manner. Stayed open late for my checkup 10 days later since I was running late from work. Highly reccomended!

Honest staff. Had a water pump fail and needed replaced along with belts. Replacement Water pump was faulty and failed, causing more damage. Damage is being covered under warranty.

Could have been more respectful to my friend when we came months ago, and could have been a much better judge of time when accepting my vehicle to be inspected. Was told hour and a half, 2 and a half hours later Im told to come get they wont be able to look at it in time today.

The service was truly amazing! The service technician and the whole staff was courteous. Several called me to give me updates on the progress of my vehicle (GMC Terrain). It was delivered back to me when they promised. Ive been driving it for about 5 days now and the transmission shifts perfectly now. The price was right! AAMCO found a few other things wrong and go my approval to proceed and again at a very fair price. When I can me to pick up my car, the called me by name... you are not just a number at AAMCO. They asked me to bring the SUV back in, in about 10 to 12 days so they can make sure everything is correct (no leaks, etc.) Which means they dont just fix it and hope its right... they want to check for themselves. I cant say enough about the service and courtesy at AAMCO. I went to the 39th street location in OKC (39th & I-44). But I hear all the 7 locations in Oklahoma City and 2 in Tulsa are owned by the same people, which means all locations will have the same great service! I HIGHLY recommend you use AAMCO for not only transmission issues but anything from Oil Changes to Breaks and anything in between. Wade
