I spoke to an Adriana Wentland? Not sure of the spelling. She is rude. Honestly awful experience. Dont know why she had to be so ugly or condescending. Sad way to represent her place of employment, a metal health resource center. Really? And treat people like you are better than them....do not got here.

This is an excellent resource for the Oklahoma City community. The director and staff operate a caring, top-notch facility. Their new facilities are beautiful. The are great community partners!

No one ever answers the phone and If you have a child that needs counseling I would advise to stay far away from here these people are known for coaching your child to say things that arent true just so that they can make a false DHS report be careful not a recommend place and they are not properly trained with helping the kids cope with past traumatizing events they also are not properly trained to help kids with behavioral issues they just tend to blame there behavioral issues on the care taker or parents be careful with these people

More than qualified experts to help no matter your circumstances. They care and listen to your needs. Have onsite pharmacy for your convenience as well. They serve and/or have resources for a multitude of services for children to seniors. Look, all people have problems at least once in their lives. If its for yourself or someone else, be smart enough to make the call. Walk ins are welcome. No shame in self improvement,!

I was having a lot of grief over the loss of someone and I went to North Care for mental health and I stayed overnight.. almost..the lady at the inpatient night desk I don’t know her name she was African-American and heavy set she was so rude to all the patients there she treated people like animals she snapped at everyone anytime another coworker said anything to her she snapped at them I was so uncomfortable that instead of getting mental health help I just wanted to leave because I didn’t want to be mistreated. I don’t recommend It was awful and it felt so cold and mean

This place is awesome. It saved my life almost 3 years ago. I love everyone there including my therapist Rachel. If you are needing help with ANYTHING, this is the place to go. I went in being suicidal and on drugs and today I’m happy, sober, and living life how i should. Thanks northcare for all you do.

Great place for those struggling with a mental health concern. I love my peer counselor, case manager and doctors. They work very closely with variety care for other health concerns. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love seeing Lynn and Rita at the welcome desk and their new building is amazing!!!! Great job guys.

My son was there and when it was time to leave, they dropped him off at the Jesus House and told him good luck. The Jesus House didnt work out and now hes on the streets work nowhere to go. Very uncaring

This place Advertises themselves as a Behavioral Health Center, but really they exist for their own status of Employment, Financial Security and pass out Suboxone like its Candy..Ive had reoccurring appointments for 6 Months and accomplished nothing. If anything, they want to prescribe me medication, which i refuse because its my situation and my situation is HOMELESS (which you cant say nothing unless you know what its like being homeless and living with others having Mental/Behavioral issues, which i have been homeless for 10+ years and dealing with others Behavioral Issues)..Prescribing someone Drugs is not the answer.. That fixes nothing.. If anything youll be a Pharmaceutical Experiment, which is probably how NorthCare gets its Funding..At this time, my status is viewed from my Case Manager at City Rescue Mission and NorthCare (which they communicate) as its all about Work, Work, Work. Disregarding my Mental Health.. Pff, i bet even Work Safety Standards are disregarded with their one track minds, because City Rescue Missions Management and Security are very poor.. I point out their flaws and their excuse is theyre a Non Profit Organization.Anyway, I have many Issues which put me in a Psychosis and seeked help from NorthCare. Their Staff lacks the Acknowledgement and Professionalism to recognize any Behavioral Issues unless it pertains to someones, or their own Safety and Security..I was seen by a Therapist 1 time.. 1 TIME, which I was then terminated from seeing the Therapist again because I Couldnt Set Goals.How does a Therapist Terminate you from Future Appointments because you Couldnt Set Goals?IT IS THE THERAPISTS PROFESSION TO ASSIST IN MAKING GOALS AND AT THE SAME TIME IDENTIFY MENTAL/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH!!NorthCare also practices Favoritism and take their Jobs on a Personal Level, I imagine to fuel their Ego for their Employment Title or Higher Society Status making them believe theyre better than you..Ive seen NorthCares Staff treat some people more valuable than others thru NorthCares Staffs Act of Body Language, Expressions and that Persons Intake Status (Drug Addict)..If your a Drug Addict and you need Suboxone, NorthCare is a One Stop Shop..They cater to assisting Drug Addicts with Suboxone with no problem..Ive tried to go to Hope Community Services or Red Rock Mental Health to seek help somewhere else, thinking it will be more professional services, but I live in City Rescue Mission, I contacted Upward Transitions and niether can assist me with Transportation to get to these places which are 3+miles away..So now i have to move to another State to find more professional services, which seemed to be NorthCare and City Rescue Missions true intentions when I arrived in OKC 7 months ago because of their own Personal Opinions and Judgements being that I wasnt from Oaklahoma..

I really love the help I receive here. Everyone is friendly from doctors, therapists and other staff. The only thing is theres a lot of coming and going of therapists. Ive been coming here since November 2017 and Im already on my third counselor. Other than that I am very pleased with the care I get.

I’ve never dealt with any uncaring person at Northcare. Every problem I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few, they’ve reached out to me to make sure I was okay and see what they could do for me. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I got the help I need including calling me st home, following up with me at home, setting appointment s when I just couldn’t do the walk in, working with me on meds, not getting upset with me for forgetting paperwork. They’ve been surprisingly kind about everything I fell through on they asked me to do. I didn’t mean to fall through. I just have a hard time getting stuff done although focusing has become easier with their help. And my depression is manageable.One day I got to see how hard the doctor(s) in charge there work. They aren’t doing this for the money. It must be because they really want to help. They’ve worked hard to get several grants too. Those are not easy to apply for let alone find.Thank you Northcare staff for all you do and for being so kind about it!

I absolutely love this place . The staff and everyone treat you with respect . Everything is scheduled at your convenience and around your needs. They treat my kids amazing and speak to them and hears everything . Its not just a job to them its for real care and hope.

They have saved my fiancees life. I didnt know if he would ever get better but they worked with him. Mind he is no walk in the park but now he can walk in the park. He is happy and living a normal productive life. He had paranoid schizo effective disorder. He was in and out the hospital 17 times. He has not been in the hosptial in over 7 months now. God is good. Thank you Northcare. Thank you and we finally got married.

They didnt help me or ask my why I was there they just threw medications at me and didnt even know what I have gone through I had my 6th appointment and went to the front desk to check in and they asked me why I was here I said I have a appointment I had 6 different counselors didnt help me they just asked me questions of my health and family history health they dont help you they just care to get your money .of rather pay someone thats a professional to help me. Dont waste your time or money.

Great place to get mental health needs met. They offer medication, one on one counseling and group therapy. Its based on your income. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. If you can get with Dr. Perdue hes awesome! For years I struggled and he worked with my meds until he found what worked for me. He really listens to my concerns and input. For once I feel like I have control over my mental health instead of floundering in an endless sea.

Every person I have dealt with today has been very uncaring in this facility. Wasted my time, will not be returning. Very disappointed... And did not receive any help I needed. I feel worse than before I even came in. Do yourself a favor and try other places in OKC such as Hope.

It took over 2 hours to get a couple of prescriptions, with only 5 people in the waiting room.

Once i stopped fighting having to change service providers, ireally started to like the place i had a provider i really didnt gel with and my case manager got me someone else and i love her. Some times you have to say this isnt work. A closed mouth doesnt get fed

Absolutely awful customer service. Slow to respond to people and get them the help they actually need. Gives you the run-around and makes you wait two months every six months to renew for services. DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!!
