Tracking showed my package to be delivered to business by end of day. At 5pm still no delivery. I wait in the parking lot to the business, near the entrance door. The only way to the business entrance door is the parking lot. As I wait in the parking lot, I get a text messageat 6:31pm, We tried to deliver DHL Express today but premises were closed. Youll need to reschedule... The was never a DHL vehicle on the street near my business, an attempt could not have been made. I send feedback and was basically told I need to ensure I monitor the tracking system. DHL does not only lack integrity, they dont care to listen to your concerns either. Obviously the delivery person did not come by. I would recommend this business as they lack integrity and not interested in resolution.

A delivery service that has one job and can’t do it right. They delivered my package to the completely wrong house. They took a picture of my package on a porch that did not resemble mine at all. I was not able to retrieve the package as I could never figure out where they actually left it. After sending in evidence of the package being delivered to the wrong location they gave me the run around for two weeks then claimed that they did indeed deliver it to the right spot and refused to help any further. Disgrace of a company.

First they told me I wasnt home when they tried to deliver it. I was home. Sitting 6 feet from the door the whole day.Then they tell me my address is bad. Funny that FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walmart & USPS deliver every week to the same bad address.Ive called 6 times. Been hung up on twice (never raised my voice so this way uncalled for).No one seems to be able to actually reach the Oklahoma City office to connect me directly to them to solve this issue. Ridiculous!

Must wear face covering. Service is great! Bo helped me. He was upbeat & professional. Knew what he was doing, and was efficient. I was sending a package to an attorney in Kiev, Ukraine. Package scheduled for delivery in 2 days! This was the best experience I ever had for express shipping anywhere!!! Thank you Bo & DHL!

0 stars if I could. They lost my package and did not even try to retrieve it. For whatever reason, they saw my address on the package, and decided to deliver it to the amazon warehouse where they lost control of the package. Horrible company

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily we were able to find the actual house it was delivered to based on the photograph of delivery.

Prepare for a lack of clear consise communication for timely delivery. DHL has turned customer service communication on its head. DHL corperate attitude does not understand customer relations, communication and presume customers should know the internal processes of their logistics delivery process. DHL Oklahoma City customer service at whole new level of clueless when it comes to customer focused logistic communication and providing consise contact information about their 3rd part contract deliveries with Driving Force.

My experience with DHL has been the worst Ive ever seen, the tracking number that they gave me is too long to use to track my package. And I went on the shippers page and it shows my package going everywhere but to my house. I would not recommend these people to deliver anything for anybody because they dont know how to deliver a package on time or deliver a package to the right address.

Terrible experience! First and last time I use DHL. I received a notification stating that the delivery was attempted but no one was home. I called home to verify and there was someone home at the time. I called customer service and explained to them that I needed that package that day and I paid for it to be delivered that day. Customer care representative told me that he would put in a request and to call back in a couple of hrs which I then stated I was going to be on a flight. I arrived home and the package wasnt delivered. Ive been calling and emailing but they arent open on Saturday or Sunday even though on their automated system it stated that they were going to be delivering the weekend before Christmas. Obviously not. I expect an apology and a refund for paying for a delivery that did not happen at expected time

If everyone could pick their mail/package carriers that they wanted to use for delivery, DHL would be out of business. They have zero sense of urgency when handling packages.

Good experience. It was kind of slow in checking out but it wasnt their fault, the computer was slow. Other than that I recommend DHL Express service at this location.

So I have had a TERRIBLE experience with DHL overall. But the OKC office is different from the rest. My package kept being moved from one facility to the other. So Cheryl from the OKC facility calls me and makes sure to cater to my needs so that I finally get my package within the day that she called me. She had the package delivered to my job so that I would not miss the courier and signing for the package. And when I called to ask if he would arrive before the work day ended she coordinated with the courier and myself to make it happen. Whoever is in charge needs to give Cheryl a raise!

I receive shipments from Canada and have never had a problem. I receive tracking information from the shipper and the information is updated frequently. My packages arrive on time and are held at the OKC facility. All my interactions with the DHL employees have been positive.

Your driver in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma failed to yield to me today. She then pretended to not notice what she had done while i was honking. Careless completely. I have 5 kids in my car. Maybe hire drivers who care about learning to drive. Driver number is DL18034. I wouldnt even give 1 star but i have to give something to be heard with your company.

Terrible. They never deliver on time. Estimated delivery date is totally inaccurate. The tracking is useless and they dont update you for days at a time. Annoyed and disappointed.

Package was supposedly delivered to my house. No package arrived, checked security cameras and there wasnt a delivery made at all. I skipped a family function as this package was supposed to require a signature for delivery. They took a close up photo of the box on a porch. Customer service said theyll try to find out where it was delivered, so well see.

They deserve no Star they flicking horrible customer care sucks, the office sucks, and the carriers Luella about delivery. Please get real people that give a shi* about the company. Seems shady like they want to steal your packages.

Also 0 star. Wont follow simple instructions on the address label like Leave with Office nor will they call you back. Protip: DO NOT USE THE LEAVE A MESSAGE OPTION, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!

It is an excellent courier service, only it is expensive because sending small things to another country costs much more than what or the items that were bought here.
