Second time in a week delivery was taken to the neighbors house! They said they DONT GO BY ADDRESS ON PACKAGE! That they only go by a pin in computer! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ITS BEING DELIVERED 2 HOUSES DOWN AND OUR ADDRESS IS CLEARLY ON OUR MAILBOX!

8/30/21 @ 3:30 pm this driver cut us off did an illegal lane switch & almost hit us & trying not to crash into a left lane wall of highway 44

Quick turnaround, usually have loads close to ready upon arrival. The shack guys are great.

TRUCKERS! Entrance is off 15th St. From Council St, turn where it says Landfill. Then turn your first left. Easy in and out here.

Was threatened at work told hrr and they fired me . Packages on the floor constantly and supervisors with vest yelling at you. One bathroom for the whole warehouse that they clean in middle of afternoon so no bathroom available. What a disappointment this job was never made enough money to pay rent working 3 hours a shift . Supervisors here seem clueless not alot of training for theses positions and there should be.

I do deliver loads very often and they have fast service and let you take empty trailer before your time.

Yard personel are very friendly looking to get you in and out, but box trucks that load here will drive infront of you while you position and drive behind you on blind sides while you try to dock the trailor.

Its Amazon. It helps pay the bills and saves me from going around people. Just send me my stuff honey....to my front door. :)

I worked at this location off Council as a third party helping as a yard jockey for a 10 hr. shift. It was a pleasant experience! Amazon employee Kimberly was super nice and very helpful. Shes an excellent communicator! Id help again!

These folks got it together! Its a real treat as a driver to have such professional people to come in contact with when I show up for my loads! Thanks guys. Oklahoma city rocks!

The warehouse is a complete mess. The workers cant keep up with demand. They really need to unionize.

For some reason my packages have been at this facility all day. And not shipped I was suppose to Receive them today but haven’t gotten anything. And to top it off it was gifts for my husbands birthday today. Probably won’t use amazon again.

Back to save face, brokedown at the entrance but made it OK today

Delivered to wrong address and didnt read the delivery instructions and i know they dont even care about the reviews cause they havent fixed the issues

I got really excited when I heard amazon was coming to the area and looking for 1500 new employees. I applied as soon as possible and went to the earliest orientation I could get. I went to orientation, did their drug test... a week later I got the email I’ve been waiting for. “We appreciate your interest in Amazon. At this time we are giving you time to follow up with our third-party screening partners as outlined below. You will be receiving notification(s) of your pre-employment screening results from Total Compliance Network.“ Not the worst news. I take medication for ms,scoliosis. I figured it may be something in my medications that I failed or maybe it was inconclusive? It was a spit saliva test which are very inaccurate. Well regardless I was never notified by third party or amazon. I’m sure they’re very busy people. So I called the third party. I’ve called every single day for the past week and a half. I’ve been sent to voicemail every time. No one has returned my voicemails or even just answered. I got frustrated that I’m stuck in my hiring process and cannot do anything about this. Amazon also said there is nothing they can do and gave me another number for the third party and again I’ve called for days with no response. I’m stuck waiting 120 days to apply again and possibly fail again. I wasted a lot of my time gas and energy on this. I didn’t want a hassle I wanted a job.

HR is super terrible it almost seems like they dont know what they are doing. Oh wait they dont. The company is piece of trash if you complain about not getting the job dont consider it a blessing I would not recommend working for Amazon

Never had any issues here. Always easy in, easy out since our company does drop and hooks.Heard another driver complain about getting in trouble for helping their co driver back up. Theres a sign on the guard shack starting per Amazon policy there is no outside party training in the yard. There is a difference between training and helping someone out, making sure they dont hit anything. So for them to get in trouble is kind of silly...

One of your drives ran me off the road and couldnt stay in his or her own lane.

I enjoy working here more than any other job. Its the best gym workout without paying for a membership.

Entrance is in the back for truck drivers ! There are no signs showing until you pass front of building then have to turn around at TA truck stop . Drop a trailer then wait 2 hours to get a empty one ! 😡

This is my place of employment. Not for everyone, but if you like fast paced work, this is the best. And most of all, I really love my coworkers.

One of their delivery drivers almost ran me down on I 35! Plate number v 59 517. A younger black girl with crazy hair. I clocked her at 95 miles an hour! Swerving wrecklessly through traffic. Since Amazon has absolutely no way to contact them about this sort of behavior I guess Im going to have to call the local news stations. This is not the first time this has happened! Clean it up Amazon or get tf out of Oklahoma!

I delivered items there when they were first building the facility so my stay there was very quick and brief.

I have asked the delivery drivers to deliver to our business through the delivery door numerous times and they absolutely refuse to do it. You cannot come to our business front office and drop a load of boxes and just walk out. It clutters up the office plus it causes a safety hazard not when there is an area designated for boxes in our office facility. The first driver when asked to deliver to the proper door just drove off today. The second driver just dropped the packages and walked away refusing to comply. This is just very poor service.

Driver lied about finding secure spot to leave package. Im at my house and he never even came by. Second day of a very bad delivery driver over holiday weekend.

I love Amazon. I shop with them weekly, but they have ZERO customer service as far as employment. Needed to reschedule my orientation, and after an hour of being led in circles, I had to cancel.doesnt make sense. Why not have an easy way to communicate with potential new employees?no email address, no phone,no link to reschedule. Lol.ok?

Parking spots are not numbered yet. Checking out a trailer could leave you to find 10 minutes or more wasted to find such empty trailer does not exist. The driveway going out is not trucker friendly and gets rolled up on by 50 or more trailers per day.
