I contacted Special T Landscaping(via email) at the tail end of the 2021 Lawn season due to my past provider, through an App, decided to stop my lawn service because I ended it last year at this time. Guess the lawns in their world stop growing at the same time every year...lol!?!? Big mistake hiring a provider that operates on the west coast! I emailed Special T Landscaping and within minutes Kyle and I spoke. Kyle sent me a great bio on his business and what the consumer can expect from STLs services....very professional. In a matter of no time, Kyle had me scheduled and as of 9/21/21, I have a completed lawn service. Derrick and John, Lawn Techs showed up with a very professional placard rig and equipment. Derrick and John introduced themselves, went over the yard boundaries, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They completed the service and did an exceptional job. Before leaving, Derrick met with me and informed me that they were complete and had me scheduled for the same day the following week pending unknowns with contingencies. Special T Landscaping is the #1 choice in OKC. I jumped on schedule to get my yard mowed with Kyle and his team they took care of me immediately. I was looking for a company that took pride in lawn care. The first mow they finessed the yard to perfection at the correct heighth looked flawless. Very good at what they do blades are always sharp. This photo was taken one week after they planted the angelonia and begonias. It rained twice and we water them twice that week. We reached out to Kyle but he just offered an estimate to replant them and told us to water more.It was mid-May and now all the flowers are dead even after we water them 3 times a week for 3 months. Very disappointed and will not use Special T again. We tipped the workers very generously as it was super hot that day.

Superb customer service and a first class job, even cleaned up the mess afterward! We had him deliver and plant 2 trees. Kyle was professional and answered all my questions. We contacted Special T Landscaping for our third quote and wound up selecting them. They had the middle price point for the three companies we received quotes from.The work was completed as requested, on time, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Kyle answered all our questions and they went above and beyond in their completion of the work fixing a mistake we made. You wont go wrong with Special T!

I had my front flower beds cleaned up and various plants and flowers put in. The men were very professional and quick. It wasn’t an easy job, it was very overgrown. They made it look beautiful. There was a miscommunication regarding what I wanted done. I originally requested to have some small bushes trimmed that weren’t done. Between all the communication that got lost in translation. They gave me a quote and it broke down the cost. It didn’t include the bushes I originally asked for. But I know I’m not the only customer and they’re very busy and miscommunication happens. It’s not so much their fault as it was my assumption that it was included when I got the quote because I had asked for it. I say all that to just remind people to double check and ask questions even if you feel like you’re asking so many questions and becoming annoying.Edit: Kyle that is very kind. Truly I just want remind people to verify quotes they get and make sure it includes everything you asked for.

I am a bit late sharing this review, but wanted to say what a positive experience I had with Kyle and his team. I needed both soil and sod due to a slope in my back yard. Kyle made some great recommendations which resulted in french drains being installed. The end result looks absolutely wonderful and I would definitely use his landscaping services for an future needs.

Special T Landscaping did a wonderful job. The workers that showed up were polite and pleasant. They arrived up on time and got right to work. . We had trees removed, bushes and existing trees trimmed and mulch put down. When the job was completed they did an excellent job cleaning up.

I have been attempting to contact this company on behalf of my own to be able to get a proposal/quote for a site we work and all I get is a quick introduction from one Kyle before getting hung up on while attempting to introduce myself.Very Unprofessional. No reasoning given and not even the courtesy of being told whether they were interested or not. If you are commercial, expect to be hung up on by Kyle while trying to contract their services.
