This guy on 08/25/21 parked in literally the 4 closest spots to the store on a 103 degree day. I watched a poor old lady have to park and walk across the entire parking lot in the heat because there was nothing closer thanks to this degenerate. I tried to say something to the driver and he just looked at me and walked away. If he cares this little about other people, there is no way he cares enough to do a quality job for anyone

I have used ACENITEC for quite a few years now and I am always satisfied with their service. They call a few days before they come out and they are always here when they say they will be. Phillip is our tech. He is very knowledgeable about the products he uses and about the different insects that we are plagued with! I would definitely recommend ACENITEC for all your bug issues!

So far, so good. First time customer here with one visit out of 4 completed. So, this review request is a bit premature and the experience could go downhill. Nonetheless, this company’s response to my problem was fast, the Technician was courteous/professional and the price is right for us. Unlike Orkin, this company will give you multiple courtesy calls before your appointment. There’s no contract or upselling nonsense and you pay after the visit. I canceled my appointment with Orkin because they neglected to show up and didn’t give me a courtesy call. This company makes Orkin look bad. There are also other services offered, such as lawn and tree care, but I haven’t tried them….yet. Only time will tell, but so far we are impressed and recommend Acenitec.

For many years, we used Acenitec for our yard weed/feed, with excellent results and great customer services. A few years ago, two former employees of Acenitec contacted us about trying their new business, at a lower fee, which we did. The first season was fair, and our remaining time with them has been just that-fair, to even poor. Therefore, I just returned to Acenitec and will remain, as I never had less than exceptional results with them and they offer immediate, great customer services.

My lawn looks great - and since they’ve also hired Ascenitec, my neighbor’s yard is in great shape, too. The company does an excellent job of communicating when they’ll be at my house, what services are due, and any concerns they have about my lawn and gardens. Their pricing is in line w the market and the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend.

I have used Acenitec for lawn maintenance and termite protection for about 10 years. The service people have always been punctual and professional. I even received a Yard of the Month recognition in my neighborhood last year! I would say that is a recommendation that speaks for itself!

Just started weed control service, all went well. I was texted prior to application and paperwork was left in door.

My mom had a rodent infestation and the tech called me and let me know the cabinets were full of droppings and urine. I live out of town and my elderly mom did not let me know this so I was able to travel to her house and we got it cleaned up. And now the rodents are gone! Thanks!!

Tech Joel arrived on time. He wore foot coverings, mask and gloves. Interior was sprayed 1st, I was asked about areas of greatest concern. Exterior then sprayed, he then offered to fog the storm shelter and left ant traps at no additional cost.

Lawn care. Looking forward to spring and see the improvements over the past year with using Acenitec.

Called the office at 4:50 pm to notify them of a incorrect address on invoice and the operator answered and hung up without saying anything

I just spoke on the phone with the receptionist trying to get an estimate for my lawn application. I was simply explaining that I had the whole day off today and it would be more ideal for an estimate to be done today so I could talk with the estimator about exactly what areas I wanted done, due to the complexity of my lawn and gardens. She then made a very rude and sarcastic statement while laughing off what I had just said. Not really the best way to gain and retain customers. I am a business owner myself and dont ever expect immediacy. I do however expect to be treated with respect and listened to while I explain things same thing I do with all of my clients. Will definitely be using a different company for all lawn and pest control. shame that she is so blatantly disrespectful to repeat customers not a great representation for your company at all.

I could not speak highly enough of Mr. Wigglesworth. He comes out and sprays our property quarterly and is ALWAYS on time and goes above and beyond every time. He is very knowledgeable with what he does and his staff is always so pleasant to work with when I call the office. If you need pest control this is the place to go hands down. I truly do not think you can find better service in this area!

Very, very satisfied with Acenitec and highly recommend them. When previously using two of their competitors I constantly spot treated about 10-15% of the yard. Used their lawn service for a year and this may june and july saw too many weeds which i had to pull and spray myself also yard wasnt looking very good so i had to fertilize myself as well. Called in to cancel and even though i told them i had to pull weeds, spray and fertilize myself they still wanted their $52 for may service. Paid their $52 today so now i will look for good lawn service.

I highly recommend Acenitec for both weeds & pest control. Ive been using them for years since my boss referred them to me. They are always on time, do great work & the women in the office are awesome.

I had a serious problem with roaches (the bad kind) and had no idea what the problem was. Acenitec came out and diagnosed my issue and explained it to me. They designed a plan to annihilate (so to speak) my unwanted guests. and carried it out. Now I breathe easy. They couldnt possibly be more easy to work with, and their rates are very reasonable. Use them without hesitation!

Acenitecs services work! The company calls and reminds you when it is time to schedule the work. The service man has shown up within the first half hour of the time window. I have used Acenitec for several years. They have taken care of all the spiders, ants, and carpenter ants that have invaded my space. No other creatures have even appeared in my house. All this at a reasonable rate and in a friendly manner.
