I went to this laundromat on 7/3/21. At around 9pm. It was so so very dirty. The washers have mold growing inside an outside. The soap an softener dispenser didnt work right on any of the $8.50 or the $7.50 washers we used last night. An it says as long as you wash there you get to dry for free. To me your really not drying for free. Due to what it cost to wash. Most all of the other laundromat cost at the most $6.00 for the washers. So really to me your paying for that free cold air dryer. An then it will run for a minute or two an then it stops an you have to keep turning it back on. Well way over half of the washers an dryers didnt work. An the dryers that did kinda work. Didnt have any heat so it wouldnt really dry the clothes. This was the most run down nasty place I have ever been to. I wouldnt wash even my dogs blankets there. Nor would I recommend this place to even my worst enemy. It was so nasty I ended up going an re-washing my clothes today over. I will never go back to this laundromat again. I would hope that anyone needing to wash their clothes. That you NOT use this laundromat. An I truly hope I will have been able to someone else from wasting their money an time.

The person working there was very polite and very helpful. Its also wonderful that theyre open 24 hours. However, the place is very run down and a lot of the machines do not work. If you go, make sure that you bring quarters or cash because they dont have an ATM and the machines dont use cards.

I hadnt been to this laundromat in several years. I was a little surprised at the increase in prices but the attendant was the best Ive ever seen there. Stacy is hard working and so friendly and helpful! She impressed me so much I made sure to get her name. I will return and I hope its during her shift.

Please pay attention to people do not let people get too close to you I always help people I dont want to help people no more after what happened to me I was washing my clothes I didnt leave I said down got back up and all my clothes was gone they cant help you they dont have no cameras so I am talking up dont want nobody have to go through this... So people will steal your clothes and your face dont go sit down dont go nowhere stay in front of your machine cuz your clothes will get stolen there

I would never recommend that place to anyone I will never go back there none of the dryers work you need to do better cuz its wash and dry free well I get why its dry free because there aint no dryers

The people running it were really nice and seemed pretty cool. The machines are a little dated and a few were out of service. The attendants keep the place clean and neat and the clientele were friendly. The super load washers are $7 which is a few quarters high competitively but they do offer free drying.

Staff are nice only half the machine works u have to wait til the ones that work are free the machine take your money and it is no refund if machine take moneyThere are roaches here place is dirty I wish they would just sell this to someone who has money to fix this place up and throw the old owner away the owner came in collecting money and said I dont talk to customers find you a employees WOOOOW Im never coming here Again

Places always dirty Most Of the dryers are broken down

Attendant allowed friends of same race to park and hangout while they visited and smoked in the front where Do Not Enter and Do Not Block Drive signs are posted. Made myself and friend on crutches move our car while we were unloading. Didnt even let us finish unloading. The attendants on duty 5/16/SUN ARE TRASH. I HAVE PHOTOS

This has to be the worst laundry mat in okc. Most of the dryers do not work and there was only 2 or 3 that I found that got hot and the others that actually worked barely got hot. Yes the dryers are free if you wash there but I would rather pay for a working dryer. I spent double the time trying to dry my clothes it was ridiculous!!! The only positive I can say about them is that they are 24hrs with an attendant on duty. Dont waste your time going there you will leave frustrated.

This place is terrible. Attendants are currently arguing about how / why the owners operate the business the way they do. 1 out of every 4 washer or dryer actually works. No AC in the building. You’ll spend hours here trying to get your laundry done. This place is my prison.

This place has gone down and the prices up. Lost money in a machine, the clerk was asdviced and she said, switch it to #5 (was in #3) and Ill give u the money..When I went to get the money she then tells me that.. he wont let her give money back because Noone is supposed to use that side of the laundromat.. I informed her of what she had said and that there are no signs that state no one allowed and if that was the case why did she then have me to switch to #5. Anyways, I came to this one because my regular one was closed (Corona) and growing up this is the one we used to go so figured Id give it another try, but not anymore...

Normally id wash my stuff at home but we had to stop by since we were traveling. Went in to get my clothes cleaned and asked for help. After asking The lady who owns the place came to help but didnt show me what to do,instead she did it herself. I accidentally put quarters in to pay for using the dryer while she watched. she finally stopped staring at me and said oh no you dont have to its free. She didnt give my money back. Half the machines are broken,trashy people come here and no coronavirus precautions are made. The kids working the front kept yelling the entire visit too. Awful place. God, please wash your hands after stepping foot in this place

They never repair their dryers. They have 42 dryers and maybe 15 of them work.

This was my first experience at a laundromat and it was more than great! The attendant, Jerry, was very helpful and kind. The facilities were clean. The machines were fast and reasonably priced. I love that it is open 24 hours because my schedule doesnt allow me to go during the day. If you are looking for a place to do your laundry, this place will not disappoint!

The attendance are always helpful and polite, but the dryers are broken, will give an error message or don’t heat up. Maybe the owner should fix the equipment.

This is the place to go if you have a lot of laundry, there washers are reasonable and get the job done and the dryers are free. The attendants are always super friendly and cool.

Was asked to move my Jeep all because an employee wanted a certain space to which i took she then tried to get my attention but to no avail i do not have time for KAREN type people keep in mind my jeep and a red jeep had left after a bit so there was plenty of space for her

Been to this laundromat several times, no complaints. Yes, there are some machines out of order but not a big inconvenience. The prices are very reasonable especially considering free drying if you wash your clothes there. Attendant, was very friendly. I’ll definitely use again.

Its a wash here dry free, however, over half of their dryers were out of service, waited 2hrs, had to go to another place and pay more to dry

This lady here was super friendly and sweet and very helpful! When the power went out because someone hit a pole or something I guess, she even refunded my money for the washer that didnt come back and and soap that I used for that load. This place has plenty of seating, including a couch and a couple comfy livingroom type chairs. They have a couple of massage chairs, a change machine, old school to to watch stuff on, arcade games and free drying!! 🙂 Even a drop off service! Loved my experience here!

Place is fine other thena lot of dryers dont work and Someone stole some of my clothes out the dryer all i can say is watch your clothes close go to the bathroom you could become a victim

They dryers suck and not good service

Everytime I go in here to laundry the person is very friendly & always offers to help me carry in my dirty laundry. The place is very very clean & the staff are constantly cleaning it. The washing machines work great as long as you dont over fill them & most of the dryers work pretty damn good too plus its free to dry there. The atmosphere here is very laid back & helps me be in the same kind of mood.

Nice atmosphere, plenty of room to do what needs to be done. I left to do something while my clothes dried and took a little longer than expected and the staff actually restarted my dryers for me 😊. Also the dryers are free. Cant beat it if you ask me. Two thumbs way up👍👍

Not enough dryers that work

Extremely expensive for the very low value and quality you get. Did laundry for a year here, had clothes stolen, and the dryer machines rarely qork so good luck figuring out which ones do and dont work, but hey its still a laundrymat that WORKS - 24 hrs. Just dont go on Sunday!!!

For an out of towner that knows very little about Oklahoma city it was super convenient, the staff was Friendly (even at 11pm) and the dryers were free as long as you washed there. It was decently clean and I was in and out in about 1hr 20min.

This place is great. You get free dryer usage when you wash your clothes here, otherwise you have to pay $2.00 to use a dryer. All the machines are usually occupied during peak hours and theres usually a short wait but not very long.

Need to fix the washers and dryers I came ever sundsy and have yo fight to even get one dryer when I pay to use 2 big washers if it wasnt for me eorki.g late I would go somewhere else great pleas if the Machines worked 😪

The owners don’t take responsibility for any of the machines taking your money. The laundry machine took 3 of my quarters and didn’t count them, the video games took my money and don’t let me play, the massages chair took my money and the vending machines took my money and don’t count it. If U go here plan to have your money taken and not reimbursed. They probably have everything rigged to steal your money

Washers work well...They have double and triple front loading machines.Plus a washer that hold about 6 loads.Dryers are free for anyone that washes there.Negative aspect.... Bathroom has had problems over 6 months and the owner is too cheap to fix it.

This was the worst trip to do laundry ever! The attendant didnt know how to run the machines & even told us so. There were many washers out of order & even more dryers not working. It was a madhouse with people running around trying to find a working dryer. While we were folding 2 loads on one side of the place the attendant took our clothes out of the dryer even though they had only sat 5 minutes.

Place is super clean didnt have to wait for a washer or dryer. Attendant explained the using of machine card that washers and dryers use in lieu of coins. Will visit again.

Lets face it, doing your laundry at the laundry mat is no fun. However, not so bad when there are friendly attendants, lotsa washers & free to dry dryers !

Open 24/7. Not busy at all later in the night or in the very early morning-- the BF and I have been the only people there aside from the attendant more than once. Theyre really good about keeping on top of which machines dont work, and the free dryers (if youre doing your wash there) more than make up for the (slightly expensive) machines.

I use to love coming here, they were clean, friendly and accomodating. I usualy came in the evening. The last 2 times I have come here have been durring the day, washers not working, dryers not working, and the customer service from this lady is HORRIBLE!!!!
