Poor customer service from Leon. Could of done his job better. Some ppl don’t like to work. I’m assuming closing time is 10p not 11p like the google site states.I was told after I purchased my card I would have to be done by 10p when I was there at 8:15p. Since I had several large loads I decided to leave and asked for a refund and was told he couldn’t help…. But to come the next morning and “hopefully” Maria can help me since she’s the manager.

I like that you can dry your clothes for free when you wash but most of the washers are broken the guy that works there is nice and helpful

Id say and feel its just okay place to wash. I prefer to see my cloths while inside the washing machine lol. The place is clean and the older man that works there is helpful. But just surprise that they dont used quarters nor a debit card they have theyre own card that you have to used for their washer. Its free to dry cloths though. I cant complain lol

This place used to be ok, but now idk, spent $12on two washers, and I expected more water to clean my clothes, and Yes the attendant offered to restart my washer, but why if the same thing is going to happen?Im so sick and tired of laundry mat owners turning down the machines. It time to stop or lower the price.

It was clean and pretty much in order but packed and almost all the washers were out of order, but I liked the fact if you washed your clothes there you got to dry your stuff for free.

Very different now with Covid-changing our ways of doing things. Washing machines worked really Good. The dryers got my Jeans, thick socks n thick towels dry in one cycle of 40min. That was the quickest Ive ever got done at a Laundromat. The only draw back was were couldnt use tables to fold our clothes but we could fold them as we took them out of the dryer. Ill go there for sure in the early time of the day. The attendant on 1st shift was very good at keeping the place clean n making sure everyone wore their mask n only 10 could be in at a time. It really changed when 2nd shift attendant showed up.

Very kind helpful manager. A little lady as short as me...and moving mountains. Very organized. Clean and well kept given how busy it was after the ice storm

Customer service is very lacking due to uneducated employees and management. See attached photos of so called unauthorized business practices in OKC, Oklahoma Co. Busniess has been reported to both City and County Authorities for unfair business practices and price gouging of customers. Please see attached photos for proof. Half the wash machines are out of order, large load is $9.00, you have to buy a card for $5 and they are unable to facilitate a debit or credit transaction for these services.

It was okay. You have to buy a ticket to get the wash started. Id rather put money into the machine

I love the place, very fast washers and dryers, cheap but ..The lady in charge of the laundry, has a very bad character, bad treatment of her clients, for the first time I look at they dont have a good manager and they make me want to come back here.

Facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. the woman working was friendly, helpful and an enjoyable person. The area is not the best location; however, I enjoyed my time there doing laundry. I would recommend this location.

This laundry does a great job, but their operational costs are high because they have not switched to LED lighting that adds value and better lighting while saving 30% over current lighting. Solar on their rooftop could also improve their ROI, by reducing operational power costs to incrimentally lower expenses over 10 years. 40% of operation is power and lights. Turnover on attendants is due to low pay and long hours. Their large capacity machines do work well, but costs need to be kept low. Generally always clean inside, but parking lot is depressing.

Dryers not working properly

Laundry attendants are very helpful and always nice to me and my boys. Clean place. The ladies are always making sure the place is clean and no trash or lint in the dryers. 👍

Went in here on 8/26/18 just before noon for the very first time. I was about to ask a question, barely got three words out, when the rude employee with an attitude cuts me off.Rude employee and extra small parking lot, doesnt make for a good place to do business. I recommend staying away from here. There are better places, with courteous employees and better parking. Go to those places!

I have a laundry room at the apartment complex I live in, but whenever I have A LOT to wash, (like, blankets, sheets and extra clothes,) I come here. There was a woman working the first night I came in and she was so friendly and helpful. She helped me set up my Money Card because I had never seen one before. Yes, you do have to purchase a $5 Money Card to use any of the machines, but that wasnt really a big deal for me. The facility is clean and the machines are pretty updated from some other places Ive been to.

Machines and dryers are great only reason for 3 stars. What kind of business doesn’t give change though?! If you use a washer that’s 9.75 they say they round up and try to keep your change. One this isn’t ethical or legal. Filing a complaint with Better business bureau and tracking down who owns this place

The machine only.take 20 minutes to.wash and it does a good job. They do not make you purchase the laundry card which is nice if you visit once. If you plan to frequent the card is worth while.and will.save a little since the round to the nearest dollar if you dont have the card.

The staff Im not sure her name as it was not given. When you stop by for the 1st time & dont have a money card. You have an option to pay $5 to get one or choose to use the clerks card. All the machines are not rounded to the nearest dollar. So if you use a 7.75 machine & a 7.50 machine.The clerk will round up to the nearest dollar. So the clerk will add up how much you need. Then round up. So youre paying them extra to use their card. Either way youre paying. But one time before they did not round up to the next dollar. But that wasnt the kicker it was how rude the clerk was about it when asked why did round up. When last time it wasnt rounded up last time. The clerk working as at 4:30pm April 8th,2018.The owner should talk to her if he reads this with being rude with the customers.

First time here. Came early on a Sunday morning. Clean and fairly priced. Dry free if you wash here is a bonus. Wasnt busy at all so done in an hour.

New washers, less expensive to do wash there than most and dry free. Good luck getting a dryer though because many of the people like to take them all up and set the timer for far longer than necessary and the attendants dont say a word, and thats if they even notice anything since they are too busy flirting and trying to hook up.

I love this laundry. Its always clean and freandly. Plus its cheapest place I know in OKC you can wash & dry 2 loads of clothes for $3.50.

The staff named Africa closed the laundry mat early just cause she was ready to go even tho it says 11:00 then have nerve to talk out of line to me I said just cause you want to leave early has nothing to do with me she needs to take that up with managment very rude and disrespectful

Ii put change in there washer 6 dollars werth come to find out its ran by a card you have to buy for eight more dollars and they wouldnt refund my change so im never going back there to wash my clothes

Bad customer service experience with workers, first thing asking if they have machines available they say no!! Go somewhere else, went in for a second time ask the same question and they flipped on my friend and I, I guess they don’t know to treat people on a business... horrible!!!

Hated this place ! Washers and dryers so old and worn out they either dont work or takes your $ and dont get your clothes clean. No one there to help you if need be, just a horrible place

Nice laundry very clean

2 machines cost me $7. Free dryer. They use a card but you do not have to buy one they will take your change or bills put it on the card, no charge to me. Typically it costs me $10 to wash clothes. Very clean place open till 11 pm
