On Wednesday they have a special on this day which is 10% off and thats the time I go. I love this laundromat because you can get in and out. It is very convenient for me.

Nice clean laundry mat. Only down fall to this is the steep stairs to get in there with laundry baskets. And the laundry attendant was super nice ans helpful. Id go back but not soon.

Always clean, they do not take coins so only bring cash as you have to use a laundry card. Small, medium, and large washers. Lots of dryers(not free). Also very well maintained. Best wash facility in DelCity. I only go here. They have a ATM. Also have TVs if you wanna watch while you clean.

Almost never have to wait probably the cheapest place

I just dont like washing my clothes at a laundromat. It is what it is. You come. You wash, dry, and leave. Not dirty so I guess its cool. This should be my last coming up here cause Im moving into my crib real soon. ✌🏾

Love the new machines it seems to get clothes cleaner. Ok pricing its been pretty easy to get a machine. No hassles.

I go here every week to wash laundry since my washer broke. Today was the grossest I have ever seen the location. Its usually clean and well kept, today the floors were wet and grungy, trash everywhere. Normally 5 stars hands down, today was a disappointment.

It was very clean and the machines were great. The attendant Rod was wonderful. He was very friendly, personable and of great assistance. He patiently explained how to use the cards and the machines. I watched as he greeted every customer that came in and offered his assistance. He definitely exhibited professionalism and a high level of customer service. I randomly went to this establishment but if I ever needed a laundromat again I would definitely go back.

The dryers need more heat. After drying my clothes twice they were still damp .

Extremely clean, super nice staff! They use a car system which is awesome. No fumbling for change. When I walked in Im sure I looked lost and the man that worked there came right up to me and spoke to me so nicely. Great facility and people!

The laundry station is the best laundry mat I have ever had to use.

Clean place. Kinda small but nice machines.

The attendant was very helpful and polite. She made sure to explain how the machines worked and handed us a cart before I had the chance to ask for one. She would walk around and chat with guests and kept the laundromat clean. And drying for free was a plus++!

This is a good place to do your laundry unless its summer time. It was cooler outside than it was inside and I was absolutely miserable.

Del City Laundry Station needs an attendant that is courteous. She was extremely rude and short with me. I have 10-12 comforters and quilts that I need to drop off to be cleaned. She had no idea what the cost was but did say if I would do my own laundry it would be $7 a load. I understand that having someone drop off a huge load of comfortersf and quilts is quite a burden but it IS her job. I always tip $50 when I go in each year. I wouldnt give this woman a dime. Ill take my money and comforters elsewhere from now on.Edit: I meant what I said when I first posted this but the same woman was murdered at the laundry last summer while she was working. A man trying help her was also killed.

Good cheap washing price and fast washing and dry time

Attendant and a customer shot and killed last Monday. I will not be going back out of concern for the safety of my children and myself. We had started using this laundry recently, the attendant was always nice and our hearts go out to her family and friends as well as the family and friends of the customer.

Was clean. You have to buy a card to start the washer ( $10 ) If u are only needing one washer they will start it for the cost of that washer. Which is nice since i dont live here.

I got my credit card stolen(one I load there for use with the machines) and when I told the lady working that my machine never started but charged my card she wanted to see the card... I told her that it turned up missing in the time it took me to turn around and put my stuff in the dryer and she said without a card, I cant prove anything. Literally cost me almost $17 to wash and dry a load of clothes and a comforter. Was just discharged from the hospital before this but had to stop and do some laundry on the way home... Not my idea of going home and taking it easy...

This place is a ok place... I just dont like vaping and they let people do this in their building...could also use ways to charge ur phones that would help w business... Other then that its clean and the staff is very nice she helped us figure out how to do it sents u have to use a card they give u.... So i give a 3 star cuz that smoke was so bad

I wish I had Rod as the attendant.The attendant I had Ms. Hill, was very unpleasant and unprofessional. My first time here and wasnt aware of the card usage for the machines. She snapped at me when I tried to get the card. Also snapped at me when I showed her the machine wasnt working but took my money. Overall the place was clean. Machines are $3.50, $7 and $10. Which to me is kind if expensive but i guess balances out when they offer free dryers. Not sure if i would come back due to the nasty attitude of the attendant.
