Due to the urgency of time I made my order while on the phone and traveled quickly across town to pick up. In my frantic state, I did not take a close look and paid, then with a verbal thank you I took off. As I had one hand on this presentation, I noticed how detailed and wonderful this arrangement really was. The fragrance of this combination was great in the car and filled my head with relaxation to get me to my destination under stress. He was very rude and inconsiderate to my fiancé as they were consulting about flowers for our wedding. He didn’t listen to any of the suggestions that she had and definitely did not have a customer first attitude. They did not respond to the initial emails that we sent and ran into them at a bridal event and decided to give them another chance. Even there we were not treated kindly in my opinion. My fiancé left in tears her experience was so bad. Strongly do not recommend.

What was supposed to be a sweet gift sent from a friend from Australia turned into a complete nightmare experience. He ordered exotic flowers and they dropped the flowers off at the apartment office instead of bringing them to the door. It was a cheap arrangement of dead droopy flowers. I called to send them back and was offered a fresh arrangement to be delivered. When the flowers arrived, it was carnations cheap fillers and a couple of pink roses. I called and told them to come pick them up and refund my friends money. The delivery driver and florist need better customer service skills, fresh better flowers instead of dead ones and they need to stop cheating people and give what the customer pays for. Im very disappointed in both the flowers and service. I will never give them my business again.

I am absolutely addicted to sending flowers to my girlfriend (at work, home, whatever), and so finding a nice, local florist was my ultimate goal. I ordered from Proflowers at least once a month for a year or so before deciding to branch out and see what else might be available. I am so pleased to have came across Tony Foss! They are kind and professional over the phone and in person, and are eager to help and make the best of any situation -- birthday, wedding, anniversary, Ive seen it all. I am impressed with their arrangements and floral knowledge, and everything I have ever ordered has been well worth the price! What sold me to make a review was the day I ordered something online from them (as a next-day delivery) and Tony called me to personally apologize about not having the specific orchid I wanted. He recommended a different sort of arrangement or a refund, which at this point I trusted their judgment, and what my girlfriend received was absolutely breathtaking and far better than what I had originally chosen. (And he still used orchids!) I will order from here as long as I am able to. :)

Worst experience just talking on the phone with Tony.....the chapel I am getting married at has a deal with Tony Foss flowers so I called to set up an appointment (6 months out) as was recommended by my wedding coordinator from my chapel. I left a message with his receptionist to call me so I could pick my arrangements. Not only did it take two weeks for him to call me back, but he was so rude and condescending and made me feel like an idiot for calling him 6 months out to pick flowers. He said If you pick them that far out in advance you are going to change your mind then I will get mad. First of all I have never been married so I dont know the time frames to call on flowers!!! I was following orders from my wedding coordinator. Secondly even IF I did choose then change my mind, I would expect a business owner to be understanding and accommodating. Not get mad if I were to struggle to pick the perfect arrangements for my Wedding day!!!! I was able to contact Flowers by Pat and they have been nothing but gracious!!! I would not give this man one penny. No one deserves to be treated like that when planning a wedding...

I had a date and I needed flowers. I mean, I really like the girl and really need flowers to show her I was feeling her. I had to work till noon on Saturday. By the time I was able to get to a flower shop they we all closed...except Tony Foss. They were super busy with weddings, but still found time to help little old me out. They walked me thru the store to help pick out the flowers. I cannot remember the little lady that helped me, I wish I could because I need to give her a tip. The bouquet she put together for me was beautifully wonderful. I got another date and I know Tony Ross Flowers and the little lady that helped me had a huge hand in that. Thanks you so much!

Ive used Tony Foss several times, and have seen their work at several special events and weddings. They have a contemporary edge that I love, and will incorporate exotic flowers into everyday arrangements. Very stylish!

I recently ordered an arrangement from Tony Foss. It was supposed to be lilac, hydrangea and lavender roses. I went to pick it up at 8am, the time I requested them to be ready. When I arrived, they werent ready and had written on the piece of paper I would pick them up at noon. When I asked about this they said, Why would they write noon on the paper? I wanted to respond, I dont know you will have to ask them. So I had to come back 4 hours later. What I received were lavender roses and a bunch of cheap purple daisies. When I asked what was up with the arrangement, he got snarky and said, sometimes we have to make substitutions. I understand that, but daisies are not a substitute for hydrangea and lilac. If you couldnt make anything like what I had requested, why didnt you call me to discuss other options. But what really irritated me the most was his horrible attitude. Its like he didnt care that they didnt get the order right, werent on time and then it looked like a cheap, crappy arrangement I could have done myself. What a waste.

Tony was great! Met with him once before our holiday party. He had a team come set everything up and they were wonderful!

Upon til last week, this flower shop was my favorite. Wouldve been my #1 suggestion to anyone in need. When I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a dear friend for her birthday, I received an email informing me that the arrangement I chose was out of season but could be substituted for an arrangement of green blooming plants which was not even remotely close to what I originally wanted. When I asked for more of an explanation and even a picture of what they were going to send, I got nothing. I wasnt even given any options as to what was in seaaon for me to choose from. They sent the arrangement of green plants in which I was highly displeased because I was expecting some flowers and color in the arrangement not something that looked like a funeral plant. When I called to reconcile and express my concerns, customer service was horrible and just as unpleasant as the arrangement that I paid extremely too much money for. As a florist, your ideas arent the same as the customers so going forward, if a customer asks for an idea of what you are going to come up with if a particular flower or arrangement is unavailable, please satisfy their request as well give options rather than going forward with what you think the customer wants or likes. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Tony did a beautiful job on my bouquets and flower cake ring but the young gentleman he sent to build my mantle piece decor and centerpieces did not do what Tony sketched in store. They also left with 3 buckets worth of flowers.
