We had a great experience with them. We needed help with our bathrooms, floors and blinds. The ladies were very sweet and kind. I was super nervous because I have never had someone come clean my house, they were very supportive and reassuring that it was not as bad as I thought it was. When our son came home from school even he was super excited that his bed was made and his room was even tidied up. Thank you so much for giving me my time to spend with my family, not cleaning my house. The service was great! We will have them come again.

Im always pleased with how our house looks and smells after a cleaning. They have also been great since the start of the pandemic and wear gloves and masks while cleaning. They do a great job!

Actually is more like 4.5 than just a plain 4.Overall they did a great job. The only thing is that maybe they should have a small footstool or step ladder to reach the upper shelfs in the cabinets and in the closets. Some of these were still a little dusty, but I cant blame them as they couldnt reach up that high. If they had a footstool or something it would have made it easier for them to clean. If they did have one (I didnt see one, but I may not have seen them take it out or put it away as they were packed up when I got back to the house) they just missed a couple of shelves that when pointed out they quickly did. The oven looked great, the bathrooms were excellent, and overall I would highly recommend your company to anyone who is in need of a good cleaning service.

10/10!! This was my first cleaning and they did a fantastic job. Let me tell you, I detest putting the down comforter in the duvet cover. One day a couple of days ago, I washed the cover and decided to not deal with putting it on, we slept with the down comforter by itself for days and I even went and bought a new comforter just so I didn’t have to deal with the duvet cover. To my absolute surprise, the girls made our bed and put the comforter in the duvet cover!! Just that little thing made my day. Everything else was completely spotless and it was so nice to come home to clean home. Thank you so much for all that you did.

Home Made Better moved their schedule around to meet my need for a faster service. The cleaners were professional and did a good job. Very easy to work with.

The service on my home is not at an acceptable standard for a standard clean, let alone a move out clean.I specifically asked if they could contact me when the service was done so I could go check on it, but was not notified when they arrived or when they left. When I got home to check, the company was closed and now will push back when the new homeowners are able to move in.Bathroom did not appear to be wiped down, tub not cleaned, kitchen counters not wiped off, fans/light fixtures not dusted. Oven only partially cleaned despite the extra $50 I paid for this service.Immediately following the service my card was charged. There was no email invoice sent or any other contact made. Super disappointed.

STAY AWAY from this company! I booked services for a move out deep clean on October 14th 2020. I just heard back from my landlord who sent pictures, regarding my security deposit. I was very disappointed to learn that this company didnt clean the house as stated but also left behind trash. I was told that a move out deep clean would include wipe down of all cabinets, walls and doors. None of this was completed. I am very disappointed I paid so much money and I dont believe anyone even cleaned. I was unable to check to see if they cleaned because we moved out of the state the day the cleaning was scheduled. This company is a scam and sadly will take your money without even completing services. I think they are one of those companies who pays people to give them good reviews.

The team that took care of my home was amazing, I wish I hadnt waiting so long to pull the trigger to bring them on. We’ve been having our house cleaned for 5+ plus years by independent cleaners. We recently made the switch to Home Maid Better and Bailey has been doing an outstanding job! We had no idea how much was being missed until Bailey started on our house. It is slightly pricier than independent cleaning but so worth it! Our house looks cleaner and stays looking cleaner longer. Andrea, of Home Maid Company, is our current cleaner and is a phenomenal worker. In the last 15 years we have had a house cleaning service and this company and Andrea is the BEST. She is thorough, takes her time and does not miss any detail. While she is in the house, she works non-stop and does not rush. She adds small details not normally encountered from other cleaning services. You would think that Andrea has worked 40 years in the cleaning business due to her skills and thoroughness that does not develop overnight. The house smells clean and fresh when she is done. After every visit, the house is clean enough to be a model home on the market. She is polite and courteous and always on time. You will not find a better worker and if she were training the other employees, you would receive exceptional cleaning services with the Home Maid Company. I received a free 4 hour cleaning today as appreciation from this company for being a healthcare worker (respiratory therapist). Dani arrived in a timely manner, went straight to work in the kitchen and continued on into my master bedroom and bathroom. I am rather sensitive to strong perfumes/smells but there was no strong chemical smells as a result of her work. Just a genuine clean smell. The quality of work far exceeded my expectations of a free service.
