I have been using cottage care for monthly cleaning for several months now. I have a fairly small home with 2 dogs and i believe the monthly cleaning service is very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of service. Service is very easy to schedule and management and the team are incredibly easy to work with and have gone above and beyond to make sure i am satisfied with the service and accommodate any requests. Cierra, who i can not speak highly enough of, cleaned my house the first time and did such an incredibly amazing job that I requested she be sent each time, and the quality of her cleanings just continues to impress me! As an example, In addition to the standard vacuuming, mopping, tub/tile/toilet cleaning, i tend to hoard makeup and beauty products (facial masks, serums, scrubs, lotions, hair products,perfumes etc) but because I have a small bathroom with Very little storage, a lot of the products end up haphazardly on the counter or in the windowsill gathering dust, Cierra not only organized the products but dusted and wiped each and every one of them down so it looks so much more neat and tidy! They are also very dog friendly!! I have 2 small dogs that live with me regularly but had 2 more staying with me for a few months. With 4 dogs, one of which was over 170 lbs, I was concerned that they may not feel comfortable coming to clean, but thankfully, Cierra and the management team had no issues with it. I HIGHLY recommend them (Especially Cierra 😊)

Ciara (Sierra), has been cleaning our house once a month for the past 4 months and I have been extremely happy. Working from home I get to enjoy the clean smell as she works through the house. My favorite is the details in the bathroom. The freshly folded towels and folded tissue and TP. It makes me feel like I am a guest in a hotel 😊

I had recently moved and need to clean my apartment I was moving out of, and these were the only cleaning place to actually give me a call back and set up a date. I had previously tried setting up a date with 5 other companies but none of them gave me the time of day. Not only did they get me a date within an hour they also told me the full price to get everything clean instead of it being hidden charges they could add up after cleaning special utilities like the fridge and stove for example. The lady who came out to clean was Megan and not only did she do a fantastic job l, she was super nice and helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond everything we had already agreed upon to have done. If you ever need a cleaner I highly recommend these guys.

On top of being more affordable then their competitors, the service and quality of my clean was absolutely outstanding! The 2 professionals who cleaned our house had such attention to detail and left thoughtful touches throughout the house. The cleaning was thorough and top notch. They were even able to squeeze me in last minute when I had family coming in for the weekend. I rent here(recently moved in) and this place was in complete disarray. I almost cancelled because of how embarrassed I was to have anyone else see this place. Christy called me earlier to confirm the work to be done, and was extremely professional. She was very patient with my requests and questions. Kalaina and Kenzie were my cleaners, and they had a tall order. But these two are artists, and outstanding service was their masterpiece. They were fast, extremely thorough, and very receptive to my requests. They went above and beyond and considering this was my first experience hiring a cleaning service, I have nothing but flourishingly positive things to say about how great of a job they did. I will be signing up for recurring cleans, and will do everything in my power to show respect to the job they did by keeping the place in order in-between. 10/10 Quit holding off getting your clean on and call this company. I got the standard clean and the person that cleaned my house worked very hard the entire time she was at my house. Which was about 3 hours which was accurate to what was told to me. My house is a little less than 1200 sqft. There were some hard to reach places that I see weren’t cleaned which would have been nice, but that would probably be covered in the deep clean. Was a little pricey, but the cleaning businesses I found through google are all a little pricey.

Cottage care did not end up coming to clean for me. However, the gentleman I spoke with said that the type of cleaning I needed was outside their scope of business and that they cannot move furniture due to insurance liabilities. He DID help me locate a few services that might be able to help me, gave me some great resources and advice, and pointed me in the right direction to get the help I needed, even referring some other companies. The help was invaluable. Every other company until CottageCare had just turned me away stating they did not do that type of service. This company has great customer care and if I ever need the kind of services they offer, this is the company I will call!

I have tried other companies that start off great then do less every time they come out.Then I discovered Christi at cottage care. She is dependable, efficient, has a great personality and is honorable. I am usually not home when she comes and I return home to the wonderful smell of a clean home which I love and just sit for a few minutes and look around at my nice clean house.

Where do I begin. Due to past health issues and current work demands my House was at the bottom of my to do list. I had CottageCare come in and help me get my to do list aligned correctly. They are awesome. They are professional and courteous. Very respectful of my domain and didn’t complain once about how nasty my house had gotten. They cleaned my grunge and got it looking new again. I love that they use natural products to clean so that I didn’t have to worry about being left with a strong cleaning/chemical smell. Wish two weeks would hurry up so they can make my domain clean and inviting again.

(I worried about delicate things being broken. That turned out to be completely unnecessary!) Additionally, she was friendly, but not chatty so she got the work done quite quickly. The friendly folks at CottageCare have been my housekeepers since 2012. Though several different housekeepers have represented CottageCare in these 4 years, I have always found the ladies--and even one time a gentleman--to be willing to tackle the job with a smile and all the elbow-grease necessary to accomplish the required tasks. For the most part, this old guy has been satisfied when the housekeeper is finished for the day. To my way of thinking, CottageCare is one of the best bargains in OKC!

Awful experience, inconsistent. I had to call them every week to remind them to come to my house. The first cleaning was laughable and they sent new people out to my home, after I called and reminded them to do so and it was better, I spoke with the manager and we set up Wednesday cleanings. Today is Wednesday and no one showed up. CRAZY UNRELIABLE

Recently posted a rave review of this service after a move-in cleaning. After spending some time in the house and looking more closely there was much left undone &/or poorly executed. Would not use them again.Cupboards were not wiped out, and this was a specific request. Baseboards look dingy. Top of ceiling fans not cleaned. Kitchen sink not scrubbed with abrasive cleanser to remove marks. Soap tray in shower was filthy. At their prices, I expected more.

I had them out to my home..they were very professional. Did a great thorough job...will have them again for sure
