In less than 24 hours from my initial call late in the day, the Merry Maids were able to dispatch a team of pro cleaners to deep clean my late fathers house. The real estate agent was delighted with the results; I was kept informed via text (my choice) of progress from the moment they left their headquarters until the job was complete.The service was fantastic: an exemplary experience that shows how things are supposed to work. We needed help doing final cleaning on an apartment. We left a message and were called the next day. We were scheduled for the following day and given a time window. We received a call and a text with a link to a map that specified the time and location of the team. The two person team charges $90/hr and our team spent an hour and a quarter on two bathrooms and all the floors(carpet and tile).Would certainly use them again!

For the most part I was very happy with the experience. I was disappointed with little details left undone, a 10” round brown spot left on master bathroom floor, outside of bathtub left dirty, marks on stove and dull looking floor in dining room. I am hoping next time these details will be fixed next time.

Merry Maids did an awesome job on the move out cleaning of my dads house. They were prompt, courteous, and very thorough. The house is now on the market and has had numerous showings in the 1st four days, in large part because it is now sparkling clean and fresh! It was money well spent! And we didnt have to do it!

Merry maids are very professional, clean, and the supervisors check in occassionally unannounced. I had another cleaning team before but this is by far the best. I have 2 dogs and they work well with them also.

I would highly recommend Merry Maids. The employees worked hard and took care of all my cleaning needs. The office staff was friendly and professional. I have used other cleaning services and this company far exceeds others in the city.

DO NOT use this company for your home cleaning! It is a complete waste of hundreds of dollars. They consistently did not clean anything, and we came home to the same dust and cob webs that were there when we left. Our tubs and showers still had soap scum on them and the windows were not cleaned either. On top of this, they ruined our living room 9x12 area rug that I am going to end up having to replace at my own expense after I specifically put in writing not to use their vacuum with brushes on it. The person they sent (they send a different person every time and none of them pay attention to directions) used their tools that they were specifically told not and now we are not only out the cost of cleaning but also a very expensive rug.

I cant say how they clean because they make it insanely difficult to even get to that point. They want to come to your house to give you an estimate but only between certain hours - so take off work for that? I had an estimate scheduled and they called immediately back to cancel because someone didnt put something else on the calendar or some nonsense.Disorganized and forcing the customer to operate in a small window for an estimate, Ill pass.

I was hesitant to hire someone to clean my home because I thought Why pay someone when I can do it myself, but soon afterward I realized that I never had the time to do a complete house cleaning. With my busy schedule, cleaning one room at a time, the house never seemed totally clean to me. I was referred to Merry Maids by a friend and I contacted them. I was very surprised at how affordable it is for them to come on a regular basis! Now I can spend time with my husband and kids and not have to worry about tackling chores when I get home from a long day at work.I highly recommend calling Merry Maids and spend more time living and less time cleaning. Worst cleaning service Iv e ever had. They charged $135 (no promised discount) for 2 hours of a messy job that left dust patterns on everything. When I complained they said theyd make it right but they never did. After a few calls I gave up. Im 91 years old and cant do my own cleaning. I have found a good cleaning service now but am angry over my treatment at Merry Maids.

Excellent, well done in and out in under 2 hours, house looks and smells wonderful. Good value for the money. What more could you want.
