Rented a hd99 auger. First day I had to wait the entire day for the pull start to be fixed. The next day the forward and reverse controls we working out of adjustment and even falling apart. Talked to representative and they told me could have someone come lock tight bolts in place. I declined and said that we will just need a tool that has been adequately serviced to complete the job. They would not refund the second day because I didnt call out and wait for someone to fix every break. I dont know how anyone could finish a week of work on time with this level of service.

Im in the IT eCommerce profession so Im not the most knowledgeable when I call in to rent something for my personal projects. These folks are always so patient and willing to guide me through what I need. Once I find what I need theyre glad to help with instructions. Theyve always greeted me kindly as I walked in the door even though Im no high volume customer. My conversation with Dalton there today just cemented that. Thank you all up there!
