Great place to rent equipment! Fast, friendly, reliable service and great communication! Parker does a great job of fulfilling our needs, even with last minute requests. I use him for all of our equipment rental, especially bobcats, other skid steers and wood chippers.

Customer service is amazing and Parker went out of his way to take care of me. I called Herc Rentals at the end of the day trying to get a 10k lift. I needed it now now to get me out of a bind and was hoping for miracle. They delivered a brand new machine and the delivery driver was extremely professional. I will ONLY do business with Herc Rentals!!!! Keep up the great customer service guys!!!

Awful Experience! Our company chose Herc for our commercial project in OKC. We rented 6 lifts in total and they were all paid before they even stepped foot into the job site. As the time passed payments were given to them without fail. Before we gave our last payment, we asked Herc if they could pick them up. However, they did not pick the lifts up the day I was given it would happen. They decided to pick it up days later and over charge me for it. When it was time to give the final payment, one of the employees and I made an agreement to make a payment for only half of the amount due. Days after I noticed they had drafted the entire amount. When I called Herc an employee name Spencer explained to me his manager Blake, had told him to charge my card to full amount. He was unable to explain to me why I was not informed first before they took the entire amount from my card. This is very frustrating considering that is not how it works in commercial business. We told Herc repeatedly our general contractor had not paid us yet and we were going to pay for the other half of our amount a week after we had made our first last final payment. Spencer was unable to explain why my card was over charged after an agreement was made and why we were overcharged for the days the lifts were there. He kept repeating his manager would give me a call but there was no phone call from him that day. I tried the next day and Spencer said he couldn’t attend my call. It has been a week now and there is no phone call from anyone. I do not recommend Herc for any type of commercial project due to the abuse they did.

Herc is NOT the way to go for any commercial project. They will not honor their word for pick or payment time. We run on a schedule when it comes to commercial business. When the GC says he wants the lifts out, they need to be picked up that day, or the day after. Not to mention, when you give business to them, they should at least honor their word and not overcharge or charge money before asking you. We agreed on something for payment, and they did not care.

Equipment was on point. Braden got the equipment we needed, when we needed it. This was the first time we rented from Herc, and our experience exceeded expectations.

Wow. What a pain to rent from them. Never using them for heavy equipment again.

Was quoted $1000 for a tractor rental over the phone. Also we were told we needed rent a 3/4 truck to haul the 40hp tractor and trailer and our 1/2 ton Ram with Hemi wouldn’t handle it. When my dad gets there to pick everything up the total bill is now $1400??? Also found out afterwards that our truck could have easily towed the tractor and all they were doing is upselling.
