After a short illness my wife passed away. When reviewing several southside funeral homes we decided on Signature because of their high rating. We meet with Sammy who asked us what we wanted to do and what our options for the funeral were. At no time during our meeting did he try to pressure or encourage us to do more than we had decided to do. He was very professional during the meeting and concerned about our loss from my wifes sudden passing. Working with him was Kyra who became a very important part in helping myself and my family with picking up items, to helping with my grandkids during the viewing, to directing the funeral service. Both Sammy and Kyra were so helpful and kind thru out the whole process. The memorial folder you can get for the funeral service were better than any I have seen in any funeral Ive been to. We were able to have a momento table where we displayed many of the items from her life. I have been contacted by Kyra and others from the funeral company in the weeks since the funeral to check up and see how Im doing. I highly recommend Signature Cremation & Funeral Care we were treated like family and they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible under the circumstances.

My husband was with Hospice, and when he passed, Signature Cremation was right there. Their respect, caring and compassion made saying goodbye and letting go so much easier during a shattering, heartbreaking time. They worked with me in making the arrangements. There was no pressure and never was about the payments. They knew it was an extremely emotional and difficult time. They went above and beyond to support me and my family in a dark time. They also called several times afterwards just to make sure I was ok and offer to talk or support groups if needed. If I couldnt go to them, they came to me. They are an incredible group of people.
