After my father passed away unexpectedly, I had a 15 hour drive from Wisconsin to Oklahoma. When I met with Kerri, she was absolutely wonderful. She made everything so easy and simple. She answered all of my questions and she was very very sympathetic to the situation. She made sure that everything was handled in a very professional manner. She definitely went above and beyond given the situation. You guys are amazing!!

They took very good care of me and our kids when my husband passed away. I recommend them to everyone. They arent heartless like so many are.

Chris was so compassionate and helpful after losing our mother unexpectedly. We were lost and didn’t even know where to start! He was so accommodating to our family! He walked us through the whole process and allowed us adequate time for our final goodbye! He made sure we went the best route to save money and still get everything we needed! They handled my mother with care and respect, she looked so at peace when we went for our final goodbye/viewing. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend them any day!

My father passed this past Saturday and I requested to be present when he was picked up at the nursing home. My father was a veteran of the Vietnam War and I wanted to make sure that he was draped with the flag. It was the most important thing to me. When Addison picked him up she allowed me in the room to see him draped with the flag. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. The dignity and respect that was paid to my father was overwhelming. The process was made easy for me. I had time to prepare so his death was not sudden and out of the blue. All the staff I talked to were professional and easy to talk to.

Everything was good. Accept I had asked the guy if I could get a lock of hair and he said yes that he would get it. So...when i went to get his ashes. I didnt receive then so I called back up there and they took a message and never called back. So...I called again. Then I talked with the guy who told me that he would get it and the only thing he said was it was t on the paper work . And they didnt get it. My heart was broken.

I chose this establishment after seeing the 5 ⭐ review in Google. I was very pleased with the service, the gentleman who helped us were very friendly and easy to talk to. The establishment was clean and welcoming. I only have a couple of improvements to recommend. Dont fold the Death Certificate and most importantly the remains should be in a plastic bag inside the travel urn. When we received our mothers remains they were in a plastic bag which made transfer to her decorative urn easy and clean. No dead people dust. Think about when you empty your vacuum canister into the bin outside?

When my mother was passing I was able to get information late at night and they were kind and quick so I could spend the last moments with her. Then after her passing everything was taken care of even though we lived miles away. They worked with our family any way they could. Wonderful place and very affordable.

Had no idea what to do or where to start when I called. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and throughout the entire process told me to call anytime of day with any questions I ever had which was very reassuring.My father was a veteran and when they arrived at the hospital to take him they draped a flag over him without us ever asking. The extra care they took throughout everything to honor his service meant a lot to my family. Really couldn’t have asked for a better company to help us during this hard time.
