When I arrived to pick the equipment I reserved for the weekend I was notified it was given to someone else before me. I was then sent to another location 20 miles away where I was given an incorrect attachment and sold materials that were the wrong size for the equipment. When I talked to the general manager on Saturday when I discovered the mistakes he was unwilling to assist me in correcting the error in a timely manner to finish the project and I was forced to rent the equipment from another vendor.

Normally use bobcat of okc, decided to try blueline because they were closer to job site..Never again. Not only where they way over priced but the staff was rude and did not know how to even run their own equipment, got to job site and breaker didnt work. Lesson learned

My dealings with this company started out very good. I was looking to rent a vehicle so I could haul water for a pool. I faxed my drivers license and reserved 3 weeks ahead of time and was told it was $400.00 for the day. I then scheduled everything for my pool and took the day off. I called the day before I was to pick up the vehicle and told no problem it would be ready for me in the morning. I drove the 30 minutes to the location and when they rang up the order it was $515.00 I shrugged and went ahead and paid by debit card. Then was sent outside to pick up vehicle, I waited 15 more minutes and finally they brought vehicle. The guy went over how to do everything and was very helpful. He asked if I had a CDL and I said no. Then he went back into the building and a manager came out 20 minutes later. He stated that they couldnt rent to me because I didnt have a CDL. I explained to him I had talk several times to his people and nobody told me about having to have a CDL and asked him for a solution. Of course he said nothing and he was sorry. I then went back in and got my debit card refunded. When I left I told him I couldve had somebody drive if I had known and Id try to find someone and get back with him within the hour. I called 30 minutes later when I had a driver and said Id head back to get truck, he then said they had already rented it. My last thing i will say is that I called back later that day and they hadnt refunded my card as they told me. The guy I talked to said he may of done it wrong but he didnt know how to do it. Finally it was done, I would NOT Recommend this company for ANYTHING! The mangers need to train the personnel and not assume that every customer is familiar with the laws and regulations of renting vehicles. I lost time, money and all could have been taken care of if I would have known the 5 times I talked to them before the day started. VERY UPSET with staff but mainly the MANAGER! He had no suggestions or solutions to help me. I will tell everyone I know not to USE this COMPANY!!!!!!!
