I know I’m not the only person in the world that is not the best with follow through. I needed my medication that I had ordered through my dermatologist, and they delivered! I first received a text confirming they had received the prescription from my dermatologist and then later I received a phone call asking me to confirm those items the amount and delivery. It was so easy to pay for everything through the phone and was delivered to my doorstep the next morning with no issues. I am overall 100% satisfied with every step. The whole process made it so that even my flaky self could get what I needed quickly.

My pharmacy uses STAT Overnight Delivery, so I rely on them for important medications that often need to arrive quickly. You can definitely count on them to get your delivery to you on time. My latest delivery was very important, so when it hadn’t arrived by noon, I called to make sure it was on its way. They immediately contacted the driver for an ETA and had that information to me within 5 minutes. The delivery showed up a couple hours later. I appreciate STAT’s hard work and would highly recommend their service.

The overnight delivery was fast with immediate text notification when delivered. The package arrived with contents crushed but usable. This may be a result of inadequate packing by the shipper or perhaps having heavy items stacked on my shipment during transit. I suspect some combination of both. As the end user, I can only report on the speed of service (excellent) and the condition of the contents of the shipment upon arrival (fair to poor).

It was left outside my business off of a busy street in a sketchy area where anyone could have taken it. There was a mailbox/Dropbox on the front door where it could have been left and it would have been locked up. Also I got the delivery text at 8:06am on 9/30 saying it had been delivered at 11:32am on 9/30 but it was sitting outside my business when I arrived at 6:40a on 9/30 so none of the times matched what I was told.
