When I realized my purchase was being shipped with LSO I had never heard of them before and did a little bit of research. Express carrier international is apparently one of their sister companies in Oklahoma. Naturally I was having serious anxiety based off of all the other horror stories and terrible reviews I read. However my package literally just came today on time and not damaged! I even had issues with the tracking information and wound up speaking to someone in the customer service department of the 800 number and they were helpful to the best of their ability. I must be one of the very incredibly lucky ones so I decided to leave a five-star review to show everyone on here that had a terrible experience that there may be hope!
