Wonderful company to work with! Debby has been the “face” of the company for me for years and has always provided prompt personal assistance that has gone way past anything I could have expected. When needed, repairs are handled with priority, technicians are courteous, prompt, and provide turnkey services.Looking for reality services, they have one of the best realtors I have ever seen, ask for Robin. She provided personal, professional care in helping my wife and I find an incredibly special home. Then helped through closing to ensure that all our expectations were exceeded.I would have given them six stars, but five is the limit.

My wife and I rented a property from Elite for over 5 years. We wanted a house instead of an apartmentand really enjoyed our stay!! This was a great company to rent from!! We had a few service calls, and Elite handled them promptly!! Debbie at the office was always pleasant to talk with. Their web portal for tenants worked well. I would highly recommend Elite as first choice for anyone looking to rent in the Oklahoma City area!

We completely enjoyed our experience with Elite Real Estate & Leasing.They were very helpful and timely in assisting us with finding our rental - the agent was never late in showing us a home, knew the area, suggested things and had many homes in the spectrum we were looking. They even coordinated to have the owner let us have our dog on the premises even though the stipulations said no pets (we got permission and then paid the pet deposit)The rental process was fast and easy (online submission for everything is a big plus for us).Their online portal made it easy for us to submit a repair request. We had two and they were taken care of very quickly for what they were (one had an issue that several contractors tried to find out and finally they did).When we were terminating our lease early, they put our home back on the market within a few days to get a new renter so we were able to terminate early with no penalties! It was found and rented again within a few weeks.Per their terms, they tell us that even if we clean the home upon exiting, they have it professionally cleaned and that we can expect those charges to come out of our deposit. That was made very clear on our renting and we were ok with that when we signed the lease!Elite was very responsive to questions or messaging. Their staff is friendly and helpful.Our experience with them was very positive and we would highly recommend their services!

The team at Elite is awesome. Miss Debby is always there to help when something comes up. Robin got us numerous qualified applicants, even this late in the year after a showing. We were worried we may have to sit on it until spring. No lapse in renters = protected our bottom line. Elite has been managing our property for 10 years now and is now also managing a family members property.

Ive been working with the ELITE team to manage my properties since before ELITE was actually founded. They are wonderful property managers - professional and responsive - and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is a terrible company. I would never rent from them or a buy a house from them. They are unprofessional and communicate like children. My family rented a home from them and fulfilled our lease. We were never late on rent which was 1295 a month. We were looking to stay there until we found a house to buy or possibly buy that one. They asked me if I wanted to renew my lease but a week later I got a call for a showing on my home. Little did I know the home was up for sale. Upon moving out we cleaned the house but they still charged us $749. I had a terrible experience with these people and would not recommend them to anyone. They are amateurs at best. Debby is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people that aren’t her color.

Elites customer service is exceptional. My wife and I have dealt with a handful of people at Elite and each of them have been friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with all of our interactions over the years. I dont quite think the new folks working for the company know what they are doing, or know anything about landlord/tenant laws. I am so glad we moved and I wouldnt rent from this company again. They will give you minimal service, but beyond that, good luck.
