I ordered a suit online for a wedding and it came in a day before the event. I got in touch with Teresa and explained my situation. She allowed me to bring the suit in, measured me, and she was able to get all the alterations knocked out in time. She did amazing work and I’ll definitely continue my business with her.

I took 18 pair of cuffed slacks to be shortened, and one pair to have the legs tapered. I wanted just a slight amount of break. At first, I thought Teresa was being difficult because she resisted cutting them that much. She thought I wouldnt like how much heel would show in the back. I learned she just wanted me to be happy.She did the first three pair on a rush basis. When I tried them on, they were still longer than I wanted, so I showed her a picture. She got what I was trying to do, so she offered to re-do those three at no charge and again on a rush basis.In then end, all 18 pair were exactly what I wanted. The lengths were even and the creases straight. She had them ready when promised. Also, her prices are significantly lower than other shops I called, so she does good work at bargain prices. I will definitely be going back!

The husband and wife team are no nonsense, but very capable of any alteration you put before them. She has been my alteration lady for 20+ years. I love her work, always spot on.

When I walked in (there were no other customers), the lady was on the phone having a personal conversation. I was not acknowledged at first, but then finally I was asked what I wanted. I tried to explain about needing pants altered but she was trying to have this personal phone call at the same time. Finally, I tried on the pants for her to measure and I told her I would wait until she go off the phone. With indignation, she hung up and proceeded to basically have an attitude. After about 30 seconds of measuring, she said she couldnt do the alteration, then proceeded to pick up the phone again.Probably the rudest, grouchiest person Ive experienced in a while. The only reason this place gets one star is because theres no zero star option. Definitely a place to avoid.

I have used the shop on numerous occasions. The work was always nicely done, on time and cost efficient.
