Brandon Ward was one heck of a sales man. Not only was he polite to myself, but as well my wife and daughter. He worked hard to get us the best deal and showed a great deal of patience! Brandon and Cody worked hard to get me a deal as well as showed me a deterring hidden detail to another vehicle I was looking at. They were very accepting of my honesty and tried there absolute best to set me up with a better deal than the competitors. Michael Wilkerson in finance did a fantastic job at securing us the specific loan details we asked for as well as reassuring us he’d get the deal done over the few days. A few days after I purchased they honored the detail of the vehicle and I was still met with fantastic service. Great job by this dealership! Definitely a big dealership with a small family feel!
This place has a wonderful selection of vehicles at affordable prices. But personally for me the dealership isn’t nearly as important to me as the interaction with the sales person I’m working with. I’m pleased to say my experience with Brian Chan was outstanding. He was tactful and knowledgeable, and very respectful. He made the process as smooth as it could be and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. And the man also happens to be a Veteran which is a bonus because I believe in supporting our troops. You can buy a car anywhere, but if you want a lasting pleasant experience that you will never forget go see Brian Chan. BTW the truck is awesome 😎

My experience with Metro Ford of OKC was very good. I saw a F150 Regular cab on auto trader. The next day I messaged the dealer for more info as it was a new arrival. I got put into contact with Johnny Mahsetky who was a super cool guy. He stayed on top of my emails and answered all of my questions instantly with no delays. I didnt have to wait around for anything. I was also in contact with Gabriel Tucker in finance and we talked some numbers since I was already approved for the truck. He was super nice as well. So the next day we drove up 7 hours from Houston and arrived at the dealer. Everything was smooth as well when I got there.Test drove the truck and looked it over with Johnny.Then went to finance with Gabriel to finish up my paperwork. Johnny had the truck cleaned up and topped off with fuel and I was on my way back home.I want to again thank Johnny and Gabriel for a great experience at Metro Ford of OKC

I was in Oklahoma to visit family and they talked me into looking for a reliable car to get back home in! We went to several places but not really impressed with knowledge or inventory.We ended our search at Metro Ford and met Brian Moore! Wow! He knew ins and outs of all cars we looked at and even knew about other cars not sold at their dealership! He was so very patient with all of my questions and even asked about my family! He also mentioned he had purchased his own family vehicle through there!Well worth the time spent just wish we had started there! We would have been able to do many fun things in the time we spent elsewhere! Will be back for future family cars!

Was not happy with our experience with this dealership! Evidently the internet price changes once you are in person! Also the salesperson agree to fix a flaw and when the deal was done he said he couldn’t do it because of the amount money they gave us as a trade in. Definitely buying my next vehicle somewhere else!
We looked at other dealership and none had what we wanted. Went to metro and they had a great inventory and worked hard to get us the truck we wanted. Great service, our salesman was outstanding. Chris and the whole team surpassed our expectations. As a veteran I except honest and trustworthy businesses, Metro is one of those.
I had a wonderful experience here, I was searching for a car for my sons birthday and Brandon Ward was an amazing help. He was polite and very patient. He found cars in my budget & we test drove a few. Once I finally decided on a car, the rest of the process was smooth and easy. Brandon made it my best car buying experience and I will definitely be back.
The first time I had my oil changed there, they left oily prints on the hood the door handle, arm rests and steering wheel. The second time I went I told them about it and asked them to be more careful. Same thing again. Paid for the first rotation and on the interstate my steering wheel shakes now. Possibly a balance issue I’m not sure. They offered a detail to make up for the oily messes, but that means I have to take more time out of my day and drive 30 min there to wait around for hours for them to detail it.

Had a great experience with Dustin. I took my truck in for service with my tailgate not opening and added a full detail. He kept me in the loop from the beginning. Wanted to take time to share a incident that happened to me today with a very rude sales associate. Went in today to make a purchase or place a reservation for a 2021 ford bronco and after asking a couple questions the sales associate very rude like snapped at me and said “ I don’t know why your asking me questions about vehicles that ain’t even here “ and then he proceeded to have an attitude After i had already reached my vehicle and was pulling out the sales associate and another worker starred at me until he flipped me off which made me put my vehicle in park and then we exchanged words and yelled back and forth I don’t believe a sales associate should be able to use the amount of profanity that this person used. At this time 4 more associates came outside to figure out why the yelling was happening and i got inside my vehicle and left the property i have bought two vehicles in the past from this dealership and now will never recommend it if this is the type of associates they have working for them

Worst dealership I have ever been to. They showed us vehicles we really liked but ultimately couldnt afford because they would not be transparent about the price. We went to look at a truck there based on an internet price, we were very up front about what we were looking for payment wise and were told that wouldnt be a problem. However, they wouldnt honor the internet price, instead the real price was over $2,000 more because it came with lifetime oil changes. We found this out after they had already checked our credit.Their lot was absolutely full of vehicles yet they told us they didnt have any used trucks or SUVs they could get in our payment range of $300-$400/mo. Guess they only want to sell cars to people with deep pockets?? We ended up going to Bob Howard and bought a Silverado within the payment range we wanted and they gave us more for the trade in, without any false advertising or smoke and mirrors. Dont buy a car from metro Ford, they are nothing but crooks.

I had a great experience with the service department while getting an oil change. Alice was very helpful. They had my oil changed quickly and fixed a leaking tire. The kids play area in the dealership is a huge plus while waiting with a 2 year old.

Lots of inventory, sales folks were nice. When we asked about price they mentioned a ~$2500 second sticker for “life time oil changes” and other things like paint/interior protection. Sorry, that’s just insane. When I laughed at that and told them it was ridiculous and I’ve never paid a second sticker over 999 they immediately said “well that’s my cost would you do that?” I said no, I’ll find the truck elsewhere without bogus second stickers. Disappointed, but that’s what dealerships do to make extra money off folks, but there are plenty that don’t. Truck was a two door Ford ranger too, not like those are in high demand, so whatever.
Brandon Ward did a great job showing me multiple Mustangs, answering my questions, and letting me test out the vehicles until I felt comfortable deciding on a purchase. We talked for about a week about my trade in, that was in the shop for recall work, and what I was looking for. Erron also helped me out on Brandons behalf with a test drive and questions. Brandon agreed to meet a competing trade in offer and worked with me on getting a price we could agree on for the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to get what I was looking for and good financing terms.Over all the experience was one of the better car buying experiences I have had. I never felt like Brandon was high pressure, disingenuous, or any of the other stereotypical traits people dont want to experience in a car salesman. I realized I had left part of a seat cover in my trade in the day after I bought the vehicle and Brandon and Cody both looked for it and helped me to recover it. I recommend for anyone to check out Metro Ford first if youre in the market for a new vehicle.

I was purchasing a new vehicle and live 6 hours away. In the description it said the pickup had a spray in bed-liner but it actually didnt. They told me they would pay for one but couldnt get it done in time. So at closing they told me they would mail a check to me for $599 so I could get the bed-liner myself. Got the check and it was for $350!! Really??? Finally thought I found a dealership I could look forward to doing business with but not now! If they wouldve sent me a check for $599 I wouldve given them 5 stars because everything went good. Just upsetting that they did this!! They did the same to me as I had a picture of the price when we were negotiating and a few days later it was $1,000 more!! They told me when we were negotiating that the price was based on me financing with them but since I didnt they were charging me more!! UGH!!

We were met in front of the showroom by John Harvey, who became our sales representative. He listened to what we wanted and provided us with several options. When we decided on the vehicle that we wanted, he quickly began to gather everything that we needed. We talked about the price with Mike Stone and decided that, although it was a very good price, we wanted to think about it. We called back later and told John that we would be in the next morning to finalize the purchase. We spoke with Sean Miller in finance and agreed upon a final contract.John had the vehicle ready as promised and we drove away very happy customers. I can honestly say that these individuals made this process, while not something that I was looking forward to, a pleasant experience. I will definitely return to Metro Ford when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle.
I purchased a F150 last month everything was great, awesome sales representative. The reason I gave only 2 stars was because apparently there is no service after the sale (Finance Department). Most of this is my fault for not asking enough questions during signing of all of the paperwork. I went to register my vehicle and that was when I found out that all of what I thought was no charge add ons I had to pay sales tax on. This amount was over 5000 dollars, tire and wheel protection, replacement key, some theft protection plan, and extended warranty. I have called and asked for the finance department 5 times leaving messages for someone to call me back and nothing. I did the online text where a gentleman called me and said I needed to talk to the finance department, this was the first message. You would think after all of that someone could return your call!!I would like to add that Brian Chan is an awesome sales Representative, I give him 5 stars. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He has called me 3 times checking to see if the Finance department has called, at this point they have not called me back I would have to give that department 0 star review. How hard is it to return a call??
When I bought my vehicle I was told Id get free oil changes for life, apparently this isnt true. Just before hitting 10k miles I called to schedule service and was told they wouldnt do it until it hit 11,600 because it had 6,600 on it when I purchased. Oil light was on, oil looked like it needed a change, and they didnt know if it had ever been changed. Why does it matter who put on the first 6600? Called the sales guy a couple of times for some help but never got calls returned. Why even make the offer if you dont intend to follow through?
Their ad for the car I drove there to buy all in cash said $8,500. When I got there, test drove it, went inside to get more info.. they said the car is $10,500 PLUS a fee of $500. They literally added $2,500 to the original price on the website. I would not waste your time with them. Stereotypical car salesman here guys. Way to go. I left without a car that I needed because of bad business.

Sellers beware! I sold my truck on August 13th, now almost 3 weeks later, I am still waiting on my check from this dealership. I have left 10 voicemails and have not received a single call back. They have the truck in their possession and have not paid me for it, this is considered theft!

This is one of the dealerships that give them a bad reputation. Bait and switch, false advertising call it what you want. Truck listed on line for $30800. Go to metro, test drive and ready to talk numbers. Managers offer was $32600. I asked if he was aware that I knew the advertised price and he said yes but it was only available if we had a trade. Wow. Would not recommend anyone going there.

Went to Metro due a great selection of F250 trucks in these times of low stock and limited availability. We had verified the unit was available and price online with the Averie in the Internet dept. Made the drive and was helped by Juan in sales, great guy and very helpful. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal on the unit due to a miscommunication with the manager on the desk at the time. But, due to the diligence of the staff at Metro Donnie, the GSM, called us directly to see what happened in the process. After a great call we went back to get our new F250. Gio did a great job delivering the truck, Patrick helped us with paperwork and services, and Donnie is the GSM for a reason. They took the right approach and made the process quick and easy, I would recommend checking them out.
Chris Derrick was a joy to work with. I came in for a test drive and he answered all of my questions and we were able to run through the process, work around my schedule and get the deal done. He was professional throughout and and was able to accommodate some changes made at the last minute to help us out. All in all a pleasant experience and will make Metro Ford and Chris my first stop next time.
First thing that happened, I looked up the car on carfax so I could bulk search cars that I wanted in my price range. Test drove the car and brought it to my mechanic. Everything was good, however, the asking price on the car was $2k over the price I had on carfax. They were advertising a different price and trying to charge me more than they advertised. They said they would only match it, if I got my loan through them. They were using my credit union and I had talked to my credit union about the loan beforehand. The interest rate and everything matched up, so I just went for it.Second, I talked to the financial advisor there who took nearly 2-3 hours to get the paper work done while I was there. This financial advisor also tried to get me to buy a bunch of extra stuff before explaining it to me and I had to ask him why the price was $2k more than what we agreed on the cost of the vehicle and it was because of all the stuff he tried to tack on including $500 theft plan, $1000 repair plan, and an additional $500 plan that covered if the vehicle got totaled. I told him I didnt want any of it and took all of that off the loan, which extended the visit by an hour or so.Third, he mentioned that to help my credit, since I had no credit history, that I could pay off all but $200 of the loan and pay the rest off approximately $5 per month over the 3 years or so of the loan to avoid the large interest. I just got a call back 5 months after purchasing the vehicle from my credit union. I wound up with an approximately $20 late fee on the loan because I wasnt paying the full required monthly amount which was the remainder of the loan and was told I had 2 weeks to pay the remainder or my credit would be dinged, so I paid off the remainder immediately to make sure this didnt backfire any worse.Three dishonest practices here1. Advertising a different price for the vehicle than they were selling for and only agreeing to honor the price, if I got my loan through them.2. Taking on an additional $2k for insurance I didnt want or ask for.3. Describing a way to help my credit that almost destroyed my credit.Im never dealing with these people again, no matter what car they have. Their dishonest to a ridiculous degree and too ignorant of their own loan contracts to give advice. The only thing they did right is the car drives well.

Do not buy a car from these guys. We bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from them last July and now a year later the transmission went out, more specifically the PTU blew apart and blew a hole in the transmission housing. $6500 to repair it. This would be upsetting in itself, but even more so because this dealership lied about the vehicle when we bought it. We were told it was accident free and they showed us a carfax proving that. Now we find out that the car has actually been in two accidents, one rear and one in the side. The passenger door won’t lock. The air selector actuator is broken, so it clicks and won’t change from face to feet or defrost. These are all things we found out after purchasing it. Sure we should’ve looked up the carfax on our own, but you want to believe people won’t straight up lie to you. Not the case here. Save yourself time and money and a headache, go anywhere else.

Genuinely gets to know his customer and willing to discuss anything without ever pressuring you to buy. I bought months earlier than I planned due to his genuine and kind personality. I can say the same for Gabe Tucker in finance. It’s rare to feel appreciated and not taken or pressured in a dealership. Kudos to whomever hired these two men.

They told us they had an ecoboost and premium ecoboost mustang ready for me to test drive. When we got there one of them wasn’t even on the lot and it took the salesman 30 minutes to locate the one they did have. Then it didn’t have gas so it took him another 15 minutes to pump some gas. Since they were the only ones that had this trim in the OKC metro I was okay paying the MSRP considering that no else had it. As we talked number 2500 was added for paint and fabric protection, 1000 for not financing, and 500 for not having a trade. $4,000 added just like that. This made it easy to walk out and look elsewhere. Luckily we found a dealer is Dallas with the same car. They shipped it to our house in a truck for $1,000 less than what I was about to pay Metro (Thanks Westway Ford). And if you count the ridiculous add on I saved at least $5,000 from their price. Honestly just use them as a show room and order it from a different dealer. Since I am a bottom line guy I have to give Metro Ford credit for saving me money so you get the extra star. Lose 1 for lying to me, lose another for raising price, and another for wasting my time.
Bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze 2LT from here. I worked with Brian Chan and Linda Graham. Both reps were very helpful. They let me drive multiple vehicles and come back at a later time after giving myself time to think and view other dealerships which I was upfront about. I do see some complaining about the Ford Difference charge of this dealership. Thats really up to each person to decide if its worth for them. However, the way I see it, it pays for itself in the long-run with free oil changes, and nitrogen filled tires which being a more stable gas will help prolong the life of the tires. Yes it does make the initial purchase a bit more expensive, but if you plan on keeping the vehicle for longer than a few years it pays for itself.
Lois in the Service department did an exceptional job keeping me informed, liaison with multiple teams and coordinating the repair of my car. I appreciated working with her! Overall for something that is typically not fun, it was a good experience.

They want $2000 extra on top of marked price if we do not trade in a vehicle, and another $2000 on top of it if we buy it outright cash or finance it through our own bank. So they wanted $4000 extra on top of MSRP. Thats a scam right there.

Went to Metro Ford OKC to purchase new 2021 Ford Explorer to be able to tow a small camping trailer. The car we looked at didn’t have a tow package but David, the sales manager, said that they could put a factory tow package on it. I said let’s do it. Went to pick up the car and it was not a factory tow package, no trailer brake wires, no transmission cooler etc. Bottom line, I was lied to and they won’t make any amends to correct it. I’m going to Greg Darnell Ford in Midwest City to trade it for what I need. Very costly mistake trying to deal with Metro Ford of OKC.
BEST CAR/TRUCK BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I am from Chicago, but when buying a truck (F-150) I looked at every dealership within 1500 miles. OKC metro has a great selection and good prices. I called them and had a 2-minute conversation with Dave, I named my price, he accepted, I bought a plane ticket, and picked up my truck the next day. ARTURO WAS MY SALESMAN AND HE DID AN AWESOME JOB! Arturo stayed in contact with me throughout my travel to Oklahoma City and picked me up from the airport in the vehicle I was purchasing. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Arturo answered all of my questions and was patient and kind with my 6-year-old who had made the trip with me. I wholeheartedly recommend Arturo and OKC Metro Ford. Even with the cost of two plane tickets, a night in the hotel, and 800 miles worth of gasoline to drive me back home, I still saved money and got the truck I wanted.
Nice salesman, but in the end expect an increase of $1500+ on listed price on things they force upon you. Theyre not optional. Examples of extra things you cant have taken off: Oil change for life, lifetime tint, lifetime nitro, and interior/fabric protection. (why would you want all of this if you live out of state, live too far, or about to move out of state) Also, cant forget the $500 processing fee. Higher than most dealerships.

We purchased a new Ford F150 from Metro Ford yesterday and our salesman, Chris Derrick was so amazing! His knowledge of the trucks and all of the inventory was extensive. He answered all of our questions and was so patient with us for taking several days to make a decision. He was never high pressure - just very helpful! We will recommend Chris and Metro Ford!

False advertisement!!!! They Advertise low internet prices then when we went to dealership they tried to add $1500 as addendum price. Manager Cody claimed that this is their new way of doing business where they advertise the lowest price online and once customer walks into dealership add $1500 addendum fee to make up for lowest price plus $500 doc fee.
Chance was first to meet me at the door and very welcoming. Made the whole process seamless and easy. Worked with me on finances and trade-in. 100% recommend going to see him and will definitely do business again!Update: Gabe in the finance department has been relatively worthless. Bought the vehicle on 2/13. Had to go back to the dealership on 3/27. Being told at this point that the bank BBVA needs to call and give me a welcome call to finalize the deal. I received no phone call and the finance department seems to be of the impression that it’s my responsibility to get their finances in order.Sales team is great, but I would highly recommend taking your finances from an outside source so you don’t have to deal with these clowns.
We walked in and were greeted immediately by Chris. He wasn’t the pushy salesman we have been dealing with elsewhere (4 other dealerships). He made the transaction smooth the entire time. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me a good deal on my dream car!. The finance manager was amazing as well. Thank you Chris! We will be back!

I have never been treated so poorly at a car dealership like I was today at the service center. I was subtly accused of trying to leave without paying and the second my card had an issue the staff treated me like I was just garbage to them. I paid our bill (on the car they didn’t touch until they had it FIVE DAYS) for the service that was “definitely” going to fix the car and *definitely* didn’t. I drove it to the other Ford dealer in town and traded it in for for a $30,000 truck so you can know exactly what the employees’ degrading eye rolling cost you. Even if we didn’t have money to pay you should NEVER be so condescending to someone because they are short on cash. Hard working people fall on hard times and it is NEVER acceptable to be rude to someone because you think they are poor!
Wouldn’t visit Metro Ford’s service shop even if it’s the last place on earth. I took my car in because it was having some difficulties, they charged me a hefty fee for a diagnostic then quoted me an arm and a leg for the repair. Over 1,500 higher than the next Ford house I visited. Even if that wasn’t enough, I would get weekly phone calls and emails about my repair they wanted me to get serviced. After calling and speaking with a manager about the calls etc, they stopped. But only to be followed by bi-weekly emails about a myriad of topics ranging from my trade-in-value, potential service offers, and auto warranty details. One cannot unsubscribe from or block these unsolicited offers because it comes from a different auto generated email each time. Do yourself a favor and don’t take the trip. Much more hassle than worth.
Financing situation was terrible. They ran my credit 3 times after I told them I already have financing. Sales people lie but thats normal for about every car dealership. Do not trust a single word they say. Get financing through a bank and take them a check to avoid the financing BS. Or just go througha different dealership all together. They also mark up the car 2k in fees that are required so be aware of that too.
Went in prepared to pay advertised price for a car. Then when we said we were paying cash for the vehicle the price all of sudden went up 20%. If you want a stereotypical car salesman where every question is “I’ll have to ask my manager” this is your place. We left without the car due to the shady experience.
