A couple weeks ago I bought a Chevy Trailblazer here. It had cosmetic damage, but it ran well. They told me what they knew was wrong with it before the purchase and were honest about what they knew of its history. They even gave me receipts of the parts they had bought for it and what they replaced. They did tell me it needed an alignment after it went they did some suspension work, but I wasnt told that it had no sway bar links (they are totally missing) to even be able to get the alignment done. Because they were up front about everything else Im not sure if they took them off, if they knew about them being missing and forgot or why they were taken off. Still, while I wish I didnt need to get new sway bar links, I just needed something that ran and it was a very good deal. I walked away happy and the owner of a decent vehicle. 4/5 stars for me.

Nothing short of amazing! I have seen them work with people from every walk of life! A lot of places make bold statements about what they can do. But Lumpys gives results and gets it done! You could buy from a better establishment. Lumpy makes sure that ever vehicle has been reconditioned better then most big franchise dealers do. Trust me I have worked at big dealers for the past 12 years. I would put my family in a vehicle from Lumpys before some of the Big franchise stores I have worked at for sure!

Bought a 14 Chevy Silverado I liked. The ac did not work prior to purchase so we put it in writing under the I owe/We owe agreement That I will buy the truck under the condition that the ac is in good working order. They basically took the truck back to their “mechanic” he charged the system and Dustin gave me some bs about how they replaced an o ring. Two days later it stops working. I bring it back to them, this time leave the truck with them for 4 days they claim they replaced the condenser but same story, not working in two days... there were never any parts replaced..I’ve tried every possible solution and been so patient with these people that there’s just no excuse, it’s just a bs game to get you off their back for a while. They had no intention of ever fixing the ac even though it was in the agreement. Here I am fixing the ac myself after I paid full price for a truck.Do not do business with these guys. They are dishonest and unethical. Will say whatever they need to get your money right then and there then once their paid the customer can screw off.

Bought a 2006 Chrysler Crossfire Limited roadster from them. They picked me up at the airport, took me to their office, I test drove the car and had an independent mechanic inspect it, made the deal with David and Mike and then drove it 800+ miles back home with no problems. I am writing a response to the response that Lumpys left to Brians review. Brian is my son-in-law and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt he did not slander your business in anyway. The review he left was 100% honest and correct. The truck fell apart on Interstate 35 and my granddaughter was in the vehicle at the time which could have resulted in a very serious accident and injury or worse. Now my son-in-law finds out it is going to cost $7000 to repair this vehicle and you are okay with that because you already have your money!! If it was in my control no one would ever buy another car from your business. You cannot convince anyone that you didnt know the condition that truck was in when you sold it to Brian.Follow up:: I think you are well aware that the truck cannot be driven. However, it is still not to late for you to do the right thing. You need to replace the defective vehicle you sold them because that is the right thing to do. You can have the one they have now towed back to your business where you can repair it. After you have done that, I will be happy to remove my review and leave you a five star review because you did the right thing.

Simply Awesome! Mike and his brother, Lumpy, were nothing but helpful and straightforward. One of the best, fair car buying experiences I have ever had. I had to haggle a bit with my trade-in but even that was very respectful and fair. And the haggling lasted all of about 2.5 minutes. I even left an old CD in my old truck and they sent it to me right away. And to give you an idea of the kind of deal I got... I drove 6 hours from Arkansas to get there. CALL THEM!!! Even if they dont have it, I bet dollars to donuts they can find it and still give you a great deal!

After searching high and low for a graduation gift for myself last May 2014, I decided to give Lumpys a try. I worked mainly with Mike but his brother and another lady assisted me as well throughout the whole process. It was such an easy process and they answered all my questions and were very fair with my trade-in and final price. I loved working with them and will buy from them again in a heartbeat! Its now November and Ive driven the car (Nissan Murano used) all over the country and its still in good shape! Thanks for being honest- it really made my car purchasing process a lot easier!

Their lack of communication is what really did them in on my opinion of them. I understand Lumpy has a business to run, but when my fiancé tells one of the guys to go ahead and run the check in the morning, and lumpy calls him in the afternoon chewing his ass for them not hearing from him, there seems to be a problem. They treated us like family while we were there, but once the deal was done and they got their check, all they cared about was their money. I will probably never use them, nor recommend anyone to them ever again. They pretty much made us feel like we were trying to steal their truck.Also, when it came to negotiating, they said they put on a bunch of extras to the truck we bought. Before we went to look at the truck, I did my research on the Texas Edition and all the things they said they added on extra come standard on the Texas Edition. Im all for a salesman being a salesman trying to earn a dollar, but to go as far as saying you did that yourself was flat out dishonesty.And another thing, they talked about their mechanics and how if the check engine light comes on, they fix it! They dont just turn the light off and hope for the best we had that truck for 12 hours and the check engine light came on. Luckily, my future father-in-law is very mechanically inclined so we arent worried about it, but its the thought that counts.Anyways, Im done nagging.BTW.. The only way i can figure out how to reply to the comment on this is to edit the original review. ANYWAYS, I have been to Lumpys. I can send you a screen shot of my google maps,. I can tell you exactly how long we were there, where all we test drove the pickup we bought and everything. right down to describing your office furniture. Lying to people to make yourself look better isnt a good look for a car dealership. Just saying!!

Any true and honest person would have allowed us to return this truck knowing we had it less then 15days when this happened. Clearly the truck in not driveable at this point to get it to you to look at!!!! I called Lumpys expecting to hear the same thing that I heard everywhere else....NO or we need $3000 down and $500 a month but that totally wasnt the case. I dealt with Kevin who was very polite and helpful. I told him that I just contacted another dealer in OKC who tried to sell me a 2004 Olds Alero fro $19,000 (not kidding) and was floored when he said he had a 2008 Pontiac G6. I thought wow, with my history thats probably going to be way more than I can afford OR the down payment. I knew that Id have to pay more because I was seeking in house financing but Kevin told me that wasnt necessary and got me financed through a CREDIT UNION!! I was floored and the payments are VERY reasonable. I cant say enough good things about the people at Lumpys. You cant go wrong with them!
