The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Bob Howard is definitely the most honest dealership I’ve ever been to. My saleswoman, Desiree, went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car. She communicated with me every step of the way and it only took a couple days till everything was set in stone for me. I live in Colorado Springs, we did the entire process over the phone, from the appraisal to getting me set up with a bank for loan options. I drove out to OK City with my trade in and my car was waiting for me in perfect condition. It looked exactly as pictured, no flaws, was detailed and filled with gas and Desiree came in on her day off to personally hand me the keys and to congratulate me! I also made a life long friend along the way and will be staying in touch with Desiree. Every body in the dealership definitely shows their southern hospitality by being kind and genuine people. Sometimes that’s all that matters when making a big investment as such. I don’t get the bad reviews, I drove 10+ Hours completely stress free about purchasing a vehicle I hadn’t even seen in person. I mostly spoke with Taylor and Curtis when my car was getting work done at their service department. They were both great! I had an unfortunate experience at another dealership where they had my car over 2 months and did nothing to get repairs started no matter how much I would reach out to them. I then brought my car here, 3 weeks and they were done! AND 2/3 of those were waiting on getting the replacement part in so essentially in just one week they were able to do everything they needed to with the warranty company and complete the repairs needed. Would absolutely recommend

Not only did Brandon take care of our scheduled maintenance, but was also able to take care of the recalls on my vehicle so I didn’t have to make another appointment to come back at a later time! We had a good if crazy experience. After about 4 cars getting sold before we could get a chance to look at them, waiting out a crazy thunderstorm, choosing a car and then almost backing out at the last minute because of a little freak out, we ended up with a really nice used vehicle. The sales manager was very patient and accommodating, Desiree was also patient and fun, and Josh in finance was great. The car we chose was such a recent trade that it hadnt been fully inspected, and they have it back now making sure everything is right. I dont enjoy the car buying process, but this team made it good.

My sales rep Brent Biggs was exceptional. One year ago I bought a Pre-Owned Tesla from this location that was in mint condition at a great price! I flew in from Dallas to pick the car up, and Brent even picked me up from the airport. The whole process and transaction was quick and smooth. To this day I still love the car and has no issues! I’m only reminded to do this review, because Brent sent me a happy birthday wish today on my birthday, even after already making the sale. Had a great, efficient, and friendly experience with Dalton and Drake. I needed a truck for work and Dalton made me aware of all the the great features the Silverado Crew 1500 had going for it. The clincher was the especially good gas mileage, due to the Duramax 3L turbo-diseal (Now available on the 1500). I had no idea what great gas mileage was available on a full size truck. After 237 miles, I’ve averaged 19.6 mpg driving around town. Great looking vehicle and friendly at the pump!

Did not receive documentation with results of battery inspection. Also, reoccurring error message stating “reduced power propulsion”was not resolved. The error message was on when my car my dropped off with me. Asked them to take another look and they couldn’t identify or correct the issue. UPDATE: reached out to the individual who replied to this review and requested a phone number to discuss this matter. They did not respond.

Individual in the scheduling call center was rude. Told us when we were to bring our vehicle in instead of asking when we would be able to bring it in. Did not introduce herself so e have no idea who it was. Brought the vehicle in for recall service and the technician didnt complete the multi-point inspection. Completely neglected tire tread depth, pressure and wear patterns. Also didnt check the brakes, or filters as required on the inspection. Honestly quite disappointed. Vehicle was done quickly for the recall which was nice. Service advisor Taylor was friendly and respectful.

I really dont understand how the service dept. works. When you make an appointment that means both parties decide on a time that works for them. An appointed time. My appointment was at 8:15 and when I arrived there were multiple cars ahead of me. I thought wow, there must be a lot of 8:15 appointments. No big deal though, I just waited my turn and dropped off my truck. So 3:00 rolls around and i have heard nothing so I call. Service advisor informed me that no one has looked at it yet and probably wont today. Im sorry I thought my appointment was a 8:15 and I was waiting in the lobby. He informed me that there are no appointment times and its just first come first serve. I arrived after 5:15 or so to pick my truck up and I thought maybe they made a mistake and was just trying to cover it up. Nope. Service advisor said no one has looked at it and will not look at it today. Mind blown to say the least. The worst part is not one person ever contacted me, said the word sorry, we made a mistake, Its a bad system, ......just nothing. Here is your keys. No problem. You just wasted 9 hours of my life. I work in healthcare management and if this happened someone would be strongly corrected or fired. We would be bending over backwards to reach out to the patient that was treated wrongly and make it kosher immediately. Very disappointed to say the least. Will never go here again and I hope they can make some major policy and procedure changes.

Ryan gave me excellent service. He was knowledgeable and very prompt with any assistance needed. The one issue I had today was that there was no shuttle availability. When I booked my appointment online it asked if I wanted shuttle service and I stated that I did, but upon arrival I was informed that there was no shuttle service because of the manning numbers, so I had to wait in the lobby with a 6yr old which wasn’t my plan.

I got an appointment only hours before the requested appointment time and was politely met and guided through the process and shown to the waiting area. It had nice seating and TVs along with magazines. I had the oil and filter changed out and was on my way in about an hour as promised. It was quick, comfortable, and nicely priced. I know because I’d checked other shops. My service writer was efficient, fair and politely quick. All I could ask for.

Not good. Had appt for noon. Took 2 hrs just to change oil and rotate tires. I can do this in 20mins. They broke the oil filter cap and had to replace that, and did a very sloppy job getting oil on the valve cover running down the back of engine and left oil all under car and dripping on my pavement by the time I got it home. Avoid this place if you value your property or your time.

Onstar alerted us to a critical engine issue while the car sat in our garage. Bob Howard fit us in the next day, which was a Saturday. Sure enough I had a check engine light at start up on the way to get it fixed. Quick scan by Ryan and it was a major sensor. He gave me a quick sitrep of what to expect. Fixed in a couple of hours. Service rep Ryan and mechanic team did a great, quick, professional job, explaining what the sensor did etc. In at 730 out by 0930. Great job by all.

We were shopping with two small children which is obviously not as easy, and he was kind, patient, and not pushy at all. We showed up with some ideas of vehicles we’d like to see from the website and he made the process quick and easy. I went to Bob Howard for help with transmission problems that started happening two months after I paid off my Chevy spark. I also had to replace the a/c ($540) which was a pretty good deal at another place in Edmond (had zero problems with them). Bob Howard had my car in and out for over a month with no luck on really fixing the problem. The car would run fine for a week then right back to what it was doing before. I finally decided to buy new from them and cut my losses. I was running out of money to give them. Now every salesman was wonderful but I will never go to this dealership again because I just signed on a car that is already making weird noises under the hood and I’m constantly have to add air to the tires. The display above the steering wheel and display for my maps and audio is constantly going haywire so I can’t trust what those say and have to manually check. I know how to work with cars but I didn’t want this inconvenience again.. I normally do not leave reviews. When I do have issues with a company I’m usually over it pretty quickly but this is just so ridiculous that a car company operates this way. Cars are supposed to give you comfort in knowing that you can safely get your family and friends from point A to point B. I have not had that with Bob Howard in any experience. Like I said, the salesmen we’re outstanding but I guess you’d have to be if you’re going to be selling garbage.

Coop the service writer is amazing. I’ve been to several Chevrolet dealerships and seemed that an appointment meant nothing. Here at Bob Howard Chevrolet the service department especially Coop are top notch. If you have an appointment your car is pulled back being looked at within a half hour. The technicians take the time to actually figure out what is going on with your vehicle. You get updates and constant communication on what is going on and how things are going. My car had more issues than expected, but parts arrived in a timley fashion and Coop and the Technician got my car fixed up. Excellent, honest timely service department.

I did not have an appointment. I wanted a oil change with my filter & oil. Kirk was great. He let me know it could take upto hour-and-a-half. I got my expresso and settled for a wait. Half-an-hour later, it was ready.I checked to see that my filter was replaced (it was marked). The oil was my Royal Purple. I trust Bob Howard. This was my first visit. It will not be my last. Also, I was taught to always check the work done by others. This does not reflect on Bob Howard.

7/30/21 I took my 2010 SS 575 HP Camaro into Bob Howard Edmond Chevrolet for an oil change. One of 200 made. It only has about 11K miles. It mostly stays in my garage with a cover over it. After picking it up on 7/31/21 I drove it around a bit and put her back to bed. On 8/1 I noticed oil had ran out onto the garage floor from underneath the car. The oil filter was loose.barely hanging on.

I bought a 2007 Cadillac DTS, and Grant the sales manager made sure that it was good to go before I drove it off the lot. It had minor work, but I was given a choice to buy it at a lower price or the dealership repair it. I didnt have time to do the repairs myself and opted for the dealership to do them; however, the repairs and parts werent warranted. The dealership did provide a loaner car while it was being worked on.

Mr. Hoff in the service department at Bob Howard is who I dealt with during the repair process. Mr. Hoff listened to all issues I had with the truck. He reassured me they would inspect the truck and contact me in reference to any repairs. Every step of the way, Mr. Hoff would contact me with findings, the plan for repairs, and requested my approval for repairs after advising me of cost. Mr. Hoff and his team of technicians were professional and highly knowledgeable. I will not take my truck anywhere else for repairs. Bob Howard Chevrolet, and my salesman, Lilou - have been awesome throughout my purchase. Had an issue with my vehicle that technically would not have been covered by a warranty, but they didnt leave me hanging and went above and beyond to take care of the matter. I love my Tahoe, and cant recommend these guys highly enough.

Brought in my Chevy for a few repairs and a warranty fix. All were quoted with some being not approved due to personal budget constraints. They were very respectful of these choices and also did a simple temporary fix on a cosmetic issue I could not afford (which was a surprise).

I had the best experience getting my oil changed! Since I’m a girl (maybe) it seems like the average oil change is filled with stress but this was the most stress free, fast and all round amazing experience I’ve ever had. I do appreciate everything they have always done for me and I will never go anywhere else.

I have always have the upmost confidence in Taylor, my service advisor——I have always felt that he was looking out for my best interests no matter what problem I have had with my car. I pay for good service no matter where I go——-I do not expect to pay for BAD SERVICE.Taylor is a good reflection of his service manager, Chris Olson; everything revolves around humans and there can be errors, but these people put their best forward——-which cannot be said about many other service operations.

Immediately helped. Not pushy at all. Asked what we were looking for and a timeframe. Gave open and honest feedback about other vehicles we were looking at from other dealerships which was probably one of the biggest positives. They did not knock other cars just to make their own look better. They mentioned which ones they had heard were having issues or had read feedback on, gave positive reviews for 2 others we had been looking at and helped us review items that may matter. They also had very good senses of humor from our associate to the manager.

I live around 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership. I have been looking for a truck for our son. After searching online, I found this dealership & submitted a request for contact & was connected with Dalton. He was so extremely helpful, answering every question and getting us all of the pertinent information. We had the entire deal worked out that Saturday evening with the plan for my husband & I to travel to OKC on Monday. Dalton stayed in constant contact with us every step of the way, even being outside when we pulled in to greet us! He had worked to get everything as ready as possible for us so we didn’t have to wait around for a long time.We actually appreciated him and the entire establishment’s treatment & customer service so much my husband returned Thursday to buy himself a truck!Bob Howard has definitely earned our continued business through the years. I have already passed Dalton’s info out to my brother and a friend.

KUDOS TO SALESMAN DEVIN AT BOB HOWARD CHEVROLET!!!I must say that I had the most AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!Devin was not only Fantastic but in all of my experiences he was on top of his profession as a salesman. He was very Knowledgeable and Understanding of my concerns in regards to my purchasing my Brand New 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. He was personable to me and he reminded of my son, very respectful of my being and elderly woman in search of the appropriate truck that I was needing when I go shopping. He is the type salesman that gets to know you first and what my needs were .I was looking at Bob Howard Toyota for a Truck but the sales person there seem to be very put out with me the questions I was asking . So much so that in my eyes I was just a tire kicker to him and he had no for someone elderly like me.Whereas Devin showed no signs of that! Sales people need to be a lot more like Devin was tome as and elderly woman looking for the perfect Truck for my needs.I cannot wait to take it to First Monday in Canton Texas to go shopping and plan on my son going with!!!God Bless Bob Howard Chevrolet for having such and AWESOME SALESMAN!!!!
