My husband and I usually take our cars to a place like PepBoys to do routine maintenance and oil changes, but this go around we decided last minute to just take my Subaru Outback to a Subaru dealership for the oil change. They were able to squeeze us in last minute, very kind throughout the entire visit, and got us back out super fast! They told us when we got there itd be an hour to an hour and a half until they were finished and we were back on the road in maybe 45 minutes. They also gave us a comprehensive overview of everything they check with an oil change, if there was anything that needed to be replaced, and when to expect to replace other things. Definitely taking my car back for any and all check ups!!

Service is easy to schedule and I don’t feel like they are trying to constantly upsell me on extra service that isn’t really necessary. I also really appreciate the loaner car service. Never had a bad experience in 4 years!
The staff at Bob Moore Subaru was very courteous & got me checked in for my scheduled appointment right away. They advised me they wouldn’t be able to start on my car window repair for an hour & noticed I was almost 2 hrs from home. They offered a rental car so we could go eat lunch, go shopping or run errands. I showed my license & insurance verification.. He gave me an approximate time that my car would be ready but said he would text me for sure. It was really easy. When we returned my car had been repaired & washed. I was scheduled to have my regular service in a couple of weeks. However, yesterday afternoon as I was about to take my dog to the vet, my car would not start. I had Subaru roadside assistance come this morning. It turned out that my battery was dead and the serviceman was able to get it started. He told me not to turn it off and to go get a new battery. I then called Bob Moore Subaru service and spoke with Brandon. He told me to bring it down and they would get it taken care of. They installed a new battery and did the service that was scheduled for a couple of weeks from now so that I would not need to come back for that. They accomplished everything in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with Brandon and the service department.

I had my first 6 months maintenance on my Crossteck yesterday. Bob Moore in Edmond was so great. The team that took care of my car was awesome. I had questions that were answered quickly. The waiting room was outstanding, clean and stocked with all kinds of goodies . Outstanding service.
I had an appointment to drop my car off for regular maintenance. I was checked promptly and asked if I could wait rather than drop and come back. I was informed it would probably be an hour or more however I was on my way home in one hour with service done and a clean washed car. Made my day!
Everyone was so nice, and friendly. The price was able to be negotiated, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking questions, or expressing concerns. Our salesman Justin Mueller was kind, friendly, and professional. Will highly recommend to other people. I would also like to note that the dealership was very clean, and I helped myself to some coffee no problem. They also have snacks!

This was the worst visit I have ever had at the Subaru Service department. No one seem to know what they were doing. I had already made an appointment for my oil and filter to be changed, for 9:30am, it took 2+ hours before I got away from their. And before I left, I needed them to fix the screen back the way it was with my clock, radio station, and weather temperature showing, but I had to wait for someone who knew how to do it because the one guy didnt know how to do it. It was a awful visit this time. My suggestion would be to go back to the way you use to do it!
Bottom line, if you are looking for a vehicle and want to be done right, come here. They are honest, friendly, professional, not pushy. They wont just throw you in a vehicle, this dealership and great staff just want to make the customer happy. I have never felt so at home at a car dealership. Brandon my service advisor did a very good job handling my no AC situation. He was very responsive and quick with great personality and very polite individual. I will definitely recommend any Subaru owners in the future to take their car and get it serviced at Bob Moore.

Kudos to Bob Moore Subaru and one of there associates Jared Morris. I always hate going to car dealerships because I feel rushed and crowded, also if you are not interested in buying that day it seems like most dealerships and salesmen lose interest in you. That was not the case when I visited this dealership. Even though I stated I probably wasn’t buying, Jared stuck around and showed me features while answering questions on any vehicle I was interested in. On top of that the atmosphere inside the dealership just felt good, like every one wanted to be there. I appreciate all the help and once I’m ready for my new outback I know where I’m going.
Isaiah and Adrian were perfect on all accounts. No hassles at all and Adrian was great at explaining all the different extended warranty packages and made financing a breeze. Isaiah was extremely helpful in helping me make my decision and I never felt any pressure at all. This was my first experience with a large dealership and was surprised at how easy everything was. This service on 8/18/21 took 4 hours to do an oil change, rotate tires & their curtsy system check & wash. I was originally told it would take about an hour and a half, but they were running a little behind. After 4 hours I went to the service desk to see how much longer it would be. I got the distinct impression that my car had been ready for awhile, but no one had notified me. Previous oil changes have not taken anywhere near this long. I doubt tire rotation would add 2 to 3 extra hours.

I had to take my car in to have a special costing out on it at 8:30 am. I got right in and they gave me a loaner to drive. I was impressed by the fact that the loaner was so nice, extremely nice. I was on my way in no time. My car was finished on time and looked great. I also appreciated that everyone was polite and seemed happy. All in all a very good experience.
Nate Baker was fantastic and extremely helpful. However, Jarred, the one who we were initially dealing with to get the car, promised us 0% interest on the financing, and “price locked” the car with that 0% included, and this was the whole reason we decided to go ahead and get the car.The day we went to pick up the car and deal with the paper signing, we were told it was going to be 2.25% interest on the financing. We were lied to, and we did not appreciate that. After some persuading, the retail price was brought down to a certain amount that would end up being the price it would have been with 0% financing by the end of the interval of time we’re paying for the car now with the 2.25% interest.
Had a great experience buying a car from this location! Isaiah was very helpful by emailing me cars options that fit was I was looking for and even though I wasn’t able to come in until 5:45 (they close at 6), he stuck around to help me. I found the service very friendly and quick. From the time I walked in, test drove the new car, inspected my trade-in to the time I drove off the lot in my new car was about an hour and a half! Very please with the deal and new car as well.
My family have been taking our cars to Bob Moore Subaru for several years now because the service just cant be beat. The staff is friendly, and Mr. Aaron Scott is always available either by phone or in person to help us with whatever vehicle needs we have. He goes above and beyond every time. You could not ask for more with Mr. Scott.
I seriously wish I could leave a better review. LOVE the car I purchased, however the experience was sadly lacking. I drove almost 2 hours and spent 7 hours at this dealership and even walked in pre-approved with a credit Union they do business with. Overall experience was not great. One flaw with the car was immediately pointed out by the sales person, which I sincerely appreciated. There is a plastic interior piece missing. He said they had it on order and could ship it to me once it came in. This was also noted on the “we owe” I signed. Got home and went through my paperwork and realized I did not get a copy of the we owe. I have emailed and called the salesperson multiple times over the past week regarding this and he has not reached back out. Guess it’s on me at this point.

Was told on the phone I would get a loaner while they fixed a recall on my vehicle and when I got there they said because I was getting a loaner it would be 4 days before they would do it but if I wanted to wait the 4 hours for it to be fixed and not get a loaner it would be done first. Also if I left the lobby and had someone pick me up it would also not be a priority and take a whole day. Horrible customer service and should have been explained when I made the appointment.

Omar Barrios helped me find my perfect match and he has been great since then! I’ve really enjoyed this dealership and immediately saw a big difference my first time talking to someone. Service Department is always super nice and will explain things in great detail. They also give the best discounts on tires compared to local shops - which I tried to prove wrong once and ended up going back to get my tires from them LOL

From the first time we stepped onto the Subaru lot and immediately greeted by Nate Baker to the ordering of our daughters Crosstrek and signing of the paperwork we were treated amazing. Nate was extremely attentive to our questions and very easy to converse with. He made this purchase experience very easy along with Adrian during the signing of our paperwork. Buying the was easy. They actually did what they said they would do which was refreshing. Staff extremely friendly. If I could suggest one thing. Explain the features of the car at actual delivery. I was told I will be called in a week or 2 and be asked to come back and have all the features explained. They will give me some discount coupons then. However I am in a car that I spent an hour trying to set clock even followed the manual but it won’t change. So obviously something is locked on it also can not find fog lights. So today I am driving my old car because I don’t want to feel frustrated
Came in for an oil change. Was the first change for my ‘21 Outback, which I did not buy from Bob Moore Subaru. However, I was treated no differently than if I had. Prompt attention from the service advisor, given an honest expected wait-time, and directed to a clean, comfortable customer lounge that was stocked with free snacks and drinks, and was on the way out within the expected time frame. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything and even applied a coupon to my service that I didn’t know existed. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Bob Moore Subaru is always friendly when I come in. Their waiting room is very nice and offer free snacks and drinks. I must say one of my favorite things here aside from the customer service is their coffee maker.
We received an incredible offer via email from Gretchen at Bob Moore Subaru to trade in our 2019 Forester Touring on a new one. Knowing there was no way they could meet that offer, we went in an met with sales member Justin Mueller anyway. He and sales manager Joe Dabrowski were passionately determined to make that impossible deal happen and in no time we were out the door with a new 2021 Forester Touring having received that impossible offer even with more benefits added. Thanks go to their business manager armed with impressive credentials, Adrian Cutler, who is very smart, fast and courteous. He is a master of the financial dirty work process who applied the extended warranty from our trade-in to the new one and completed all of the dirty work in 10 minutes. I never would have dreamed our trade-in was worth so much. Subaru will be part of our family for years to come! Also worth mentioning, they offered the trade in value in cash even if we chose not to trade it in. Who does that! These folks at Bob Moore Subaru are the real deal!

This vehicle fits the bill in every way. We tend to drive our cars a long time and feel we have selected a good friend for the next 10 years. Wonderful experience, love my new car, salesmen we polite and didnt push to get me to do anything I didnt want. That said be careful of the financing guys. The man i dealt with said they played things straight but I didnt feel that way and Im now paying for an extended warranty and care for my car that I didnt want.He didnt explain things very well and when I got confused only repeated himself, pointed at his IPad and did nothing to help me understand.I should have questioned more yes, but he shouldnt have let me sign something I didnt fully understand.I still recommend the dealership, just watch out for them.

Very nice and wonderful customer service. The service on my car took 8 hrs to complete compared to the quoted 4 hours and they didnt wash my car like they said they would (I was very excited for that part). However, the loaner vehicle was superb and the work on the vehicle was done well.

Some mechanic here forgot to replace the oil cap on my partners Subaru during a routine oil change. She discovered the issue while driving to Austin because the engine seized (destroyed it completely). The dealership (a sales rep and then the manager) ignored us initially and then straight denied any problem, refused to even look into the matter. Instead they angrily berated her on the phone multiple times. My partner gave up because it was too stressful to struggle with them further. She and her family had been loyal Subaru customers but this alone changed her familys perspective.
