Worst insurance I’ve had. I started with John brown and it was good. Ever since the new guy it’s terrible. 2 times they have canceled my insurance. I have it on automatic withdrawal and each time it doesn’t happen. So they cancel me for no payment. They NEVER call me, email me, or write me. I had no idea until I got a letter from collections for $33!!

They have very good customer sevice,have been with them several years and am always a happy customer . Very affordable . I highly recommend shelter insurance for anyone looking for insurance coverage.
