When I called to set up service they were extremely courteous and professional. They seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. She very carefully took down all my information and explained their service and cost. I was told they would diagnose the issue and give me a quote to fix it and that the repair had a one year warranty. It was also carefully explained to me that if I decided not to move forward with the repair I would be responsible for the service call and diagnostic fee. They called when they were 15 minutes from arrival. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. Once he completed the repair the appliance was still not functioning. He continued with further diagnostics and did get the appliance running. And he did exactly as the receptionist told me. He repaired it for the quote he gave. He did not come back with a moving target quote. They also got me on the schedule very quickly. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use then again! It is rare to find a company in this day and age that runs their business this well.

What a great team of people! Every single person I dealt with was outstanding. My washing machine stopped working, and Mr. Appliance was the first number we called. Patrick arrived early after a text notification with his picture. I really appreciated that! He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the part ordered. Ice machine was leaking. Tech came and said needed cleaning. He did this for $184. After he left it was still leaking. It needed a new ice maker. He sent invoice for $514 to replace the ice maker. I purchased the ice maker at Lowes for $50 and my son replaced it in 15 min. It works perfectly!

I am new to Oklahoma. Transferred here through work from another state on 12/2/2020. Im huge into supporting locally owned companies. Only thing that trumps that is quality and service. I will always go to big corp if quality and service arent provided by the locally owned. That being said my washer decided to break down 2 days after getting here. (🙄 its 2020 is all I can say) I looked up locally owned services and Mr. Appliances reviews were through the roof!! I had to wait a week for them to come, but Im glad I did! They discovered the problem, ordered the part (waited 3 more days) and installed it the following morning after the part came in. It came with an automatic 1 year guarantee, my washer is 12 years old so Im happy for that, and it was done. The tech was knowledgeable, kind, professional, all around great!! They did cost a bit more, but these days you truly get what you pay for, Im so pleased with the service and performance I cant complain. You really cant put a price on piece of mind! Will contact them again in the future when needed, hopefully its a distant future!!!🛠😊

Service was okay and repair was completed. No issues with tech.No detailed information given on initial visit except to say that it would be x amount for two parts needed. Went ahead and setup time to get them replaced. At conclusion of service got an invoice that isnt detailed to show past and labor costs, number of labor hours, or that the 119 service call fee was applied to the repair like I was told on the phone. Emailed asking for this info and still havent heard back.

Tim & Terry evaluated the problem, went to work fixing problem, then explained to me what they had done to resolve the problem. The main office was not forthcoming with information, I had to call several times, explain in detail the problem each time, then was passed off, to await scheduling call. But, I’m very pleased with the results.

I have used this repair service several times. It is easy to schedule timely appointments with them by phone. The technicians have always been very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the appliances. They gave given good advice on whether to repair or replace. I would highly recommend them.

Technician was here for 5 minutes and charged us $150 to diagnose an issue we were already aware of. Only then did he inform us they dont replace the appliance he was there to inspect, despite leading us to believe otherwise over the phone. He then refused to give us the option of sending a bill and demanded payment up front. Steer far, far away from this place.

I couldn’t get there myself because of work so my wife called this company. The guy literally just put the oven hinge back in by resetting the spring. Less than 5 min = $185 and the lady my wife talked to at there office said $115 worst case if they don’t have to order parts. I’ve been in the construction business managing and running companies for 12 years, this was a little much. They didn’t have to drive out of the way either it was literally down the street less than 3 miles from there office. I feel like they took advantage of my wife and the situation. If you actually need something major that’s one thing but if you just need help with something simple look around.

Our oven has been out for a while and of course I didn’t get around to thinking about it until about a week before Thanksgiving. Scheduling a visit was seamless on their website and they had a repair part available right before thanksgiving. I could not thank them enough. I used Mr Appliance for the first time because our freezer stopped working. Britany initially thought it was going to be a $900 job but then, when she started working on it, it ended up being only $297! I love her honesty, integrity and timeliness. We will be using them again!

I called to have a refrigerator repaired in one of our homes and was told that they absolutely do not work on appliances in mobile homes I realize there is often a stigma to mobile homes, but this is a house sized refrigerator in an 1800 sq. ft. home. This is not a trashy little trailer. I have seen conventional houses in worse shape than our nice homes. Luckily, we found someone else who is not offended by mobile homes.

Tim arrived as scheduled to diagnose the problem. An error code identified the problem and he ordered the repair part. He scheduled a date 3 days later to complete the repair and arrived as scheduled.The washer is now working just fine.

Brittany did repair work on our outdoor grill. She replaced the electronic starter snd ceramic rods in our DCS grill. It took several trips, but she was able to get it working again. She had to order parts that took a while. I was disappointed that she was unable to clean the grill for me.

Their tech is bad at diagnoses, can not find out what was wrong with my 2 years old washer and picked something they can fixed which not washing cloth.I ended up haul it off the curb after paid over $300.If the proper diagnoses done right, I rather haul it off the curb and only pay the diagnoses fee only.I guess the tech just want to make his trip worth it and get paid.

Our under the counter ice maker was making really thin ice and not staying full. Within a few minutes, our technician diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes!

The young lady that came was very polite and new what the problem was very quickly. They didnt have the part on the truck and called around until she found one, came back and replaced it. Would use her again.

I have used Mr Appliance before. They are responsive and capable. They charge $99 for coming and diagnostics. This is applied if they do the work I think this is a little high. I would be more likely to recommend them if the call out price was about $75

First time customer and we will use them again for any other appliance repair that we may need. They gave us a time between 8 and 12 when I first set the appointment. The technician was here by 8:15 (both days). And he called a head to let us know he was on his way! He didnt have the part needed on his truck to fix our washer, he ordered it on Wednesday and was back out to fix it on Friday! Great customer service, great price, great company!
