The Disaster Company came to our home quickly after we had found the leak coming from the bathroom. They quickly set up the time to come do the fix. They were on time every day and got right on the job that turned out beautiful. We unfortunately had a lot of mold which they got around to immediately. I cannot tell you how fortunate we were to find these guys. Excellent work and cleanup. They also worked with our insurance. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.

The disaster company has been a fantastic company to work with. Brad and team were out to my home very quickly after a neighbors sprinkler line broke and flooded our basement. They were quick to extract the water and place drying equipment. Brads communication was top notch as he kept me informed every step of the way. Brad documented the entire process with pictures and thorough reporting, he even dealt with the neighbors insurance company which took a load off of my shoulders. I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with them. Truly a great experience! Highly recommend!

These guys are more than awesome. I know thats cliche and sounds robotic, but its true. They were quick to come out and survey the damage, totally transparent, flexible, and quick to get the work done. My personal items were handled with extreme care and if I had any questions or concerns at all, all I had to do was call the people handling both the clean up and restoration. They answered irregardless of the hour and always treated me with complete respect and honesty. I would absolutely use these guys again and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The company is fantastic. They helped negotiate with the insurance to ensure my basement water damage was covered and since my cabinets in the kitchen were old and hard to match they got my insurance to pay for all new cabinets. They offer financing options that helped me do some upgrades on the project and pay for my deductible. The process was a bit slow but that was because of my insurance company, not them. Once they started there wasnt a day that went by I didnt get an email text or phone call letting me know of the next days plan.

This Disaster Company did a super job for us in repairing our home from the clean up to repair and remodel of various rooms that were affected. The crews were very skilled professionals and made sure that their work was of the highest quality. They not only did a good job but were a delight to work with. I would highly recommend using The Disaster Company.

We had our laundry room leak in the evening and the next morning we had the Disaster Company over to look at the problem and had their team there within a few hours to rip out the old and start drying it out. They did a great job working with our insurance company to make the process as easy and painless as possible. The work their contractors did looks great and you can even tell we had the flood to being with. Great group of guys to work with.

I see that people would write good reviews on the job they done. But what about the subcontractors? They help do the job right, but finds any excuse to REFUSE to pay. That is not right. Would give it zero stars if it was possible.

I recently had a disaster happen in my condo. I was referred to this company thru my insurance company. they were quick to come out and get the mold removed, water dried up, and problem identified. However they left my cabinets outside and it rained on them. The plan was to rebuild them so why were they out there I asked. Still they set ( 2 days rain) then a sub contractor was hired to repair them so he moved them in. that was the point it went downhill. I was promised they would be rebuilt in a cabinet shop but because of the contractor not making arrangements (other jobs and too busy) the deadline couldnt be met with the shop (I would rather waited). They promised me it would be done by a agreed timeline and that didnt happen. (3+ weeks late) after i called the contractor to express my concerns my call was not returned. (2 weeks). I was then contacted by the office lady to check how i liked the repairs. i let her know i was not at all happy. They offered to fix it. I reluctantly agreed and the fix was just to add more trim. not repair the job done incorrectly and not to what was agreed to. I was then called by the contractor they hired to do the work to get an explanation on why I didnt like the work.( not that I hired him) and what he needed to do to get paid (again not that I pay him). To make matters worse they want to threaten a lien on my property even before the invoice is 30 days and before the insurance has even paid out.(not that they helped with the claim or anything). I recommend getting a different company to do any Repair only use in case of emergency. Make sure they dont leave your cabinets or anything else needed to rebuild outside in the rain so you can still have it done right for a reasonable price.

This was a great company to work with when we had sewage backing up into our home. Moriah was there to walk us through the whole process from beginning to end, even working with the insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. Every employee that I had contact with gave me only the best customer service experience.

This company was horrible to work with in all regards. We had a house fire in March. The subcontractors have STILL not been paid (it is now December) even though our insurance company paid The Disaster Company in full months ago. There has now been a lien filed on our property by one of those unpaid subcontractors. I strongly recommend using a different option unless you want to deal with more of a nightmare than your home disaster is alone. Do not use this company!

This company provides no project management oversight. They dont track the progress on their jobs. They dont meet schedules. Budgets are overrun and then they dont want to pay the subcontractor. This puts the homeowner at significant risk. See LaKell Archer comments.

These guys dont pay their subs, then try to blame it on the homeowner. They try to switch for inferior products to what they bid - how they thought I wouldnt notice vinyl sliders instead of wood casement windows is beyond me. I was promised a date in early August as a firm install date, but the windows werent actually installed until November. Their mold demolition team hauled stuff out through a window of an adjoining room, damaging the trim in that room and breaking the window lock. It took more than a month for them to get our house secure again, and the trim is still in bad condition. Their bid kept increasing - sure, it started great, but then they kept adding things because they hadnt included necessary finish work in the bid. And every time they went into the bid, the price for each line item increased, so adding the charge for a plumber to shut off valves (that their demolition team broke) increased our bid $400 not just the amount that needed to be added, as an example, and I had to go back through every line item to get the numbers back to the original quote. While our home now looks great, dealing with their office staff - Sara in particular - was incredibly frustrating.
