Went in to get a few things repaired on my watch and thought Id have to come back later but Raymond was great. Fixed The watchband and had a piece I needed for my other watchband. I was in and out in four minutes. Great customer service. Thanks Raymond!

I was impressed with Connor. I went in with my watch and dropped it off for a battery and mentioned that I would be looking at the jewelry around the corner and when it was done, he came and let me know I could grab it when I was ready. I appreciated the extra step he took to let me know and he got it done very quickly. Ill be bringing my other watches back soon.

My watch battery died and I had a hard time finding someone to replace it during the covid pandemic. I took it here and Raymond was so kind and willing to help. He was quick, it was inexpensive, and I was able to get information on fixing another broken clock in my home. I will definitely be back because of to the amazing customer service.

Meh. They wouldn’t honor their lifetime battery replacement for me, even though the battery was quite obviously marked with ‘TT’.That said, it’s probably the last of the local walk in places to have a watch fixed, even though they ship it off to a vendor.

Raymond recently helped us with five watch batteries. Super friendly and had them done in plenty of time for us to run for lunch and come back. This is THE PLACE to get watches serviced ! During the onset of Covid-19, I had a cherished mechanical wristwatch in with Times Ticking to be re-built. The pandemic caused some serious delays with parts, etc, thus resulting in the re-build taking much longer than originally estimated.... but that was certainly not the fault of T.T......Long story short, this watch keeps better time than it ever did. Highly recommend them if youre looking for watch repair.

Do you ever wonder WHERE do I go to purchase a clock. On line? Who in theses day’s is honest? WELL I found the place I was looking for a rhythm clock that play song songs they call it the time cracker clock for our anniversary. I wanted to see what I was purchasing, I wanted to meet those who serve you. Time’s ticking is the place they were sooooo full of experience and knowledge ordered exactly what I wanted (the best of the best TIME CRACKER clock) took a couple of weeks to get here. When it came in the checked it out made sure it ran properly. I gave it to grandma from grandpa best anniversary present ever. I totally recommend these guys to you allllll there the best! Full of experience,friendliness, and kindness even brought out the clock to our car. Doesn’t get any better than that.

We took in an older Fossil watch that needed to be cleaned and a new battery. Raymond took great care of us. He estimated the wait time would be about 20 minutes and he was spot on. The cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but it was worth it. The watch belonged to my deceased father and now my teenage son is wearing it. Thanks, Raymond!

Times Ticking is the best watch/clock repair shop around and is highly recommended. My go to location is inside the New Gate Mall in Ogden. I came in this morning with a slew of questions about several watches. Raymond was patient with me and thoroughly knowledgeable, but honest when he didnt have the specific information about detailed repairs-but he assured me his repair technicians were capable of getting the answers no problem. Several customers ended up stacking up behind me-he acknoweldged them but didnt cast me aside or make me feel rushed but he was efficient and got me all the answers I needed. A few days ago i was walking in the Newgate Mall and i happened to notice a watch store! So today 12/30/20 i decided to go in with a watch i had not knowing for sure if i would be able to get help replacing the battery and seal in it! Its a Rockwell and to turn around and find out thats one of there specialties! The guy in the store named Raymond was super helpful and polite to answer all my questions and help me get my watched fixed! I will definetly return or purchase products! I have a Fossil that has sat in a drawer for the past few years with a dead battery. Lately I have been missing the feel and convenience of my classic time piece. I purchased this watch in 2002 at Times Ticking and remembered the great experience I had there the last time, I thought of no better place to go to for new batteries. I was helped by Jake, who was very knowledgeable about the make of my watch and offered a tune up at a very reasonable price. When my watch was returned to me, it was cleaned and resealed and I instantly remembered how much I love my watch. My customer experience at Times Ticking has spanned decades and each time I have been in there I have had an informative and engaging experience. No better place to buy a watch!

Had my coocoo for months. Several calls made no one ever got back to me. Talked to Phillip this time. The same response I always received, havent heard from our repair guy, thats weird we usually do by now. Requested them send back the clock so I can pick it up and get it looked at by a more attentive business. Hopefully its unharmed. It just needed to be calibrated I think. Dead grandmas clock, only thing I have from her. I hope they didnt screw it up.Repair company they send clocks to called me and is working out a deal to make this right. Although I am impressed with how they are handling the situation, it a took a bad review to get normal service. The repair center is inundated with too many clocks and they cant turn them around quickly. If you take a clock to them, expect a very long wait time. 3 stars for now for the after effort. Well see how well the clock turns out.

I went in to get a new battery for a watch my wife had given me, at the Times Ticking store in the Newgate mall, September 4, 2019. Simon was the only one in the store and his service to me as a customer was impeccable. He looked me in the eye as he spoke, engaged me with product service information, took the time to smile, and engaged me as a human being rather than some electronic device. He listened intently to my needs and requests, and told me how long the service would take and he held to that time frame. While he installed the new battery he engaged me in conversation and made me feel as though I wasnt just another customer spending money, but an actual human being. I have a very sentimental watch that needed a new battery. I thought it was a lost cause due to taking it in to a couple of jewelers. Both stated that due to the corrosion on the back they would have to send it off to a different location for the cost of $60 plus parts and labor. With limited income this was hard for me to do.A friend recommended Times Ticking at Layton Hills Mall and Im glad he did. I asked Brock if a new battery can be replaced in this watch and explained the problems Ive had. He said not a problem and replaced it with ease as we talked. Within five minutes my watch was finally working and only at the cost of $10. He also told me how to keep the corrosion maintained. I have another collector watch that also needs a new battery and plan on taking that one in soon as well. This was a very positive experience and worth the drive up north. I will only do my business at this location now and recommend it to anyone who needs any kind of timepiece looked at. Thank you very much for your help.

This is the best watch shop Ive been to! The gentlemen working there, Jake and Parker, both greeted me as I walked into the shop and helped me get the perfect watch in my price range. Jake was polite and charismatic and helped me at every step. Parked adjusted my watch perfectly and in had me ready to go in a matter of seconds! The selection of watches is very good and Jake and Parker helped me through their wide selection of watches until I found the perfect fit. Simply put, after their great service, Id never go anywhere else!

I go here every time for my watch repairs! They cover everything and Cody was a great help. I wanted to look at some watches and he opened them up, told me the prices for the ones I liked and let me look at them and try them on if I wanted. He wasnt pushy which was perfect because I dont need to be convinced, the watches do that. Fixed my links in 10 min which to me seems pretty fast, so it was pretty nice. Overall, it was great.

Excellent service and fair prices! I dropped off one watch for repair and one for a band adjustment. I was worried the watch that needed repair couldnt be fixed. 30 minutes later I walked out with both watches in perfect working order. Lori and Lexi did a great job! I brought in a very old pocket watch to see if I could get it repaired and cleaned up, at first I was hesitant about handing over such a old timepiece for a quote but the knowledge and confidence of the salesman Jake put me at ease that it was in the right hands. Jake new more about the piece than I did and if all the employees are of the same caliber Jake is then I am confident that my watch is in good hands.
