Kenny, the store manager, was amazing to work with. My wedding ring was stuck on my finger, and he quickly cut the ring off. As horrible as it was to see my wedding ring cut, he quickly reassured me that in a few weeks time (once my finger was back to normal), he would resize and fix my ring, and it would be just as good as new.I highly recommend Morgan Jewlers at Newgate Mall in Ogden. I visited this store for a field project in my Professional Sales class at Weber State. The staff was absolutely lovely and made me feel extremely welcome. The store itself is situated right next to the food court, so it is very easy to find. I would also like to add that it is very clean/neat (no smudges on the glass) and everything looks pristine. The store manager, Zack Phillips allowed me to interview him and was so patient with me and all of my questions. Mr. Phillips is very charismatic and is such a friendly person to talk to. I very much got the feeling that they truly care about their customers even though I only visited for a short period of time. If I ever did need to shop for fine jewelry in the future, this is the place that I would go.

I got my ring professionally cleaned by Morgan jeweler today. They did an amazing job!! Not only did they clean my ring, they inspected it and addressed the concern for worn prongs on my center diamond. The staff were so friendly, very helpful, and kind. They had a table with refreshments and were eager to share them with us. While we waited a minute for the ring cleaning service, we looked around and enjoyed the food they offered. Such a great experience.

They have the rudest staff at this location. My wife went to get her 6 month cleaning on her wedding ring, to comply with the lifetime warranty. She handed the service record over as well. The lady at the counter snatched her ring and service record from her and questioned whether or not it had been 6 months without even looking at the record. Needless to say, the ring came back looking more dingy than when my wife gave it to them. Morgan Jewelers as a whole has lost any future purchases from us, and believe me, my wife loves her jewelry!

Had my ring professionally cleaned for the first time in 8 years, when I got my ring lol. It definitely needed to be cleaned and they did an amazing job!! My ring is so clean and sparkly again. The lady that helped us was very nice and we enjoyed looking around while we waited, which wasnt long at all.

I got a gift card to Morgan Jewelers, so I went to Newgate Mall to see what I could find. One of the workers helped me find something in my price range. He was very respectful of my budget and didnt try to sell me on upgrades that would put me over the top. He suggested a design idea that would go with my current jewelry. When I came back a couple weeks later I had another positive experience with the owner. I really felt like they were there to help, not just to sell me stuff. It might be a while before I have money to spend there, but Id definitely go back.

These guys are awesome. The manager there is super helpful and really nice. He polished my ring for free, and offered to have some wedding bands removed for a lot cheaper than the other places I went. The store is always willing to work with you and help you in anyway they can. I highly recommend them.

Morgan Jewelers is the best jewelry store I’ve ever been too. The environment is so inviting and pressure free. Zack assisted me in finding the perfect ring for my fiancé. He was so patient, professional and friendly. The biggest thing that stood out the most to me is that he didn’t try and sell me on the most expensive ring they have just so that he can bonus more. I would definitely recommend everyone to Morgan Jewelers! :)

Stay away, if youre a female. My wife just went down today to purchase a ring ($49) and the guy behind the counter required $40 on top of the purchase to size and provide warranty or just the $35 to size the ring. My wife asked for the first time purchase it was required to pay $35 to have it sized. He said yes. She politely said no thanks and walked out the store. In her frustration, she talked it over with a male friend who in-turn called the store directly and talked with a sales person who said there was no fee for sizing the ring during the initial purchase. This looks to be one of those scam scenarios where the seller is taking advantage of the female gender. Absolutely, it is. She went to the competition and they had the same ring for half the price and would not charge to have it sized. So, when youre looking for a ring, go somewhere else before going to Morgan Jewelers unless of course youre a male.

Morgan Jewelers in the Newate mall is my favorite location!!! My husband bought my engagement ring from here years ago and made such a great connection with Zach, a salesman. Love my ring so much! The lady who helped us was super nice. Only sad part is is that I was told it would be there either Tuesday or Wednesday so I was so excited and called just for the heck of it on Tuesday to see if it was in. As a younger women I was nervous to go ring shopping and get screwed over. I went in to Morgan’s first and he immediately started helping me and showed me the ring I wanted and told me how quickly they can get it resized. I had ordered a 22mm metal band on line that was sent with pins to attach it to the watch that were just slightly to long. I came here to get replacements and while I was here I decided to have them adjust the band. Andreas did a great job fine tuning the fit and was a pleasure to talk to as well.

My husband broke his ring several months ago and thinking there was nothing they could do we just put it in a drawer and figured we would get a new one later on. Well cleaning out our drawer I came across it and knowing we were headed to the mall I put it in my pocket to just see what we could do. We walked in there showed and them the broken ring. I cant remember the gentlemans name that helped us but he started explaining some options of buying a new one and getting a warranty when the manager walked over and told him to just swap us out for the same one as long as we purchased the warranty on this one!! $40 for a brand new ring! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do not invest your hard earned money into this jeweler. They sold me a blue diamond that is irradiated and never disclosed that it was not a natural blue diamond (big no no with the federal trade commission). I had previous problems with a setting as well. They had multiple chances to be honest and havent been. They are not honest and their products are not quality. Go to anyone else!! Update: Oh and even after i sent in documentation to them proving i knew the scam they had ran on me, and reported them to the better business bureau, they still wouldnt even attempt to rectify the situation due to the fact that they sold me the ring 7 years ago under false pretenses. Federal trade comission here I come....PS isnt it funny that all of the complaints are met with a very generic response from the company when leaving a review? It just further proves my point...

I am very disappointed with Morgan’s jewelers. I’ve had my ring for only 2 years and within the last year I have lot 5 diamonds yes 5 FREAKING DIAMONDS fall out. We have a warranty but let me tell you I shouldn’t have to bring my ring back five times to get fixed and more after that. When I went to see if I could trade in my defective ring they claim they’ve changed their warranty policy and now I can’t afford it. This is ridiculous if you have discontinued a ring then maybe a customer with a problem should be taken care of. Especially if your damn ring is losing diamonds all over the place when you don’t even do anything to make it lose them! 🤬🤬
