Long wait time waited for 2 hours and didnt let me upgrade my phone the first time second time I could Braxton helped me thanks to him I got a new phone but I went and got money to pay for my phone and had to wait for 2 hours then this lady tired to help me but couldnt let me pay for it due to me not being on the authorized user I already payed 100 and she didnt want to give me my money back after because she couldnt get into the account then Braxton came back and he told me to add my self as a authorized user did that and finally got my phone everyone there but Braxton and another guy with a backpack didnt even bother to help me or ask me why I was there

Part of the reason I switched over to AT&T from my previous 3 carriers was because of the excellent customer service I received. I have been loyal to AT&T for over 6 years now and I have had mostly good experiences. I usually go to this location, but I do not plan to go back. I went in and spent a couple of hours talking to one representative about the trade in deal on an iPhone 12. We talked logistics down to the nitty gritty. A couple weeks later when I went back to do the deal and get the new phone, I spoke with a different representative who basically proceeded to tell me that most of what the other rep discussed with me wasn’t accurate. I was visibly upset. 2 hours at this place discussing details down the drain. The rep didn’t seem to care, just basically brushed off the fact I had wasted my time last time and proceeded to push more buttons. I said he was trying my patience and he replied, “Oh, I will do that all day.” I just about walked out. The fact that I wasted my time because one representative wasn’t properly trained coupled with the fact that the other representative didn’t care and made the situation worse prompted me to leave a bad review. Now I will have to go out of my way to find a different location that can service my needs with exceptionally better customer service.

Good customer service, very annoying to be upsold on every item though. Came in to upgrade my phone, and the salesman brought out watches, TV packages, cases, protection plans, etc. Even after I said no multiple times.

They did well. Kind of slow, but I understand that different customers take longer. They helped with my data transfer which was incredibly helpful.Update... had to go back after buying another phone. The order was wrong so I needed to return it. Tried to work through another corporate location AND over the phone. After multiple attempts to get anything done without getting charged anything, PAM at the riverdale utah store got it done. It was easy! Just had to find the right people to do it. Thanks again to Pam and all the others at that store. I will never go anywhere else.

I spoke with the manager Evan. He went above and beyond for me! I love AT&T so much. Excellent customer service, patient and kind since everyone is dealing with COVID. The store is clean. They have the plexiglass guards up. Whenever I left this Riverdale Utah location, they have a table setup giving out blue cloth masks. Very friendly!! 10 STARS Evan !!!!!! Thank you all.

Pam Mitchell of the ATT store in Ogden, Utah did an absolutely masterful job helping me recover from a car breakin in a foreign country in which 2 mobile phones were stolen. Pam is an expert at navigating the Apple and ATT systems! Highly recommended!

The only 2 issues I had with the experience was the long wait time we were there for 4 hours in total. No big deal right. Not when you have to use the restroom through the entire process. Again not a big deal I made do and left for a few minutes to run to the mall. However if I would’ve been by myself that couldn’t have happened. My overall experience was fantastic other than that it was a smooth process and George really assisted me and my wife in getting our new phones expeditiously and was tremendously helpful in bulletproofing our current iPhone 12 mini’s

Enrique O. was a pleasure to work with. He gave us all the information to make a good purchase. We enjoyed our conversation greatly with him as we waited for my old phone to transfer my information to the new phone. He gave us ideas for saving money on our monthly bill and how to get the most value out of our purchase.

Enrique is amazingly kind and efficient! I am older and not very efficient with technology. I had great confidence in his ability and therefore, the transfer from another carrier was less stressful. Much better than the experience with the previous carrier. AT&T needs to clone Enrique!

Fernando (Nano) helped us out tremendously with our plan. The previous service rep messed up the contract and we didnt receive our trade in credit and ended up paying more on our plan for six months. After my wife went into the store four times to get clarification the same rep said things were fine. Well this week we went in and spoke to Fernando and we let him have it. The wrath from the devil himself was tame in comparison from what we gave him. But after everything calmed down and Fernando himself called the customer service line, only to tell the story 9 times and getting frustrated himself, did things get figured out. He took the phone I just bought 6 months ago and returned it and then processed a new contract with my trade in credit. He showed me the credit and provided a written receipt. Im a happy customer and will recommend everyone to go see Nano at AT&T in the future.

I give the Riverdale AT&T store 5 stars because:1) the store was OPEN- for both in-shop and curbside service, with the customer given the choice2) it was a nice store- very clean with attention to COVID-19 guidelines, well -staffed (meant no-wait!) and well stocked with phones and accessories.3) and most importantly, great service- Reilly was a real professional. He knew his stuff, answered all my IPhone questions with clear explanations and then introduced me to a promotional opportunity that would save me $$ on my cable TV service.4) Overall, a very positive experience!

They were kind, but arent trained to really help beyond selling you a new phone. They refer you to calling customer service line. Which was also unhelpful.

The employees there were very helpful with switching us from tmobile. Been with tmobile for over 15 years and finally had enough. Hard to believe but my bill only went up a few dollars and thats with 6 new iPhone 12s (2 iPhone 12pro) I was only paying for 2 phones at tmobile and was paying almost the same price. I would highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone i know.

My daughter purchased a telephone charger from them. It broke shortly after and they replaced it under the warranty. Not long after, it breaks again and now an store associate became rude and dismissive accusing her of “thief”. The reason was that he thought my daughter brought some else’s charger to be claimed under her warranty.My daughter was horrified and heartbroken because of how she was treated.I would give negative stars if I could. Needless to say we will never give our business to this store.

Destiny was our sale rep at the AT&T on Riverdale Road in Utah. She was fabulous!!! You need to give her a raise! She exemplified outstanding customer service. My wife is a Professor at Weber State University in Professional Sales. In her observation Destiny was incredible with solving problems and troubleshooting customers problems. Destiny is an outstanding representative for AT&T.

Nothing was as promised we had set up service through the Internet and expected to go there and pick up our phones when we got there we were given the bait and switch lesser phones and told to pay more money service was very bad and we feel very dishonest We have locked into a contract so we will honour that contract but when its up we will be leaving AT&T and never to use their service again

They charged me twice for February and dont plan on fixing it. I would not recommend doing any of the phones they are a trap as its a 30 month pay off where AT&T pays but the minute you decide to switch you need to pay the entire balance remaining as its sort of like a contract still. If you want a company that you can afford this is not it as its expensive and my calls are dropped frequently.

Can anyone recommend a good cellular company that doesnt restrict their wi-fi hot spot data to a tiny amount like 15 gigabyte per month? Im on the road for 6 days out of the week and like to do some gaming when Im off duty. :-/
