Havent had tax work done through H&R Block for 20 years or so. I will shop pricing for next year because mine is about the easiest form to do. I dont know if $134.00 is a good price, a standard price or a gouge.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude to me after they made my elderly mother an appt and then didn’t say she had an appt! I have never been treated so badly for asking questions and trying to get another appt! Her customer service was the worst!!!! We will never use them again!!!!

Amelia McTee is the very best, absolutely the best, shes like family to us everytime you do our taxes yearly with her. Very great communication and answered every question with care, sincerity and patience.

Did not go to my appointment! First the receptionist could not hear me! Then when I asked for a quote the tax specialist said got I ddont like to do HSA ! The quote was 60.00 more than I wound up paying! And no complaint about entering the numbers off our HSA DOCUMENTS!

Last year Ms. McTee completed our Taxes; she was outstanding to work with and her knowledge about taxes and tax laws saved us from owing a lot of taxes; we would have never known about some of the information had she not been so good. Every time we had questions and contacted her she either picked up right away or returned our calls within minutes from leaving a message. We started a cattle business and she took her own time to investigate tax laws regarding the business and shared with us all rules and other important information regarding what can be used for taxes and how to manage the process. She has been wonderful to work with and H&R Block is lucky to have such a expert and nice person representing your company. We will be back with her every year - lets hope she never retires.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We had the worst experience possible it reminded me of the commercial where he is like dont worry about the audit or whatever. We even over the ladies talking about how they keep accidentally faxing paperwork to unknown destinations! Thats peoples personal information... the last who was helping us somehow came up with a number that was about 1/3 of what we got backstage year.... thats not the issue here though. We went to pay for the services and products that H&R charges you for and it came out of my account but she said it failed on her end and that the system glitched so we needed to pay again.... uhhhh it came out of my account so why do I need to pay twice? No! So refused to call support of any kind or a manager NOTHING. Dont go here they dont seem like they know a damned thing that they are doing tax related or otherwise!!!!
