Great programs they’re doing! But it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone!!! It’s been 4 1/2 weeks so I have applied and I even talked to someone!! This is getting out of hand!

If I could give a more negative score I would. On Nov 17th I applied for rental assistance for December. I was given a live family id #. Im a single father with 2 boys. I heard nothing back. Dec 3rd I attempted to contact, it took 3 days to get someone to talk to me. They said that funding had run out but more had come in, to be patient. Today Dec 21st I received an email that the funding is gone. So now I have to figure out how to come up with 2 months rent plus late fees.. Ive been unemployed since May congratulations OWCAP youve helped wonderfully. Helped my children and I right into the homeless shelter. Thankyou for nothing and Merry Christmas.

Wonderful place to get your little one started in school. Friendly staff and very clean school. My only concern is, is that its not a lock down facility. Anyone can walk in the front doors. I am used to locked doors, use a buzzer and show my ID in order to enter any school. With all the school violence, we need better security for these kids and all kids regarding the front door access.

I went to get my taxes done here, my experience was awesome. It was very convenient and super fast, plus the staff that volunteers here were really friendly and so helpful. And if your looking to get your taxes done for FREE they actually need people to go because they need to get a certain amount of returns each year.

Ive never gotten bad food here before but was unreal all the bread was moldy. I know beggers cant be choosers but thats. Not good I cant feed my grandaughters this food!

So this place is pretty awesome by a three-year-old goes to Head Start there I took her in there the first day got offered two jobs to help me with my drivers license maybe even insurance on my vehicle are they have a circles program there and those ladies in that circles program awesome they help you out in so many ways they have so many programs that can help you Im trying to get housing and be held and Italian man theres a lot of things there that can help you out in a lot of ways people are great

They do do so much for the community from their food pantry to their pre-school, and adult education classes. I was there getting my taxes done for free from AN IRS volunteer through a program called VITA which is sponsored by United Way. Call 211 on your phone for more information!

Why do I have to give all of my personal information just to get thats a lot of people coming in and out of the front desk

This is a good place because they have many sevices for the people.

Had to get my income tax done and my girls they were very helpful and quick and sufficient

OWCAP provide a so many important services and programs for the community, including Head Starr, Early Head Start, Circles, food pantry, free income tax preparation and financial education, high school diploma completion, immigration issues support, and so much more.

This building houses a pre school. Nothing special, teachers are pretty nice, and a decent school lunch. I have both worked here and attended school here as a kid. They also have a school lunch program in the summer months where kids can eat for free, adults can eat too for a small fee.

Its a great place for kids and offers help to their parents and family.Has much to offer to low-income families.

Very friendly staff. Head start is an amazing program. Not only do they have a pre school, but they also help the community.

They dont know how to treat their volunteers some are under dressed for being a headstart very uncaring all the volunteers I worked with are all gone they lose volunteers and employees very often not a good place to work or volunteer
