I went in for an oil change and didn’t realize how crazy expensive it was. They over charge, he told me because it was because of the gas prices but if you go anywhere else they keep there prices the same. They also tried to tell me that I had a small transmission leak because it older car with low mileage and said it happens to vehicles that sit but little do they know that it didn’t just sit. They also asked me how many miles before I want my oil changed and they wanted me to choose, like aren’t you the expert and shouldn’t you know. Not recommend at all unless you want to be ripped off then go ahead.

Awesome Experience Here!We were greeted by Charles. He was refreshingly helpful. He made recommendations but wasnt pushy. In and out without a hiccup. They even taught about a cool feature the car had we were unaware of.Highly recommend!

Service is always good. They could do more to staff heavier for peak hours. It can be a bit slow.

Emissions and renewal. Great Service. Fast. Very Friendly. Explained everything well. Did not press us to buy added things we did not need like virtually every other place and other Jiffy Lubes.

Not very good service, place was not busy at all payed over 100 dollars for a full service oil change and they couldnt vacuum the carpet because there vacuum was broken. at least offer some kind of discount, or come back another time to get it done, to me it seemed like they dont care and only wanted your money. I hope in the future that you can do better and really appreciate people returning keep you in business.

The guys down at the Jiffy Lube gave top tier service despite the fact that myself and a couple of customers came in within the last hour to do emissions. They got us all taken care of before they closed and it was the epitome of quality care.

Emissions and registration went super fast!!! I was in and out in about 15 minutes! And having a 3 year old with me it was a very nice surprise!!

As far as I can tell the oil change was fine, but they left me in the waiting room for almost two hours before I finally walked into the shop and got someones attention. Apparently they had finished my car over an hour earlier and never bothered telling me. I also overheard some of the employees being pretty unprofessional (complaining loudly, speaking derisively about the cars they were working on, etc.) in front of customers. I used to be a fairly loyal customer, and though they did offer me a $10 discount for the mix-up Im not sure if Ill be back.

Staff was professional but friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed bringing my car here and they were able to find exactly what issues my car was having and get it fixed in a speedy manner. I really appreciate their service!

The manager who was on duty was absolutely amazing, she was doing everything she needed to make sure her customers were all taken care of, being on top of things and handling everything the way a manager should. While we were waiting outside we had noticed one of the employees start yelling at her and told her that she was the reason he put his two weeks in and starting cussing at her, I’m not sure what the reason was for this escalation but he was very rude and she managed to keep herself calm and did what she needed to do to make sure her customers were taken care of!! We appreciate the work she does at Jiffy Lube.

Came in on Saturday, May 1st to get an emissions check and oil change. Being the first of the month I joined a number of other folks who put off getting done what was required so the business was packed with cars stacked up waiting for service.It was a great day and made even better by all the folks working there that day. Service with a smile and way beyond. For the number of customers and services provided I was in and out much quicker than expected and again with outstanding service and interactions!Thank you to all who were working Saturday—great job!

I had an oil change done, which they did fine. But Jiffy Lube took my cars engine air filter out to show me why they recommend it be changed, even though it was fine and I can save money and do that myself. I declined and they put it back in. The problem was they put it in upside down, so when I drove off all the dirt, bugs and grime got sucked into the engine. Not even 3 miles down the road and my car, which is a 2020 Nissan, starts to shake and dies. It starts back up but dies within 5 seconds. I will never go back there for anything! No attention to detail while trying to pressure people into needless maintenance. Now my wife is without her car for as long as it takes to have the engine fixed. Jiffy Lubes general manager would not provide a rental car for destroying our car.

Everyone was friendly and polite. They got us right in and we were out in about 20 minutes. We also ended up needing a filter and they recommended brake fluid change too but itll have to wait for more money. It wasnt very expensive but I only had budgeted for oil change. They joked with my 5 year old which made it more fun for her also.

This is the BEST Jiffy Lube location because of the employees. All the employees are very friendly and have a positive attitude. They aren’t pushy and they educate you on what’s best for your vehicle. I love going right when they open. I can get right in and out with my oil change and it doesn’t take long.

Initially I made sure they could work on my car. It’s a German suv . Also, I let them know I’m going to be traveling a long distance ensuring I will be safe on my travels. My oil light came on 359 miles and it was leaking outside of my vehicle. Very disappointed. Never will take my vehicle there again.

I dropped my car off to be service while I was doing errands. They called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. No problems encountered. I had brought the oil and filter myself to be changed, it felt a little expensive, at first, but when I considered all the work involved, I realized it was a deal for the money. Thank you for completing all the vehicle work so quickly and with no vehicle injury at all. 💙💙💙💙😇

Took an hour to change oil, during which one of the employees spent her time in the waiting room complaining about her coworkers (the one she was complaining about [Kaylee I think her name was] was very nice despite this) and bragged about getting two employees transferred. Also $90 for an oil change is ridiculous.EDIT: added a star for the company’s swift response to the issue.

Im disappointed because I usually have a great experience at this location but this time not so much. The staff seemed to be having some kind of pizza party or something as they kept coming in and out to grab pizza, which was sitting out on the counter customers were supposed to pay at. I consider this to be very unprofessional.There were dirty rags sitting out on the water cooler counter. I only went in for an oil change, and the whole process took over two hours with only one person ahead of me in my lain. When I finally got my car back there were grease stains on every surface the employee had touched, steering wheel, internal door handle and door. Ill be going elsewhere next time.

Wife went into here to do an emissions and on the spot renewal and lady at the front counter charged someone else for our registration when wife tried to fix it girl said nothing Sue could do and handed over the other customers private info (phone number and information) and said you can call them and try to fix it. One they were handing out info that they shouldnt when they should of called them and said there was a mix up. Wife went to dmv to see what we could do we ended up haveing to drive back to jiffylube to meet the other customer and work things out ourselves this was very unprofessional and not well taken care of. Lady at counter needs to pay attention to what they are doing and accept responsibility and not give out other peoples private info.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for 2 years now. The experience has never been extraordinary by any means but at least it got the job done. I always have to do it on my lunch break, sometimes they go a litt long and Im a little late but I understand when theyre busy.However, when I go there I always walk next door to one of the food places and eat my lunch while they do it. Today, I pulled up sat there for 10 minutes while five employees stood around in a circle drinking monsters, chatting. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe theyre trying to figure something out, I can wait. But then another customer pulled up next to me and they ran right out to help her. I waited another couple minutes to make sure it wasnt some kind of mistake... Nothing! So I Left there forever! Now Im at another jiffy lube, they already seems so much better.

I asked for a grease job, oil change, and filter. They did not grease the truck which has 6 grease fittings, 2 on the drivers side ball joints, and 4 on the tie rod ends! They said on the receipt that they were factory sealed, not so! The price charged was $80.98 almost twice what Walmart would have charged! I have been a service mechanic all my adult life and I’m 80 year old. They also tried to sell me a couple of hundred dollars worth of stuff I did not need. I will never use Jiffy Lube again and will make it known!!!!! Joe Jewell

Me an my husband went to the jiffy lube on 12th street in Ogden yesterday..anGot our oil changed in our car..I swear ..we pulled up an as FASTAS THEY WERE...OMG...It seemed liked we pulled right back out..Thats how fast their service was..it was amazing..me an my husband kept puttingOff getting the car done,because we didnt want to have to wait forever anAn knowing that we had other errands to get get done...BUT HANDS DOWN..GO TO JIFFY LUBE...THEY WERE AWESOME AN THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE,WITH WINK 😉 OF AN EYE THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE!!THANKS GUYS ✔ 👍 👌!!!!

I went in for an oil change. My blinkers weren’t working and I mentioned that, not expecting them to be able to fix it. I thought I would have to take my car to a shop that specializing in Cadillac’s. They took the time to look into it and were able to fix it. They went above and beyond for me and I’m relieved. I now have working blinkers!

This is my second visit to this location. First was fir an oil change but this time was just for emissions testing and registration renewal. Very quick and friendly.

Jiffy lube ask me for my email which I did not want to give them because I did not want junk mail from them. They reassured me that it was for warranty reasons and that I would not get any junk mail. In less than a week I have four emails from them. Directly lying to your customers is not a very good business model in my opinion.Jiffy lube (owner) thank you for the reply, but this actually confirms that you are aware your workers directly lied to customers when I point blank told them I did not want any spam email. I find your response completely unacceptable that you expect me to waste my time going through junk emails to unsub to them. It also raises the question that if you are willing to lie to me before Im even your customer what else are you willing to lie about.

They were prompt, professional, and friendly. They took me down in the pit to show me some things that wouldnt have been visible from above. The price seems a bit high, but I think its pretty standard. It was $67 for the oil change, all fluids checked, and radiator fill. Pleased with the service!

Didn’t fill up my wiper fluid like they said on paper, windows not cleaned as well.

What looked to be the lead that day wasnt too happy about working on memorial day. Wasnt afraid to let customers know of how displeased she was to be there by using names like jerks and all around sarcastic.

I received many directions from the store and did two services in the store and in the second they were not professional when dealing with my car hitting the hood since it doesn’t need to hit it, but just touching it gently, they forgot a screwdriver inside the car where the engine is, no they placed the parts in their proper place from where they removed for the replacement of the Air filter, they didn’t exactly fix the air tube where the Sensor Map is a fundamental part for a good functioning and performance of the engine. Finally I saw a lack of experience and a lack of training for employees and to focus more on quality and customer satisfaction. I was not at all satisfied and I dont do any more services on the network, I dont trust anymore. They could do me a lot of damage in the recovery of my engine.

Impersonal, unprofessional, and slow. No customer service skills whatsoever. It was inappropriate to have the customers overhear all the employees standing around complaining among themselves how busy it is. One even said “and tomorrow is the last day of the month so it will be even worse“. If I ever go to Jiffy Lube in the future, it will not be this one.

I have a car with a stage 2 clutch and I don’t let anyone drive my car and I was told to either let them drive it in or take my business elsewhere. The manager there is rude and unprofessional and ended up stalling it after I warned him that it’s a stage 2 clutch.

I went in to get a leak checked that was coming from my transmission and they said it was good and safe to drive. 2 days later my transmission blew out due to having no oil in it.

One garage port was broken, leaving only one line for oil changes. The wait was long, but my oil change was performed quickly. All associates were professional and friendly. The site followed COVID guidelines.

My brother went in to have his emissions done. While they were at it they gave him a quote to change his intake filter and rear brakes for $150. When he got back they had racked his bill up to $350. They replaced his wiper blades without his knowledge and charged him $80 dollars to flush his brake fluid absolutely ridiculous. Preying on people who arent mechanically knowledgeable. Will not be recommending this place to anyone

I had my emissions test performed, oil change, battery terminal cleaned, air filter replaced and new registration tags. They even checked my tire pressure. Took less than hour - I arrived early in the morning, suggest you do the same. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional.

Ive got a bit of work done here. Usually its great but I had to come back 3 days in a row and things were missed that would have prevented my being stranded so im a bit frustrated to have paid for an unneeded part as well. 3 hundred later and the fix was 25$ maybe. .i was told i would get a discount due to these issues then ended up paying the previous price they quoted 😕

Disappointing experience. Waited an hour for an oil change despite being told upon arrival I was looking at 30-45 minutes for job completion. They took two customers who arrived after me. I departed vs giving that unprofessional location (12th St, Ogden) my business.

Called before hand to see how they are scheduling their services, what the wait time is like, and prices. First come first serve and there wasn’t a wait time when I went. They got me right in to do emissions and an oil change. Friendly and professional staff. They performed everything in a timely manner and even offered if I wanted to get my registration done as well, for an additional $10 I could get my stickers right then and there. I was so grateful for that. They did a great job! Always check online for a coupon! I got $15 off my oil change.

I went in for an oil change and then they recommended getting my tires rotated which I really appreciate in hindsight. My car really needed it. Due to covid-19, I had to remain in my car the whole time but that did not affect the quality of the service in the slightest. They were all very friendly and professional. I was in and out very quickly. Ill definitely keep using them in the future.

My battery died in the gym parking lot next door to jiffy lube. The guys ran over to see if they could charge it and when it wouldn’t charge, they pushed my car all the way over to their shop to replace the battery. it was so nice and helpful. thanks guys, you are awesome!

The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, however, the oil change was insanely overpriced. They charged me 90 for a full synthetic oil change and I have never paid more than 65. Ive gotten my oil changed in various places, from private garages to Meineke, and was never charged that much. I wasnt told the price at the outset (I shouldve asked but assumed it would be reasonable). Do not go here if you can avoid it! And always ask price beforehand!
