Love that they have the outdoor lockers! I had a package to pick up inside and the clerk was very thorough in making sure the packages were picked up by authorized individuals.

Worst service ever. Showed up and NO ONE was around, the place was totally abandoned. I could have robbed the place blind if I wanted to. Other customers arrived and immediately left because no one was there. Went out to my car and called the number and the person on the phone told me they werent open on Saturdays despite the front door being open AND posted business hours stating they closed at 5pm (I was there at 2pm). Finally someone showed up and was clueless to help me and basically responded that I needed to do everything myself. Their business name should be pronounced Oops.

What an absolute nightmare of a place. Most of the time there is no one there to help you. When there, they are extremely slow and have no care to try and help people. Today I went by and no one was there again. Not only would I suggest not dropping off there, but I would suggest using FedEx or even the post office. They are more reliable than this place.

Jennifer went out of her way to wrap all of these tires for me (which turned into a mini cross fit workout) just to help save me on my shipping after I had received some poor advice from another store. Went to pick up the package I ordered, but since I ordered it to my place of business, my address on my ID didnt match, so they refused to give me my package. Ive tried having it delivered twice, but they try to deliver before the office is open and no one is there to sign for it. I also needed to ship something and they told me they dont sell shipping materials, but the materials I had brought were not sufficient. Ive shipping things this exact same way with FedEx no problem. Terrible customer service. Rude as heck front desk lady. A frustrating experience to say the least. Also the front desk lady was giving her unsolicited opinion about how the covid vaccine is dangerous and was actively spreading misinformation.

More sorting errors in the past 3 months than the last 3 years. No live support. Not even live chat. Packages that should take 3 days took 10 days. Giving USPS a run for the worse distribution center.

Just received a phone call from a local ups manager who said the drivers will not wear masks when out on delivery. Despite current state mandate and the fact that they had more than one driver in the truck. They also held my packages close as they scanned them with no mask so the germs if someone sneezed or coughed would be there on the packages. During our highest covid numbers months I want more security. I understand as the numbers go down and it is a less urgent matter our rights not to wear masks are important but this is currently showing little regard to others.

I wish they were there during normal business hours. Im always having to find other locations to drop our packages off for work. We now mainly us Fed Ex because their facility is just a couple blocks away, super nice and they are there during the day.

UPS’s own website lists their hours wrong. They are not open 4pm-7pm. They are open 4-6, completely inaccessible and unserviceable from 6-7pm, then available for “will call” pickup from 7-8pm. This is basic. Fix your website.

Agent was super helpful and polite. It seemed slower to have them type sender/recipient info than my inputting it myself @ kiosk. Hoping pkgs were addressed right. Prices were outrageously high.

The deliverer made one attempt to deliver package then sent it back to sender with a computerized note say, receiver did not order, refused. Hogwash, nonsense. There was a note left on the door of the one attempt and then they claim the package was refused. Lazy, nonsense!

Not the center itself, but the kiosk that is attached to it sucks.I was not able to pick up my package. I called the support number and the lady insisted the door was open when it remained locked.Now Amazon shows that the package has been delivered and picked up by customer when I wasnt able to do so.UPS should allow the center to have access or keys to the lockers, but they said that its two separate things, independent from each other.Very disappointed.

Delivery to our business has been so frustrating. We are only there a few days a week and get notices that they tried one time and are sending packages back to the sellers. Tried correcting this and was transfered for 2 hours before I had to hang up and help customers . Never got it resolved

I needed to change the delivery address after the package had already shipped. The company who made the shipment tried contacting UPS and said everything was taken care of. UPS said they couldnt deliver my package to either address. After hours of jumping hoops through their phone tree, with multiple calls and discussions with the service rep, and running around in circles thru online customer service, they still delivered to the wrong address. Someone tried calling me several times to possibly make a it right, but their calls came through as unknown caller without a number and I was never able to call them back. A representative from the Ogden center left me a voicemail, but didnt leave any contact information. The only way I was able to get my package in the end, was because an old neighbor was able to grab it. Its still going to take a week for me to be able go meet her and get it. 🤦‍♀️

The Ogden UPS distribution center must be run by monkeys. I am currently waiting for a package that has sat in their facility for 3 days and today they shipped it to Idaho Falls. The delivery address is only 4 miles from their center. The last package from these clowns I finally had to go pick it up myself because the driver kept listing it as attempt to deliver but was never even in the neighborhood. Clowns.

Dropped off package in locker for shipment on 6/8. It is now 6/11 and they have not picked it up. It is sitting in a locker possibly getting damaged by heat. I am out of town and cannot go there and there is no phone number to get a human being to go to the locker and get the package to ship. Edit: got a human and they are shipping it now. Still a disappointing experience.

So I just gotta say that if you use the kiosk outside be prepared that the screen is really hot! When it asks you to sign your name your finger burns faster than you can sign. It burnt my finger pretty good just trying to type everything it needed me to and to sign.

I went there to pick up some mail for my aunt who just got out of surgery and was immobile. They were really, really kind and helpful. Lines may be big sometimes, and they work really hard to get everyone out fast and efficiently.

Really busy and the customer service agent made me look up the tracking number from an email when my identification was sufficient which after prolonging the waiting time for all she acknowledged was unnecessary. Better get a ride or drive because taking the bus there took all afternoon.

Skipped delivery because no-one was home. funny-packages have been left on the doorstep before. My wife stayed home next day for the second attempt but no delivery attempt was made. I was informed I had to go out of my way to pick up my package at the UP facility. I thought your job was to DELIVER packages. next time FedX!!!

This UPS center supposedly delivered my packages to a neighbor. It took 19 days to track where it had been sent and then they said it was the senders fault and they could not do anything about it. I was given 2 tracking numbers and a receipt saying it was delivered but the GPS is showing they delivered it a block away! Please save yourself the frustration and money by using FedEx!

Shipped a package yesterday Worldwide Express for $346. Spent 45 minutes methodically going over the shipping documents with the UPS rep at the UPS store. With 4 hours of pickup from that location UPS placed it in the Lost an Found section at another facility 15 minutes away. Called Customer Service and spend an hour on the phone... They have no idea where the package is now and the receiving facility has no idea where it is either. UPS stated that I will get a call in three days with an update. The package was supposed to be delivered on the other side of the planet at that time... Will NEVER use UPS again. No idea if I will get the package back. I should have paid a bit more for FedEx or even USPS for 1/3 the price. Absolutely pathetic. You have been warned.

When I came here to pick up a package that they failed to drop off at my house there was no one at the counter when I first got there and I waited for about 20 to 25 minutes just waiting for someone to show up at the front desk. It was burning hot in the room and by the time the lady got to the desk I was already furious that I had to wait so long. She got my package pretty quick after that but the weight that they had just for me to get my package was just ridiculous.

The Ogden service center is an absolute joke. we pick up our packages every morning and it without fail that UPS will give our packages to another customer then expect me to go and retrieve it/them. I get to go their job for free. YAY! Dont try calling the 800 number that experience will give you permanent brain damage.

Always informative and empathetic. I had to send my equipment back to Direct TV. I cancelled their service. Direct TV customer service was terrible! UPS knew what to do to get the equipment sent to DTV. They relieved my anxiety! Thank you UPS.

Customer Service is only able to take a complaint, they are unable to help fix any mistakes made by UPS. They told me to call the store that shipped my package and cancel the order because it would now arrive later than the date it would be needed. UPS admittedly put it on the wrong truck and it went to another state meaning it would take an extra week before I would get it. I will request sellers send all of my packages through USPS or Fed-Ex even if the cost is extra, its still totally worth it.

Ups is horrible. 2 day shipping is not two day shipping at all. If you want two day shipping pay extra for the two day guarantee to stack on the two day shipping. Workers are not very talkative so be ready for asking questions and getting mumbles back.

Do not use UPS. This company is dishonest and shortchanges the customer. My wife paid to have a package delivered and the package was delivered.... to the wrong address and they won’t reimburse her! I paid extra to have a package delivered by 28 Dec but won’t get it till 4 Jan 18 and guess what.... UPS won’t refund the money I paid extra for a quicker delivery.... UPS is a corrupt company that has zero ethics.

Had something being delivered from Amazon that UPS did not deliver because they claim no one was there to sign for it. There is a sign on the door with specific instructions with a drawing to deliver next door which is about 20 feet away due to renovation work. They did not even attempt to make that delivery and now I have to go down to the office to pick up a package I paid to have delivered. They deliver here all the time as we give them lots of business. Apparently a loyal customer means nothing to them because I called in to complain about the driver and I did not get even a sorry. They attacked me for being upset about paying for a service I did not get. The customer service rep defended the lazy UPS driver. Im using FEDEX from here on out! Thanks for nothing UPS!!

UPS advised delivery between noon and 4pm. Showed up at 10am and missed me being home. They have a new process where they no longer attempt redelivery, instead they auto deliver to access point lockers at their closest main hub for you to pick up the next day. But... mine wasnt in the locker they gave me a slip to. System is full of problems so far according to their rep.. My Advice: try USPS or FEDEX until UPS fixes this issue.

I had 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered by the end of the day today; only one arrived. This shipment is for kids that I coach who leave for camp Monday morning. This Customer Care center is CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays. That means that there are lots of kids who will be disappointed on Monday as well as parents whom will be angry. Thanks a lot UPS for not doing a good job today.
