Delivers everyone elses packages to me but not my own. Worst service company on planet Earth. Who the hell cant find an address....

I had a package delivered to my home that needed a signature and although I wasnt home the delivery man left to tag on the door I expected to bring my package to me the very next day of course Im working. I was able to go to this facility and have them home to package for me until they got it back that night. I went back right before they closed and sure enough the lady had it waiting for me. Great customer service.

Horrible service, they have had my package since May 28th. They keep sending back to North Salt Lake. Stated to be delivered again on June 11, guess what it didnt get delivered and when back to North Salt Lake again. Tried to call 1-800 number, they say it is on truck back again today June 12. No place to give negative 100 stars. June 18, shows going to be delivered 10 times. Still not delivered. When to fedex store and they say to redirect package. Site is a joke, will not allow you to redirect package, just keep taking you in circles.

Dont ever try and file a complaint about a driver (who ran over my lawn and broke a sprinkler on 6/1/21) because they just transfer you to different departments that do not answer their phones and have nothing to do with the drivers. Very Frustrating!!!!!!

I have ordered and have received packages before from fedEx. Well they have left packages outside of the locked doors instead of following the instructions clearly stating locked community please call. There is always someone sitting in our lobby waiting for someone. My point is that they never call they deliver only when its convenient like the 26th I recieved to my door a chair that they delivered hummm!!! but yesterday all of a sudden they dont deliver to my address how convenient. This only came about because I called and raised hell when I recieved an email saying they had attempted and couldnt deliver because they couldnt reach me. Well I left a note on our door which said FedEx please call this# I will let you in and there was also another resident that had been out there over an hour and knew they hadnt been there. Than all of a sudden I get a message saying we dont deliver to that address so you will have to come to our store and pick it up. Im sooooooooooo mad. People pay for the delivery of packages threw FedEx only to have this happen so before you pay to have things shipped to you call FedEx make sure it is convenient for them to deliver to your residents and remember if you feel you need to be home to wait for it plan on being home until 8pm thats the end of there day....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have been waiting since 8 am today for a package I HAVE TO HAVE for my office. It was overnighted to me by the company I ordered it from. Fedex assumed the address was wrong (apartment complex), but the address is for the leasing office. So they made the executive decision to not deliver it. I called the company I ordered from and FedEx directly at 10:30 am to get this package TODAY. I work in Property Management and I cannot generate peoples leases, claims for renters assistance, etc, WITHOUT THIS PACKAGE. After speaking with someone at FedEx, they said they would have the package delivered today. Its been out for delivery since noon and its apparently now back at this godforsaken facility. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE.Update 2/12/21: Received an email that I would have it by 4:30 yesterday (office closes at 5) and still did not receive it. This was an overnighted package due to the severity of its need and FedEx has decided for themselves that I dont need it that bad and I will get it when I get it.

Cream of the crop driver at FEDEX delivered my package to the wrong place. I needed to have it to the VA Hospital by midnight because its medical supplies so I can return to my truck driving job tomorrow. I will be on a medical hold after midnight and unable to do my job for at least a week. I called, they insisted it was here but would investigate. I emailed and a computer regenerated the delivery time. I will call the VA Hospital tonight, government, and my legal services tomorrow. You guys completely suck and even Amazon does a better job recently.

Took them a few months to get our new house on the map. But it has been over a year since then and dealing with other fed ex hubs, this one is by far the best. Thanks for being organized and getting packages out this time of year!

I’ve always had great service, and the employees have been respectful and helpful. The building is somewhat secluded and the parking lot is tiny for customers. It’s so small in fact many employees have to park on the street just to make room. Such a considerate thing to do.

I went to get my package today. They said it sent to the wrong house! Address is right. They told me to knock around. They don’t do anything when package is lost. I can’t imaging if the driver or someone just take it and said Sorry, we sent to wrong house. Worst company.

A package accidentally got shipped to my house. It was mislabeled and it was a child Elementary School yearbook for somebody in Texas. Luckily, there was a label inside that had the address and we were able to send the package to the correct recipient. The FedEx people helped us to repackage and send this book 2 the people who really needed it. FedEx Is Never Done me wrong.

The tracking information for my package was estimated to deliver around 8pm. It was delivered around 230. But I was not home. Left a door tag to pick up package at 545. Location closes at 6. When arrived they said that drivers have until 8 to finish their routes and my package may not be there at that time. It was however. But Fedex really needs to work on the delivery notifications.

Pickup service through second party is very bad. Package was never picked up on the day specifically given. Then to top it off, the tracking number showed it was picked up on scheduled day (not)and enroute to the original destination?? 🤔 The 800 # service is terrible as a matter of fact it sucks.

So when I call for a delivery attempt I miss it because the employee is going to the wrong address. Liars, had a package delivered to this location and they claim they never received it. (Tracking shows it was delivered).This is why you shouldnt use FedEx. Cost my company $2500 last December and now $500 this December.

The guy checking you in and mailing the items was slower than a sloth. He literally took almost 10 minutes to ship one package. I dont know if he was new but I sat in silence for a long time while he just was zoned in on the computer screen. Go elsewhere if youre in a pinch.
