It was very clean and only had one machine out of order. I liked that it had an 🏧 there on the premises. Loved that they had lots of comfortable seating for people. It was a little expensive but I dont go to the laundromat very often but it was all in all a great experience. There were quite a few people there but they were pretty spaced a part.

Nicest, cleanest laundromat in the area. Hours are prefect for keeping out most of the rif-raff. The owner does a good job keeping out the rest. He really makes it feel safe.

I have been going to Smittys for over a few years. I have tried a few others places but the price, atmosphere, Cleanliness and customer service is the best in Ogden. I usually do laundry once a month so being able to go get it all done at once is awesome sauce.. highly recommend✝️🙏🥀

This place is always very clean and kept safe. Its definitely a family friendly laundromat, I feel safe bringing my children here with me while I do our laundry. They have WiFi (very fast), TV for kids, reasonably priced vending machines and a very clean restroom. The washer and dryers do a great job! Im so glad this place exists and Im happy to support Smittys business, he runs an awesome place for people who need a clean and safe laundromat!!!

I love this place and have never had an issue with any of the equipment. The owner is usually there during the afternoon and very attentive to customers needs. Sometimes the kids at the nearby high school and Jr high try to hide out during class, and theres the occasional loiterer that tries to take advantage of a temperature controlled environment (its hard with the local shelters nearby) but they do a good job of asking them to leave and ensuring we have a safe place to do laundry, whether hanging out waiting, or running errands between loads. You can tell they care about their customers and our community, so thank you for providing such a necessary service while providing everything we need!!

Place has lots of machines. Very clean! Bathroom very clean. Lots of space. Someone is constantly cleaning. Big place. Im driving 🚗 cross country from the East coast. Would totally recommend, and if I pass through again, would definitely stop here again.

This place was clean and machines worked perfectly. It didnt take long to dry my clothes. Obtaining quarters from the exchange machine was easy. It also had air-conditioning which was so nice!

Always clean, nobody steals your laundry. I left my cell phone there and the next day he had even charged it for me. Did i mention the guy who runs it is super HOT! I would much rather have some eye candy when im doing laundry, instead of sone drunk bums to look at.

Clean laundromat, with new equipment. Definitely has been taken care of since it opened in the early summer of 2018. Has machines and equipment for all you need, couches, tables, and chairs. Can tell the customers care about it.Prices are a little expensive in relation to the rest of Ogdens Laundromats (comparing to 5 in the local area). This could be since the machines are newer and the quality might be better, but the overall condition of the clothes after washing doesnt seem to be different than the cheaper ones.Has free WiFi, but took a while to find the password (its over by the TV, but hard to see unless youre looking for it) My recommendation would be to post it on top of a table and/or by the vending machines as well. Being only next to the TV doesnt seem to be in the most convenient spot because you have to look to find it. Just my opinion though.Its nice to have a new place to wash clothes. Price is the reason for my review being @ 4 stars.

Better machines and cheaper than my apartment laundromat. When I called with questions, I got my answers thoroughly answered and the gentleman was very kind.

Laundry has a variety of washers and is very cost-efficient I would definitely recommend this laundry Wide Open Spaces the only downfall of this laundromat there was no soap in the bathroom but other than that this is a great place I definitely recommend this laundry mat. I give it a thumbs ☝

Very clean! We needed somewhere to catch up on laundry after no power for a week. Smittys was great. Big machines, reasonable prices, and fast cleaning/drying made a YUGE job manageable. Well be back when the need arises again.

The owner is so abrasive. Always has been confrontational when I’ve met him. How about start trying to learn your customers names so you don’t have to offend someone by asking if they’re trespassing and staring them down, a reoccurring theme. I’ve been coming here for a year now it’s not hard to provide good service. Just sit in your tiny office if you’re having a bad day

Very clean, nice machines, comfortable places to sit and wait. They had bill changers and an atm, vending machines for snackages and drinks and even laundry soap, dryer sheets, and bleach. TVs were available for entertainment, but were not turned up too loud. Machines were clean and easy to use.

Came to wash/dry a King Size comforter. The machines were large enough to handle the job. The place is immaculate. I watched the owner scrubbing the place clean and checking machines.He noticed me checking the dryness of my comforter and asked me how it was going. He asked how long I’d been drying it and was made sure the machine was sound. He then dropped a few coins from his own pocket in the dryer for me to finish it up for me!Thanks!I have never been to a laundromat this clean with machines this well maintained. I’ve certainly never seen staff on site or experienced any level of costumer service.Well done.

Its a clean, affordable, spacious, and cozy place to launder your cloths. I never thought I would see someone so passionately invested in a laundromat, yet I see the owner in here every time Im here. He is considerate, friendly, and simply put he wants to offer the best experience possible and it shows. I lived near by but for weeks now I have been driving over 30 minutes to use this facility. I have tried places closer to my new home but its more cost effective to drive here. Besides, coming here isnt really a chore, more of a place to kick back and let the machines do the work. I liked this place. They have a lot of machines and it is clean. The only thing I didnt like was that they have a couple of those gambling machines and hobos hanging around in the parking lot.

This is the nices and cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. Lots of washers and dryer to choose from. They also have a nice area to sit and wait for your laundry. My kids loved the vending machines, a treat is always a good idea. The owners were so nice and helpful and explained everything. You have to try this place for yourself.

I normally hate going to laundromats because theyre usually gross and grimy, but here its clean and welcoming. They have like 4 sizes of washers which is awesome because I was able to wash my comforter with ease. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the wifi was a nice touch.

The owner is almost always here. And hes one who likes to mingle with his customers while they wait for their clothes. Nice guy.

Absolutely love it here!! Family friendly, multiple washers and dryers, places to sit. It has a nice home feeling to it. I didnt want anybody else to know about about this place because its my first time and I wanna be selfish hahaha. Even met the owner Tyler- they keep this place clean and sanitized. Amazingly clean for a laundry mat,!! Bathroom could have been cleaner but I survived, shocked that it was so nice with many washers and dryers to choose from.. Thought maybe the process were a little high but truthfully I dont know weekday others charge..

First time i was there the owners came in with their 3 children. It was late at night, maybe 10:30 or so. Their children were running around being loud & obnoxious. I was just finishing folding my laundry so okay, i only had to deal with it for a very short time.The second time i was there the owner was quite rude and also obnoxious (must run in the famiIy). I wont be returning. Ill go to a worse rated laundromat before giving any more money to a condescending a-hole.
